Please provide correct details regarding the bus timings online as for we are 2 passenger having reservation travelling from nehrunagar to botad in krishnagar gariyadhar which shows timing of arrival at 4 p. M. And arrived at 5 p. M. So we have been waiting for the bus for more than 1 hour. Having been asked to conductor we were informed the actual timing is of 5 only.. So please kindly update the timings of the bus online as the passengers booking online are getting through so many difficulties just because the site was not updated... Please try to reconcile the same as early as possible.

    Kindly inform u that I have online booked my ticket from Palitana to Vadodara date is 28/08/2017 & it's PNR no is G16163653 And tripe code is 1830PLTTNVSSLP3 that sit number is 1, 2. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com I want to cancel these tickets but due to some problems it can't cancel so please cancel these two tickets as soon as possible & give refund in my account.       My pick point was makarpura vadodara and dropping point was zadeshwar bharuch.
      But they dropped me at narmada chowkdi.
      Really bad experience with this type o[censored]nknowingly person.

          I informed you many people have to go silvassa to vapi for job in private sectors.
          Always your bus do not come on time. More people wating more than one hours.
          So you have to think how much problem face per day. They worked more than 10 hours in company and waiting 2 and 3 hours bus stope, and your controller does not support to people
          So please inform me why they work there, because they don't work properly.

          Bus type sleeper, three sleepers booked, but when i reach ranip bus stop all helper are telling me bus is late . bus will come. i wait there till 2:00 PM but bus not came.

              I was going to book 1 ticket in mahuva-anjar gurjarnagari (0530anjmhvgjr47) from:rajkot to:savarkundla, seat no: 5, at 15-aug-2017 1:20am but when i submit otp displayed like this "some difficulty and technical problems" so my ticket is not book and payment deducted from my account so please give me refund my payment in my bank account.

                સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે, હું રમેશ બી. મેર. મેં ભાવનગર-ધરમપુર (સ્લીપર કોચ) બસમાં ધોલેરા થી સુરત જવા માટે સીટ ન.૫, ૬, ૭, ૮ નું online booking e-ticket બુક કરાવેલ, અને તા-૧૭/૦૮/૨૦૧૭ નાં રોજ ટીકીટ માં આપેલા ટાઇમ ૧૯=૧૫ ની પહેલા ૨૦ મિનીટ અગાઉ ધોલેરા સ્ટેશન પર પહોચવા છતા, અમો ને બેસાડ્યા વિના બસ ઉપડી ગઈ, આથી મેં ધરમપુર ડેપો મેનેજરશ્રી સાથે મો.૯૯૯૮૯૫૩૧૨૨ ઉપર વાત કરતા તેઓએ મને રીફંડ મેળવવા માટે અરજી કરવા જણાવેલ છે. મેં આ ટીકીટ પર સદર બસ કે બીજી કોઈ બસમાં મુસાફરી કરેલ નથી, તેની બાહેધરી આપુ છું. આપશ્રી GPS ઉપર ધોલેરા સ્ટેશનથી બસ ઉપડવાનો સમય ટ્રેક કરી શકો છો. આથી, મને ટોટલ ફેર નાં રૂપિયા ૮૬૦=૦૦ રીફંડ આપવા આપશ્રી સાહેબને વિનંતિ કરું છું.

                Sir I was waiting for bus name amreli Surat at dhandhuka bus station on 16/8/17 which actual time is 11:30 it's came at 12:20 and don't stop in bus station even I waves my hand is this the service of government or bus driver through they are king as they got a job.

                    Sir i am travelling in ahmedabad jamnagar axpress at 2.30 pm bus there is not any faviliy of conductor or may be condouctor absent in this bus driver and conductor both only one.
                    After 2 hr. We are reach just ahmedabad central bus stand to sarkhej chokadi only...
                    Bus was braakdown and poor service with us at 18aug2017at night 2.00am and bus driver roudly behaive with us and many other passenger face this problem.now i want justice . and in my family patients with us they r also suffring with this problem.                       I am student of engeeniring . i study at s.v.m.i.t clg -bharuch. and i daily traveling from netrang to ankleshwar by bus. bt my clg time is 8:00am bt bus riched ankleshwar at 8:30 am so we are to late for clg . we need one bus who reached us at ankleshwar before 8:00 am.

                        I mr. Sandip hasmukhbhai patel complaints against the gsrtc for the left the bus earlier then given time and also goes without taking the reservation passenger. Sir, i had done the researvation on 17/08/2017 at 10:18 pm for the transporting to ahmedabad from the malvan in bus dhrangadhra - ahmedabad which has pick up time at malvan is 6:30 am but today when i reached at malvan 6:25 am the bus has already gone from the malvan bus stand around 10- 15 minute earlier then the time and i can't reach at ahmedabad as per my time. And also my money is going waste. So that i am requesting to you that please put inquiring on my complaint and give my money back otherwise i have to take srtict action against you that is fir or filing the rti, against gsrtc central depo manager.

