I have bought a jbl bluetooth speaker (Product of harman) on october 2019 and i had charging issues with the product and i returned the product to the jbl customer service centre on february 2020. Still now i haven't received the product. I have called them more than 20 times and emailed more than 10times still i didn't get any proper response. They are always giving a false promise like my product will be shipped within particular time from the initial days and still nothing happened. I got mental anxiety with this people and this is the worst customer service i have ever faced in my life.

    JBL giving false hopes for shipping my replaced product from the last 7 months every time gives false hope of 24 hours and now it passed 7 months. I have never seen this kind of worst service from any company.

    I'm also having the same issue. My product is in RTO locked shipment.
    I have called them more than 20 times but didn't get the product yet. They are always giving false information. The worst customer service I have ever faced in my life.

      The worst customer support i have ever experienced. I have called atleast 5 times and spoke with different agents named mustafa, navneet, sumit, arfa. However, the issue is not talking care properly.
      I have shared the required information for warranty three times, it has been more than 10 days but the complaint is not registered yet.

      Customer support is not coperative, lack o[censored]nderstanding abilities, providing false information, giving pointless excuses, not connecting phone to supervisor, putting me on long hold about 15 to 20 minutes, whatsapp communication is of no use. Everytime agent gets connected but does not do anything about the problem.

      Kindly listen to the recorded calls for all these above agents to validate the support and service and take necessary action.

        I bought a infinity fuze 700 on 27th jan 2020 from amazon at just 3799, it plays to good but after 6th months when i am playing it above 70% volume it's suddenly stops and lost it's power supply. After plugging in it turns on.. So i went to the service centre on 1st sept 2020 and they placed a replacement of this product. On 9th sept 2020 i received the replacement product it was new and sealed packed. After playing around 2 hours at 50% volume it's plays nice but after increasing the volume at 70-80% it suddenly stops... Same problem was seen in this product. It was not so easy to go to service centre everytime because service centre is 55 km away from my location where i live.

          Harman India — worst customer service by #harman#jbl
          This is jbl wired earphones was not working and as per the communication had with call center i have submitted the product to service center at Nagpur.
          The communication started on 30th January 2020 and till now I didn't receive any update from Harman team.
          My complaint number is MH-E[protected]

          My product is in warranty and I am unable to use the product for more than 7 months.
          I need a solution to the issue by tomorrow., if not will be escalated to CEO and consumer court.

            I had purchased a jbl soundbar 2.0 a little over a month back.. Further to that, the product had a power problem. It wouldn't turn on.

            When i spoke to their customer care (On a saturday 10 days ago), i was assured that a technician would visit my house on the subsequent monday. I had specifically requested that the executive come during the morning hours, since it was a working day. However, i received no call throughout the day.

            Towards the end of the day, i receive a call from the technician inquiring about the problem (I was certain the harman customer care must have briefed the technical team on the problem). Nevertheless, i explained what the issue is, and then to my surprise, the technician said that he would come the next morning.

            I cancelled my work calls in the anticipation of the technician, however, again to my dismay, i received no calls. And yet again, i received a call from 'another' technician again at the end of the day (Tuesday, this time), again, inquiring as to what the problem was. Again, i patiently explained, and yet again i was told that he would visit my home the next day.

            This 'mockery of the customer', went on for the entire week. No technician turned up..

            I called the support line on saturday (A week after the initial complaint was lodged) - and again received the same response from them - a promise that someone would visit my place on monday. When asked to speak to a superior in their (Requested escalation) - they said that someone from their team would call me by saturday eod..

            As you might have guessed by now - no call..

            Jbl / harman products might be renowned for their performance, however, their customer / service team is really pathetic and unprofessional..

            Oh, by the way, their "policies" don't allow a replacement of the product... A product that failed during the very first month of purchase!!!

            Absolutely ridiculous!!!

