Today I can go anand from Napa so I can raise my hand for bus Botad to Nadiad at 9 : 00 but bus can't stop so please i request you that you can understand bus driver and candocter can all bus stop can stop for 5 or 10 seconds. I am sure you can understand our problems. Thank you Jay hind jay bharat.

    બાબત:-
    ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં બાંટવા - રાજકોટ રૂટમાં કંડકટર દ્વારા જબરદસ્તી પેસેન્જરને ઉતારી મૂકી અને બસ રવાના કરી અને કંડકટર દ્વારા ઉદ્ધતાઈ ભર્યું વર્તન કર્યું

    વિગતવાર:-
    જય હિન્દ જય ભારત સાથ જણાવવાનું કે ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડ ખાતે તા. 30 ઓક્ટોમ્બર 2020ના રોજ બાંટવા-રાજકોટ રૂટ બસ નંબર 5383 ડ્રાઈવર નંબર 2038, કંડકટર નંબર 1412 બસમાં અમો કુલ અંદાજે 15 જેટલા પેસેન્જર જેતપુર/ગોંડલ તરફ જવા માટે બસની આગમનની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા હતા. બસ આવતા 2 પેસેન્જર બસમાં બેસી ગયા અને 2 વ્યક્તિ બેસવાની તૈયારીમાં હતા ઉપરાંત 2 લોકો બસમાં ચડતા હતા ત્યારે બસના કંડકટર દ્વારા અમોને બેસવાની મનાઇ કરી અને અમોને ઉતરી જવા માટે કહેલું અને અમોને જબરદસ્તી ઉતારી મૂકાયા કેમ કે તેમને માત્ર ને માત્ર રાજકોટના જ પેસેંજર લઈ જવાનો ઇરાદો હતો જેમને જેતપુર તેમજ ગોંડલ જવાનું હતું તેમને કંડકટર મેડમ દ્વારા નહીં આવવાનું અને બેસવાનું કહેલ. માત્ર રાજકોટના પેસેન્જરને જ લઈ જવાના છે તેવું કહી અને જબરદસ્તીથી અમોને ઉતારી મૂકેલા. આ 15 પેસેન્જર માં 2 સ્ત્રીઓ હતી અને બીજા અમુક અંદાજે 5 જેટલા લોકો પાસ ધારક વ્યક્તિઓ હતા. આ બસમાં કંડકટર દ્વારા અમોને જબરદસ્તી ઉતારી દેવાયા અને સાથે સાથે ઉદ્ધતાઈ ભર્યું વર્તન પણ કરેલ. આ સમગ્ર બનાવ અંગે ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડ અધિકારી સરવૈયા સાહેબને જાણ કરી તો તેમને બસના કંડકટરને આવું ન કરવા માટે કહેલ પરંતુ કંડકટર દ્વારા તો જાણે એમનું કોઈ સૂચન ન માની અને મનમાની કરી જાણે એમની સૂચનાની કોઈ આદર ન હોય તેમ પોતાની જ મનમાની કરી અને અમો અંદાજે 15 જેટલા પેસંજારોને ઉતારી અને બસ લઈ જવાઈ. ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડના કર્મચારી દ્વારા બસને નહિ જવા દેવા સુધીની પણ કડક પણે સૂચના આપી હતી પરંતુ ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડના કર્મચારીની વાત અને કડક સૂચના પણ ન સાંભળી અને બસ પોતાની મનમાની કરી અને જતી રહી અને સાથે સાથે 15 જેટલા પેસેન્જર પણ રહી ગયા. આ બનાવ અને ઉદ્ધતાઈ ભર્યું વર્તન તેમજ માણમાની અંગે મુસાફરો દ્વારા ફરિયાદનું કહ્યું ત્યારે કંડકટર દ્વારા પેસેન્જરને એવું પણ સામે ધમકાવ્યા કે જો તમે ફરિયાદ કરશો તો તમને સામા ફસાવી દેશું. આપ સાહેબને મારે એ બાબતે પણ પૂછવું છે કે શું આવી ફરિયાદો કરવી તે ખોટી બાબત છે ? શું મુસાફરોને ધમકાવવું તે યોગ્ય ? આ સાથે કંડક્ટર મેડમ દ્વારા એવા પણ જાહેરમાં ખોટા આક્ષેપો સમાન આરોપો પણ લગાવાયા હતા કે તમે ખોટા છો અને તમે ખોટા ફોટા અને વીડિયો ઉતારો છો અમારા. અમો ફરિયાદી અને કોઈ પણ મુસાફર દ્વારા કોઈ પણ જાતના ફોટા કે વિડીયો ઉતારેલ નથી જેમના શાક્ષિ ખુદ ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડના સ્ટાફ તેમજ ત્યાં આપના મૂકેલા સીસીટીવી કેમેરા છે. આ વાત અંગે ધોરાજી બસ સ્ટેન્ડમાં ફરજ બજાવતા સરવૈયા સાહેબ સાથે જ્યારે અમો બંને એટલે કે પેસેન્જર અને કંડકટર દ્વારા રજુવાત કરાઈ રહી હતી ત્યારે પણ કંડકટર તો જાણે પોતાની જ મનમાની ચલાવી રહ્યા હતા અને કહેલું કે હું નહિ લઈ જાવ જેથી 15 જેટલા પેસેન્જર અમારા યોગ્ય જગ્યા પર અને યોગ્ય સમયે ન પહોંચતા અમારા રોજ બરોજના કામ અને વ્યવહાર ખોરવાઈ ગયો. આ સાથે એ પણ સવાલ પૂંછવો છું કે શું સાચી અને યોગ્ય ફરિયાદ કરવાથી ફરિયાદી કે જેમને ફરિયાદ કરેલ હોઈ તે ખુદ સામે ફસાઈ જાય કે ફસાવી દેવાઈ ?
    આપ ઈશ્વર સમાન ન્યાય આપી અને અમો ફરિયાદીને યોગ્ય ન્યાય આપી અને આ મનમાની કરતા કર્મચારી વિરૃદ્ધ કડક અને કાયદાકીય પગલા લઇ અને તેમને કરેલ દાદાગીરીની સજા આપી અને તેમને અગાઉ પણ કોઈ આવું દૂર વ્યવહાર કે ગેરવર્તન ભૂતકાળમાં પણ કરેલ છે કે નહિ તે અંગે પણ તપાસ કરવી અને યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવા વિનંતી.