                          I had done researvation from malvan to ahmedabad yesterday night.. And the bus timing is 6:30 but today when i reach the malvan bus stand at 6:25 the bus is already left the stand. When i started to inquiring about the bus the bus is in time or not then i found that the bus is already left the bus stand around 6:18 taking without and don't care about the reserved passenger... I request to you please take a action against the bus driver and conductor and give me my money back of the reservation. At below i added my reservation ticket as per reference. If you don't take an action and if you don't give me money of that ticket then i have to go the court for justices and fire rit (Right to information), as par rti act...

                              Actually i have booked 3 seats from ahmedabad-chotila highway in current booking..!
                              And the pnr number of that booking is c16442092 and also i have received the message from gsrtc of confirmation of the booking which i have attached below..
                              Firstofall when i went to ask about the status of my booking at enquiry office at ahmedabad central busstand the person over there are that much irresponsible that they are not even ready to listen to any of the passenger..!
                              Havnt they got the proper training that what work they have to do when they are sitting on duty at enquiry cabin..!
                              And after asking continously i am getting answer from there after 10 minutes that we dont know about any such reservation.. I have said them that gj18-v-8422 is the bus number.. They talked in an insulted manner and said that there is no such bus..
                              I said i have received the message from gsrtc itself.. They said we dont know anything about that.. And the way they are talking with passengers are hillarious..!
                              I have asked for the complain book.. They directly denayed for that..!
                              Are they illiterate..? Dont they know how to behave with passengers..?
                              And after that i have called the conductor (I have received the number in the message)
                              Then he checked in his list.. And found my booking wasnt there..!
                              I have provided him the pnr number and showed him the message of the bank where my money is deducted..!
                              Then he took me to the booking office at ahmedabad central busstop... And the one sitting over there has also behaved with me the same..! He said me we dont have any kinda record of your booking... You cant travel in this bus..! I have said i have booked in current booking and also provided the pnr number too still he was stuck on the same..!
                              I said i've received the message from gsrtc.. He said we dont consider this bookings..!
                              And after a long mess he have given me number[protected] and said me call on this number you will get your refund its an 24*7 helpline..!
                              I have tried calling on that number many a times but call is not getting connected..!
                              Then he said you can take another tickets and can travel in the same bus..!
                              I said i have already done booking then whats the use of another ticket..!
                              And i am reply from him like we dont know anything if you want to travel you have to take another ticket..!

                              What about my money which has been deducted..!?
                              Seriously very worst experince of gsrtc..!
                              Feeling shame on myself that i have travelled in gsrtc after such behaviour of the management & staff..!
                              Is this the government transportation..?
                              And dont they know that how passengers are being treated..!
                              Its trememdous..!
                              I want someone from the higher management to be coordinated with me for the same..!
                              Want a quick responce on this..
                              Orels i will be highlighting this to social network & media..!

                                Today 8.50a.m. PALANPUR to KHEDBHRAMMA bus no. Gj18 Z-1279,
                                This bus without conductor till gathaman gate. Conductor enter bus and join duty from gathaman gate. Then bus conductor sitting the next seat, instead of conductor seat. Then conductor's behavior to the passengers is very bad. He speaks wrong words to the passenger. His behavior towards passenger is likely crucial. The driver also support him, so, conductor became very cruel.

                                Sorry, not today but at 17.08.2017, at 8.50a.m.
                                I was booked ticket inline on dated 15/8/17.Root is mahuva to Ahmedabad and timing is 22.25 p.m but bus was not comed till 1 a.m, why it's happened, nobody give me answer or received phone call.i was very harres and my scheduled also changed because of journey is going to late. .give me a reply immediately.

                                  There is a over bridge at the bus stop parvat patiya surat so in the morning all the buses (100%) and during evening only few buses (98%) go from the bridge on route of surat to bardoli. We had also make a complaint to the central bus stop, surat. They did their service for few days but then same problem for than one year. I would request you to provide the bus service for the bus stop parvat patiya, surat.

                                      Dear team,
                                      I have booked 2 tickets in una-bhiloda bus from rajkot central bus station, for this transaction amount of rs. 360 has been debited from my credit card but i haven't received any ticket conformation message from your side and the unfortunate thing is bus supposed to arrive on 04:10pm but it didn't arrived till 06:00pm. It was a pathetic situation for us, we waited for two hours at rajkot central bus stop. At the end we had to go by some other bus to ahmedabad. Kindly look into the issue and get me my rs.360 back asap.

                                        Complaint: i was travelled to date 15thaug2017 and my sleeper coach has no curtain on windows side and on the other side there is a short window curtain feted rather than long curtain. The journey was like hell as travelling with a lady and small child as no privacy maintained even after paying full money as reservation. Please make sure as this won't happen from next time.
