In the bus I observed that there's no any kind if Rules are followed regarding COVID-19 which was very discusting as a government buses.
And for the reservation purpose you guy's are not alloting the near by seats and afterwards at the time of journey there were no any seats are left this is really very very unsatisfied as well inappropriate behaviour towards citizens and passengers.
If you peapol are not able to follow the rules fully then don't follow the half rules and make people fool for believing in your services..

    Sir,

    I travelled from Junagadh to Rajkot in bus no. GJ18Z5846 which picked up from junagadh at 8:55. Meanwhile in the bus, the Conductor of the bus, misbehaved with the ladies in the bus inclusive of our family members to give seat to a non-reserved passenger, against the rule as decided by the Government of India for social distancing in the Covid-19 times. Atbthe very first the middle seats were not o be given to any passenger as per the rule. However, if requested in a polite manner, we would have provided him a seat. But, the said conductor wpoke arrogantly to the lady family member that he wanted to give that seat only to that non-reserved passenger besides that lady passenger. That was a grave social dishonour for a lady.
    Also, was a lady who disclosed herself as a conductor and perhaps was known to the above mentioned conductor, compelled an another lady to give seat to her on the ground that she was also a conductor, eventhough she was not on-duty. Moreover, I would like to bring to your notice that the said lady spoke in this a very arrogant and unpolite way and rudely. Kindly take this matter to notice or else this literally detoriates the image of the GSRTC, and society at large.

      The bus no :106543 of Gondal depot which runs from Gondal to Jetpur at 16:22:16 on 17/11/2020 is not following guidelines for covid 19. The bus is not following social distancing also most of the passengers were not wearing masks. At the time of boarding the normal test by thermal gun also not done. This Shows that how the government departments itself is not following government rules.

      If this will go ahead then take it will the huge reason for spreading Corona virus.

      Kindly take strict action against this

          Overcrowding during Covid 19

          It is with highest concern we are raising this complaint to GSRTC that the bus with route from Ahmedabad to Rajkot has been overcrowded and passengers are offered and made to seat next to each other and no social distancing concept is seen. While making the booking over the App, it's written that some seats are blocked for social distancing due to Covid 19 pandemic. But in reality it's not like that. Also, the staff (ticket checker and driver)...

          હાલ બસની કેપેસીટી અને સરકારના પરિપત્ર મુજબ ઓનલાઇન બુકિંગ માટે બસની સીટ ઓનલાઇન સાઈટ અને એપ્લિકેશનમાં બતાવવા વિનંતી જેથી કરીને લાંબી મુસાફરી કરતા મુસાફરો મુશ્કેલીઓનો સામનો ન કરવો પડે, બીજું હાલ ૭૦% મુસાફરોની છૂટ આપી હોવા છતાં ઓનલાઇન બુકિંગમાં ૫૦% સીટ બતાવવામાં આવે છે જે યોગ્ય કરવા વિનંતી

            As per Booking seats available for alternate and accordingly we booked it.
            But Conductor is allowing local Passengers and asked us to give seat beside us.
            In between 2 people on 3 seat.

                I hope i ll get back reply very soon.

                When we booked tickets that time we are not able to booked middle seat because maintain
                Social distance but when we board the bus conductor not agree for this procedure and as per him he need to feel all seat.
                So i kindly request take a proper action on this pandemic for safety of public.

                  While traveling from Ahmedabad to Surat I had totally scared from te driving of GSRTC bus driver. Again and again he is using sudden breaks and quike overtake.

                    I am traveling in bus from bhuj to Surendranagar, GJ18Z2558 on 16 November.
                    Timing:1:45PM - 8:15PM
                    Conductor is allowing too much pessangers in bus, so i told him the rules but he declined every rule. I am traveling in GSRTC because its safe take some serious steps towards this conductor.

                      GJ18Z2452 bus number route :- junagadh to Palanpur. Diparcher from jetpur 16/11/20 10:50AM.

                      Bus staff is bullying by nature and forcefully make passenger seat side by side, conductor not wearingas mask and ticking seat to seat.

                      I am a regular customer of GSRTC, and facing problem by staff of this bus.
                      Thay have over crowded the bus from jetpur to Rajkot,

                      Taking covid 19 pandemic lightly is a big risk for GSRTC costumers and Gujarati nagarik of the country India.

                        I’m Taral kachoriya traveling in gsrtc bus no- GJ18z2042 from palanpur to surat
                        Your conducter is drunk and misbehaving with me and behaving very rudely and trying to threaten me he is under influence of alcohol and that i can smell from his mouth and he refused to take me in bus and don’t pick up me from location and i have to get in bus 500 meters far from that

                          Dear Team,

                          Myself Rajendra having travelled through your bus number GJ-07-YZ-6954 through GJPNR:G37261988, DOJ:15/11/2020 from Surat to Songadh. It's a very Disiponting traveling for us as the whole bus is having fully crowded like anything and moreover more then 70 percent of people don't wear mask which was including driver and conductor. As there is Panedamic of Covid 19 is in full flow in Surat it's responsibility of Gsrtc to not allow more then 50 % of bus capacity. Please take serious note and take action on responsible persons

                              ઓનલાઇન બુકીંગ થયું પણ પ્રસાસન તરફથી કઈ ગાડી કે નંબર નો સંદેશ ન મળવાથી અમે બહુ મુશ્કેલીમાં મુકાય ગયા કેમકે અમદાવાદ ગોંડલ ધોરાજી બસ ના ડ્રાઈવરે ઇસ્કોન ક્રોસ રોડ પાસે બસ ઉભી ન રાખી
                              પ્રસાસન તરફથી બસ ડ્રાઈવર નંબર 21075 અને કંડક્ટર નંબર 274 સામે જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી થાય અને મને મારુ રિફંડ મળી જાય એવી હું આશા વ્યક્ત કરૂ છું

                                Nadiad to Zalor gujarat st at Deesa 00:20 AM[protected] bus not stopped at bus dippo. 2 passengers was there at Deesa bus dippo but still bus not stopped. Conductor said bus is full. But we saw blank seats and sleeper back side of bus.

                                  My sister Minaz Belim travelled in gsrtc bus number GJ-18-Z-6175 on dated 13 November 2020 17.15 pm
                                  We called conducter many times as I (khushbu Belim) also booked in same.. conductor mr. Pradyuman didn't pick it up.. when my sister tell him to stop the bus he said that ask Khushbu to stay at Raipur bhaiya corner ( Sarkhej Ahmedabad ) bt he didn't stop the bus as he show me there too.. after that he started giving threats to my sister to Kill. In his words " Tara jeva ketlay ne Mari ne fenki Didha Che, hu depo manager Ney Maru 6u.. aanteda bar kadhi nakhis " and he stop the bus at Limdi depo and refused let bus go-ahead .. and fight with my sister badly.. we had to sent our relatives and friends to Limdi depo to protect my sister .. please do something needful as soon as possible as there is no any sefty of women in this kind of situation.

                                      According to guidelines the gsrtc buses are not denying the passengers from entering the bus. They are violating the rules and regulations of covid19 and social distancing is not being maintained in GSRTC buses.