              I bought a jbl sound bar sb160 on 22 july 2020 from vijay sales, thane, maharashtra. It was delivered on 23 july 2020. On 24 july the guy from jbl/harman came for installation. The remote of the sound bar was not working so, the guy raised a request for exchange of the whole system and claimed the same will be done within a week. Since then i have tried contacting customer care of vijay sales as well as jbl harman. They all said the problem will be resolved within 7 working days but no action has been taken till date. I have tried contacting jbl harman and vijay sales multiple times on twitter as well but i got only fake promises. I received various service requests from the team but never a resolution and after 2-3 days i get a message that the problem has been resolved and the service request has been closed. On 3 september 2020 i got a call from a guy from jbl team asking for problem details. He asked me to forward the billing copy for raising request for remote change. I have shared the same but since then i haven't heard anything from anyone. The first reference id for my complaint is mh-c[protected] shared with me on 06 aug 2020. The second reference id is mh-c[protected] they shared on 31 august 2020 and i received a message of closure of service request on 05 september 2020. The invoice number is bwg-a-si6987 dated on 22 july 2020. Please look into the matter and get my problem resolved.

                I found my jbl flip 4 speaker battery backup is very low and it was under warranty period. Then i call harman support and they picked my product on jan 2020. Till now i haven't get my product back and nor replay from harman. I think they are looting the customers...

                  I ordered a JBL Flip 3 speaker through Flipkart which stopped working in an hour. As there was no replacement option available, my speaker was shipped for repair at service centre in Bangalore from Pune for which I was given an ETA of 10 days. I received the speaker back after more than 2 months and found out that it was in same condition. I don’t know what they did in these two months as my speaker looks untouched and is still not working.

                  They do not reply to emails and tweets on their official page. From one side there products are so good but very few people know about what happens once you order the product. I am requesting a replacement from them but no response has been given yet.

                  So I was asked to ship the speaker again for the 2nd time for repair which I did and I was promised that the issue will be handled on priority. Received my speaker yesterday and it is still not working, and in addition to that this time the speaker is damaged too.

                  The service center executives are very unprofessional, they ship the product back without even fixing it and mark thee request as resolved and if you will call customer care, you will hear lies again and again.

                  One month back an executive told me that since my speaker was not fixed the first time, it will be replaced now with a new one, one week later when I didn't get any update I called back and was told that it cannot be replaced but will be fixed 100% if shipped for repair.

                  2-3 days back when I called them again that the speaker is still not working even after repair for the 2nd time, the exact words that customer executive said were "I assure you this time no one will ask you to give the speaker for repaid, you will hear from concerns department within 24 hours". On calling back thee 3rd day, another executive says that there is no such request logged and please ship the product for repair again.

                  They will tell you what you wan't to hear to just get rid of the call. I bought the speaker in June, haven't used it for even an hour ad it looks like a year or two old. And on top of that it is also damaged this time.

                  I have heard of similar reviews from other people, they will keep doing this until you give up or product exceeds the warranty period.

                    I want to register a complain as.. I have ordered a jblt450bt headphone through flipkart on 04/07/2020. After getting it delivered on 08/07/2020.. I found the product faulty as it used to disconnect with the phone immidiately.. As there was no return policy on flipkart.. I rgstrd the complain on jbl customer care they gave me a complaint id - (Cgc[protected].. On 15/07/2020 they picked up the product and after that they said they will replace the headphones in a period of 21 days.. Till now they hvnt dispatched my product nor they are picking up call.. I am not getting any information from their side.. I gave up on this company now.. They just loot their customer.. Please help.

                      Really troublesome ordering experience with JBL India.
                      Ordered JBL Quantum 600 Headphones on 07/08/20 and still not received the product as it was attempted to be delivered at my Billing Address.
                      The funniest part is that the customer support is totally unaware of their ordering feature on the JBL India website that allows the customer to choose different Delivery and Billing addresses. They in fact went to a great length to prove that no such option exists. Please train your customer support to know the nuances of your product and services.
                      Have called at least 5 times and no resolution yet. Following is the latest ticket ID on which I have been asked to wait for 2 more weeks just to see if the product gets delivered. The support executive had the audacity to ask me to call back for a refund if it doesn't.

