I had sent jbl c 150 si headphones which are within warranty period for replacement to below address. Its more than 2 months i have received any replacement. My original product is also stuck with them. They are not responding to my calls neither giving any assure date of replacement. Below are the details of the franchise:

    I have purchased sb150 on july 2016, and woofer stopped working in hune 17.
    Since its with in warranty period i submitted my devise at authorized service center finafone solutions in bangalore.
    Job no 291. I was told there are no spares and service center didnt confirm exact delivery date.
    I called up harman india customer care and raised the issue, they confirmed me over mail the instrument cant be repaired and they will provide replacement.
    Its been over 2 months im calling service center has no clue about when they will get the stocks and doesnt confirm, delivery date.
    Harman India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Hi,

      I have purchased a headset of jbl (Harman) in the month of feb'17, it was stopped working. On 14th aug'17, i went to the address laptron technologies pvt ltd. 305, bajaj house, near sona sweet nehru place new delhi-110019. For replacement, they provided me the service no. With the acknowledgment letter with no. 164. And told me to wait until 21st aug'17. I have tried to connect every time to the person, they always asked for extension for the date. They provided me a tentative date of 31st aug'17, now i called up on 31st aug'17, again they provided me the same resolution that the product will be postponed to 10th sep'17, after 10th sep'17 i have tried to call to the person but the no. Is not reachable.

      Pls help..

        jbl flip 2 warranty claim

        Hi. I bought a jbl flip 2 from flipkart in november 2016. It was working fine but suddenly started facing problems. I contacted the customer service and they told me to courier the product. I did as i was told. Now, they refused to accept the delivery and now after wasting my time and money and the 1year purchase date is also near, i am left with no choice. I suppose i will complaint with the consumer forum if i don't get a favourable reponse....

        I buying a jbl earphone from jbl store, pune
        After 3 months it was damage... So i contact in jbl store and the store man told me plz send your damage earphone in mumbai service center... And i send it... But after 3 weeks i dont getting any information from service center when i call in service center no one pick up the phone... Its either switch off... So what i do right now...???
        I dont suggest any one for buying any jbl product becoz there service center is too bad.

          Hi concern,

          It's been a 7 working day completed against to my reissuing the duplicate card, still, i haven't got my card and no further updates.

          Is this the way to follow process??? I have lost my card and i am staying in uk with money hope you guys can understand the situation and issue the card asap.

          Disappointed with your service.

            Hi

            I am gautam ahuja. I purchased the product from flipkart (Jbl flip 2) for rs 4500. It is good product and was working fine. From last few days its was having charging problem and its was having battery isuue as well. So i decide to visit bangalore service centre. They saw the product and said its physical damage but seriously i don't see any physical damage in that port so i decided to seek help from ma friend who is technician working in mnc (If needed ill give the detail of that person also he saw that product within few seconds he said there is no physical damage it is having some problem from inside.

            It was horrible to know that service centre people were wrong they denied giving service for the product which is under warranty.

            Not expected from jbl i mailed them thrice with this issue of product and behavioural issue the employee of that service centre were having

            I need the help if i have to talk to higher authorities also i will like to question them.

              I bought the jbl bluetooth speaker "flip 3" from PAYTM on 10th of january 2016 and since then the product was working fine till one day at August end it's voice started vibrating and i came to know that it is not working fine.
              I contacted the jbl support that is "harman india" around 5th of September and till then it is now 15th Octobet and i don't know where is my product and when it will be delivered back to me.
              Aftet i mailed them my invoice copy they asked me to courier the product at some address in Delhi and this was nowhere mentioned while i purchased the product that i will have to courier it to delhi for some issue and that i will have to pay for courier charges. It is clearly mentioned in their policy that jbl will pay for courier charges if there is any issue in the product.
              Then i said i won't be able to send it to delhi then they gave me an address of mumbai. I then couriered the product to mumbai address and i paid for the courier amount which harman india said they will pay but there is no communication from them after the product reached their service centre. Once the courier was received by them by a guy named "sahil" there was no communication from harman india about confirmation of receiving. I only mailed them about confirmation of delivery.
              Post that as per their policy of taking "14 working days" which Excludes weekends. The product should have been delivered to me by yesterday but when i mailed them for asking the status of my product on 12th October they only replied yesterday and that too after my continous follow up.
              And then they asked for invoice copy so that they can send back the product. But
              I already sent the invoice copy previously. When i asked about the status of my speaker they gave me a support no. Which no one is picking. That means they don't know if my speaker is working fine and are just sending it to me.
              I am fed up of this procedure and I DON'T WANT THEIR WASTE PRODUCT BACK. I want my money back now because i don't trust harman or jbl. I want the price of speaker that i paid along with the courier charges that are Rs. 8588 and Rs. 312 respectively. I have been mentally harassed by the harman customer support. As a proof i am attaching all of the mail conversations.
              I believe i will get justice.

After requesting that i won't be able to send the product to Delhi so tell me a service centre address that is present in thane, they then sent me a Mumbai address where i couriered my speaker.
              After they received the courier they did't even confirmed, i got to know about the confirmation from the courier vendor. Since then it is 15th October now and i have not received the speaker and i even did't got any update if the speaker is even working fine or not. It was only after i mailed them asking about the status of my speaker on 12th October, they replied back yesterday and that too after my continous follow up. Then also they did not updated me about the status of my speaker and said that they want my invoice copy which i already mailed to them before. Then they provided a customer service centre no. which no one is picking up.
              I don't want their waste product now and i want my money back, that includes the speaker amount and the courier amount and that is Rs. 8588 and Rs. 312 respectively. I have been mentally harassed by the "harman india" customer support and service centre and i don't want to associate myself with them or their product any more. I won't settle for any other solution because i have lost faith in them.
              I am attaching as a proof the communication mails. I believe that i will get full justice.

              I have got a new unit from jbl and till now it is working fine. But as i mentioned i want the refund, i don't know why they sent me a new unit?

                Hi,

                I purchased JBL Flip 3 speakers from Pune. Speakers turned to be faulty and I submitted them at Service Center of JBL at Sahil International, Mumbai which works for Harman India.
                I handed over the speaker to them on 16th August and it's been around 1 month, there is no response from their end.
                They affirmed to courier back the speaker at my Pune address within 15 days but no feedback from them
                They are not even responding to mails/calls

                    Hi, I had purchased a product on the Harman India website (JBL Charge). Order ID:[protected]. The product was shipped on June 7th. On contacting customer care, I was told to check the status by calling at:[protected]. I have been calling them every day for the past 7 days and I am getting the same reply "YOU WILL GET THE SHIPMENT THIS WEEK". I also tried checking the status of the courier on the bluedart website as well as by contacting their customer care support. There is no courier associated with the tracking number given by Harman. Can someone please take accountability for this from Harman India.

                      i possess a JBL- on beat extreme which has undergone some damage (the port which holds the I pad/i phone has been broken).I had sent my system for repairing to the authorized service centre of JBL around 20 days back.on regular follow ups with the store i learned (through Mr Abdul based in Banaglore) that the damaged part is out of stock and will be received in the 3-4 months.Hence the entire purpose of purchasing JBL stands defeated.

                      hence i had requested them to please get the damaged part replaced as i am ready to bear the cost of it else get my JBL replaced FOC.
