I bought product on 27 October, And it stopped working on 3 rd December. I made complaint and person assured me of getting replacement but no response. When I called second time they said I will not get replacement but I will get product repaired. But then again no proper response. So when I followed up again, then they send technicians to check it, who were also rude and then again now no response. It has wasted my time and energy and So I am complaining again. Please replace or repair the product as soon as possible otherwise I might have to take serious actions because I have been doing so many follow ups.

    Ref:Harman - Defective Product Pickup – RMA No:KL-C[protected]
    I had sent my Blutooth speaker for repair as per directions from the Harman india customer care .The product was picked up on 5/12/2020 and was delivered to the service partner 'Flextronics' on 10/12/2020.
    Today, it's 29/12/2020 .I haven't received any call or email from Harman team and when I asked the customer care regarding this they told me 'Its under repair.'
    But as per the policy the customer needs to be informed about the repair and replacement and would get a payment link for the service cost before repair...But nobody contacted me till now and I want to escalate this issue to Consumer court and JBL ..
    After raising a complaint one superviser who introduced herself Ms Poonam called me and offered a solution within 48 hours..Now it is over and no response from her side..I lost my product and no information regarding my product..I will file a case for cheating and snatching property through illegitimate means in the court.

        Sir,
        I was purchased a jbl flip 3 squad special edition speaker from their official website "www.in.jbl.com" on 24 aug 2020 with order id #JB-IN00338911. I received the product on 02 sep 2020 but it was faulty product its not charging and not switching on and complainted to their customer care on 03 dec 2020 with their service request number WB-[protected]. They said that it will be replaced within 14 days and their back end team will contact with me. But its is about 3 month and 22 days over there is no positive action from their side. Every 2, 3 days i will call their customer care but i don't get any satisfied reply till date. It is 4 month old case so i kindly request you to do the needful action favourable to me.
        Please telk them to refund / replace my product

        Iam not a rich person i am a middle class guy, so 6300/- is a heavy amount for me. So i can't waste/leave the amount. So please replace my product.

          I bought infinity bluetooth speaker through Amazon after a couple of month the speaker didn't work, so I raised complaint and got response to contact service center. So I approached service center near my locality and they said the product has to be replaced.

          After submission of replacement form I got SMS saying the replacement of product will be delivered on 24th Nov. But yet now I didn't received the product.

          I have contacted customer service for many times, all the time they giving assurance it will be delivered in 24hrs. But till now 20th Nov.

            Bought a brand new JBL Boombox which was not charging from the day of purchase. I was told that the product will be picked up from my home which never happened even after a week. Finally had to deposit it at a service centre on 21st November. I was told that the product will be returned within 2 weeks. Its is currently end of 3rd week with curtomer care giving me new dates every single time of calling them. Read other reviews on Amazon which state that their product has not been returned after 4 / 5 months. This is the worst customer service ever experience for a product which is being sold at more than 25, 000 in India

              My speakers lighting is not working.It have glitches.I gave the speakers for repairing and came back without repairing.

              Plus have new physical damages on speaker too.

                4 months back, I bought JBL-T205BT Wireless Bluetooth earphone. It was working fine at that time. After a couple of months, only one side of the earphone was working.

                I called Harman executive and explain the problem & replacement with the warranty period. they are given a strange solution for replacement. I need to destroy/cut my earphone and share the picture through Harman's watsup number.

                On 14th October I have sent an Image and video along with a purchase order and invoice through the Harman Whatsapp group. But there is no response from their end. I have sent a destroyed image 4 times, but not received any communication and the item.

                I have called customer executives around 5 times, but always they are telling me the same process to do. ( share the images through WhatsApp).

                  HORRIBLE! It is totally unacceptable and I want my money back. I have lost trust with the brand and I will definitely never buy a JBL product or recommend anyone to do it ever!

                  I had purchased a JBL headphone (650BTNC- BLUE) on October 4th. On October 23rd, the headphone stopped charging and the customer care asked me to deposit the faulty piece. I was supposed to get the exchange (a new piece) by November 7th.

                  I got the headphones delivered on November 9th after much follow up. But I was given a used product covered in dust and the ear padding worn out. Moreover, its not working either, its not charging. The inside of the box has dents too. Were you asleep while attending my issue? Why have you given me a used and dirty and a faulty product again? What were you thinking?

                  Also, when my headphones had arrived last time, they had a fresh leather/device smell which lasted for over 2-3 days but this device has no such smell. And you guys are claiming that this is a fresh piece?

                  I'm attaching the images for your reference. I have the full unboxing video also and I can share it if needed.

                  I have waited a very long time for the exchange and to receive a defective and used piece is extremely upsetting. When I called the customer care they asked me to email the images and no concrète action has been taken on it yet.

                  Kindly refund my money else I will have to take up the matter with the consumer forum. You cheated me off my hard earned money. Sending a used and defective product to a customer is unethical. Kindly take back the product and return my money.