                        I had orderedjbl infinity glide 510 on[protected]. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed. I have already lodged a complaint 11 times with your customer center but no response..
                        Please refer the attached screen shot from payu which says transaction was successful to vendors account.
                        Please follow up asap. Also i've already bought the product from other website,

                          I bought a Infinity fuze 99 on August 4, 2020 from Flipkart. Damaged product delivered I contacted your customers thrice from 10th August but they can't send my complain number yet...they said they will file my complain number within 48 hours and replace my product within 10 days but it's been more than a week the message is not seen yet in whatsapp... Very bad experience with your customer service and product...

                            I have purchased this device on Oct 2019 and by March 2020 (less than 6 months) one earpiece stopped working and I have contacted customer support and I got directed to visit the address given below. Unfortunately when I visited the service center address - There was no such office in that building and the contact number was never answered.

                            So I spoke to a customer support person and He dialed the number on behalf of me with no luck, Later he said he will help to arrange a pickup of faulty device from my address. Since then it's 5 months I have never got any posotive response. I was waiting all this time and now the warranty also going to get expired. When I again contacted [protected] again on Aug 24th I got the same 5 month old answer to visit the service center (There is no such office - Again keeping the call with executive I dialed the SC number and no one picked-up the call) They said They will arrange a call back.

                            I am sure that if I visit the SC again that is waste of my time and effort because I know there is no such office in the given address.
                            This is the service we get when we buy a product from such a reputed brand :(

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have bought JBL SB350 dolby digital from flipkart platform on 5th Oct 2019 for my older parents.

                              It is ridiculously funny that I have been struggling for my complaint which I have first filed on 22Jan 2020. My complaint number is Harman International Case # 05905599. My registered contact number is [protected].

                              It is been more than 6 months now and there is no solution from your side. I am sorry to say that I have been dealing with the MNC where service standards for a customer are almost zero. I admit that It was my biggest mistake for buying a Harman product and I am sure that I would never ever buy Harman product again in life.

                              I have registered my complaint almost 2 months before lockdown started. Since then I have made minimum 20 + attempts but I have never received a follow up call from the so called MNC customer care department.

                              When an executive visited my home on 10th Feb (after 3-4 repetitive calls), I was shockingly come to know that one of the speakers in Soundbar was faulty, remote was faulty and Woofer was also faulty. I have been assured for repairing to be done in a week for more than 5 instances from Harman Customer support.

                              I would request you to sort out my issue as early as possible. I have two demand here.

                              1. Either repair it immediately or replace it

                              2. In case of repairing, kindly extend my warranty period for 6 more months as it is not working for more than 6 months.

                              I hope my problem would be resolved shortly.

                                  I bought my bluetooth headset on[protected] and it has a 1 year warranty. It is still in warranty but the voice has gone very low, one side of the headset is not working. I sent an email to harman support. So far i did not got any response from them. I would like a replace or repair of my product since its warranty will be over in the next month. I hope i get a response from them soon.

                                        Case number : Harman International Case # 06016759
                                        It's an issue I am facing with a speaker (JBL FLIP 4), it got some issues and gave it for service under warranty. The service centre guys initially promised within 10 days it will be repaired and now its been two months. The reply they are saying is "the parts are not available". If the parts are not available for two months then the company should know what to do with the product under warranty.

                                        The horrible thing is they don't update anything to me. Then I called the main customer care number and they also couldn't resolve my issue, in-fact they gave false promises that they will make it ready on a particular date but they didn't and they didn't update me. Now I called the service centre which I dropped my product for directly and they said the service centre has changed and they don't know anything about it.