          Hello sir,
          i booked my ticket online on 11/10/2020 for traveling amdavad ranip to palanpur and palanpur to amdavad ranip on 23/10/2020 to 26/10/2020 so i received one ticket for on jurney amdavad to palanpur and other was not received due to that i did not travel my return jurney

          My compalaint is i didnt received my return ticket refund, amunt is arrount 267 rs

          Round trip: 23/10/2020 to 26/10/2020
          I havent received TRN number for return ticket.

          I inquire on online website customer care even i called at custmer care they denied to refund and also called at geeta madir customer care representative, replied me to call on custmer care number.

                  In this regard, i have booked my bus tickets for the route of valsad to rajkot today and bus no. Is GJ-18-Z-1852, as per central government guidelines for covid 19 pandemic, GSRTC should block a seat in double sleeping seats to maintain proper social distancing.as i have reached at the bus station, i have informed by the bus conductor that the another seat with me which should be blocked for social distancing is booked and another passenger will travel with me.

                  In this regard i have informed the in charge depot manager of the bus, but when the another passanger was came in to the bus, he started fighting with me and started swearing with me.

                  In this regard, i would like to ask you here how the registration in the seat which was vacated on the order of the Central Government due to current covid 19 pandemic scenario became possible?Also why do we have to fight as a traveler to satisfy your selfishness as well as your mistake?

                  Here, I request you to take appropriate action against the responsible person for non-compliance with the order of the Central Government and also to inform me.

                      Sir,
                      I'm a daily passenger of gsrtc. I'm not complaining about a particular " Ludawada-Vadodara. Which departs from godhra around at 7.50-8.00.
                      Sir, all express and local buses have stop near Session Court, Gondra, Godhra. But this bus never stop here. Whether they have done with number of passengers or not. And this is not the condition after lockdown. They are doing the same thing from so long. Here i request you to take the necessary actions.

                        Depot Manager.

                        I am Dr. Hetal Shah. I have picked up the Vadodara- Devalia-Naswadi-Tanakhla bus from Vadodara Central Depot to reach Naswadi. I have travelled on 21st October 2020 between 7:15 am to 9:45 am.
                        My destination was Naswadi Jakatnaka. All the express and local buses are stop at Naswadi Jakatnaka as this is a legal bus stand. I am doing up down everyday by S.T.Depot bus. But today a Lady Conductor did not stop the bus on Naswadi Jakatnaka Bus stop however I already came near the door before bus stop and I have told her also to stop bus however she denied and misbehave with me. She stopped the bus before bus stand at Ayodhya Nagar to dropped one passenger but Ayodhya Nagar is not a legal bus stand.
                        As I am a doctor and timing is very important to us in this COVID situation but your S.T.Depot conductor misbehave with me and did not drop me on bus stop so it is my humble request to you to take legal action against this lady conductor otherwise I have to take legal action against her.

                            On 19th OCT'20 at Halol Depo 11.30 pm GSRTC BUS arrived i see that bus last stopage Kawat.
                            This bus conductor missbehave with me and don't take me from depo he refused to take me ..
                            And
                            he try to Take my gujarnagri service pass...and i ask him to give her base number but he refused to give me also
                            Bus having 20 then more sheets empty but he got off me from Bus..i told him to give me passanger list. But they give me collection report.
                            I only question
                            1. Why he don't take me ??
                            2. Why he got off me from bus ??
                            3. Why he don't give me base no. And passanger list ??
                            ( i ask because i will saw near depo manager )

                                  I am sunil vala from kalawad dis.jamnagar last few month me and my friends face wronge time table of kalawad to rajkot rout. At morning time between 8.15 to 8.45 not any bus arraged by st department and when not required any extra bus then send more than buses. If can unable to arrange proper time table so please give direction and open her eyes as early as possible

                                    In your mahesana depot.daily rout mahesana to khorsam time 7:20, but there are no passangers to commuting that time and moatly people are going to in ambala bus.but that ambala bus not coming via maniyari and mostly maniyari commuting passangers are commuting in this bus. So i request to you sir please change that time to mahesana to khorsam night holding bus 6:30 pm.

                                    I requested to you personally because here mehsana depo management has not convenient.they aren't listen our expectations so please do change this bus time .

                                        I goes to vapi from Amalia everyday in the bus. But on 14 October on returning time bus conductor refused to stop bus on Amalia bus stop . Then every bus stops there always but this time conductor of this bus didn't stop and did misbehaviour .
