I bought product on 27 October, And it stopped working on 3 rd December. I made complaint and person assured me of getting replacement but no response. Product sent for repair was vanished

Ref:Harman - Defective Product Pickup – RMA No:KL-C[protected]
I had sent my Blutooth speaker for repair as per directions from the Harman india customer care .The product was picked up on 5/12/2020 and was delivered to the service partner 'Flextronics' on 10/12/2020.
Today, it's 29/12/2020 .I haven't received any call or email from Harman team and when I asked the customer care regarding this they told me 'Its under repair.'br...

Reg: replacement of my bluetooth speaker

I bought infinity bluetooth speaker through Amazon after a couple of month the speaker didn't work, so I raised complaint and got response to contact service center. So I approached service center near my locality and they said the product has to be replaced.

JBL Boombox Charging Issue

4 months back, I bought JBL-T205BT Wireless Bluetooth earphone. It was working fine at that time. After a couple of months, only one side of the earphone was working.

Faulty product sold!

HORRIBLE! It is totally unacceptable and I want my money back. I have lost trust with the brand and I will definitely never buy a JBL product or recommend anyone to do it ever!

I had purchased a JBL headphone (650BTNC- BLUE) on October 4th. On October 23rd, the headphone stopped charging and the customer care asked me to deposit the faulty piece. I was supposed to get the exchange (a new piece) by November 7th.

Replacement Product has to been shipped

Tax invoice

Electronics/ Sound bar purchased from Harman not working.

Placed a booking for sound bar infinity brand on 19 th sep . Product received was defective . It's confirmed by technical team who came for demo. And I further contacted Harman customer support. Though they agreed after sharing all the relevant details with proof that product is defective. They are still not provided the new one as replacement. Tired of repeated follow ups. Leading to more frustration.

The order HA-IN00155012 was placed Sep 26, 2020 from harmanaudio.in and I have been made more than 6-7 follow-ups with harman customer support on the call and email to cancel that order.
The first intimation was given on Sep 27th 2020 on the email to harman customer support to initiate the cancellation and confirm me on the email as the shipment was not even initiated.

cheating issue

I have already called multiple times since 18th of september regarding the cancellation and refund of my order which was placed regarding jbl tune220s wireless earphones on 17th of september, when it was not even processed and shipped. Harman JBL is a fraud

I have recived defective product ( jbl bar 2.1 ) after request for replacement we recived the product 7 aug, they took back on 24 aug, since then we are calling customer service they are the most horrible service, just giving us a run round for 48 hrs, they have taken our product, and money, and not providing us any resolution, the customer service is mentally harassing us for the last 2 months, unprofessional customer service...

Fraudulent Issue

I have been looted off from my supplier which is named as rashi peripherals pvt ltd and jbl india collectively by sending a wrong & fraud product. The piece that has been sent to me has a serious manufacturing defect which has being ignored by the company and the supplier. 1) the speaker never turns off.