                    I have raised the complaint on August 21 and handover the product for the repair. It already takes more than 10 weeks of time and not getting any update. Every day I'm calling your customer care and asking for an update. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                        I have requested for the replacement of my JBL Tune 125tws as its left earbud stopped working after 1 month of purchase. Complaint regarding same was registered on 7th October, 2020 with complaint ID GJ-C[protected]. It has been 18 days and the replacement product has not yet been dispatched.

                          I had bought 2 JBL 205BT one from amazon and other from JBL HARMAN site and seriously was surprised that in both earphones one side has stopped working within a few months. I had gone to the service centre at andheri station and amazon tax invoice i got it within 15 minutes via amazon customer care but Jbl harman cannot get a tax invoice since 3 days and the customer care is telling that the order summary and your invoice is a tax invoice.
                          But neither it has an GST no nor invoice no.

                          DONT EVER BUY JBL PRODUCTS FROM JBL HARMAN SITE. AS YOU WILL FACE LOT OF ISSUES WITH THE CISTOMER CARE. THEY DONT HAVE AN VALID TAX INVOICE WITH INVOICE NO AND ALSO NO GST NO.
                          BEWARE EACH AND EVERYONE. ACTUALLY I HAVE 4 TO 5 DIFFERENT EARPHONES OF JBL AND ALL HAVE STOPPED WORKING ON ONE SIDE

                            Placed a booking for sound bar infinity brand on 19 th sep . Product received was defective . It's confirmed by technical team who came for demo. And I further contacted Harman customer support. Though they agreed after sharing all the relevant details with proof that product is defective. They are still not provided the new one as replacement. Tired of repeated follow ups. Leading to more frustration.
                            Not sure if they will do also ... I am feeling so depressed with this issue. Kindly help.its already a month now.

                                Respected Sir,
                                The order HA-IN00155012 was placed Sep 26, 2020 from harmanaudio.in and I have been made more than 6-7 follow-ups with harman customer support on the call and email to cancel that order.
                                The first intimation was given on Sep 27th 2020 on the email to harman customer support to initiate the cancellation and confirm me on the email as the shipment was not even initiated.
                                It has been 7 days now and I have not received any communication/confirmation on the call/email about the status of my cancellation or refund.
                                There has been no reply from [protected]@harman.com. No use of calling[protected] to check the status.
                                There was no use raising any service request like TN-E[protected].
                                Also, there was a failed transaction from my IDBI account and I have emailed harman support to see the transaction code which was failed and initiate the refund.
                                There has been no reply or communication for my concerns till now.
                                I need this communication to be considered as my official intimation to them to address the customer concerns

                                  I have already called multiple times since 18th of september regarding the cancellation and refund of my order which was placed regarding jbl tune220s wireless earphones on 17th of september, when it was not even processed and shipped. After making the call ; i was told that it will cancelled and not shipped and the refund will be processed accordingly. But to my surprise; it wasn’t cancelled and was shipped and delivered to me deliberately. This intentional fraud was committed with me first of all. Then even adding to the pathetic cheating element that jbl has committed; the product i received was defective too. The left ear piece of the product isn’t working at all. I called straightaway on 21st and reported this to the customer support executive and he again said that a reverse pickup will be arranged and the item will be picked up and since your refund service request is already registered on 18th of september; so therefore your refund will be processed as soon as possible. But only adding to the fraudulent nature of this company for looting the customer deliberately; neither the product has been picked up till date nor the refund has been provided to me despite of repeated requests, calls and reminder emails.

                                    I have recived defective product ( jbl bar 2.1 ) after request for replacement we recived the product 7 aug, they took back on 24 aug, since then we are calling customer service they are the most horrible service, just giving us a run round for 48 hrs, they have taken our product, and money, and not providing us any resolution, the customer service is mentally harassing us for the last 2 months, unprofessional customer service

                                    We recived the initial product on 7 aug, they took bak the product on 24 aug, since then they are not giving any response, we are been kept on hold for 2hr 50 min every time, and now customer service are disconnecting the calls

                                      I have been looted off from my supplier which is named as rashi peripherals pvt ltd and jbl india collectively by sending a wrong & fraud product. The piece that has been sent to me has a serious manufacturing defect which has being ignored by the company and the supplier. 1) the speaker never turns off. Whenever i turn it off from the power button ; it turns on automatically in next 3-5 seconds. So it’s kind of permanently on. 2) the charging duration and time as claimed by jbl is not matching with the speaker for real. There are total five charging indicators/pointers on the speaker, and i haven’t used it even for a minute, yet it took almost 9 hours for it to get charged ; that too even not fully but upto just 4 pointers/indicators. Kindly take this piece back and replace it with a verified and genuine product with no manufacturing defects ; or else please refund me back my money. Received no response or call back from the company till date despite of repeated calls, emails and complaints. Only received a fraudulent response email by the company which says my product is out of warranty and i need to pay for the repair and its lying with the service centre. But the truth is that then defective product is under warranty and is still lying packed with me. Please take legal action against this fraud company and provide justice to me

                                        I purchased jbl jr300bt it from the harman website... I got a defective product... It's been 10 days i have call 5 times... But every time customer care executive assure me for wait of 48 hour to product to be picked up... But nothing is happening... I have called 5 times... How kind of experience you guys are providing... Looking for an immediate attention
