I have recived defective product ( jbl bar 2.1 ) after request for replacement we recived the product 7 aug, they took back on 24 aug, since then we are calling customer service they are the most horrible service, just giving us a run round for 48 hrs, they have taken our product, and money, and not providing us any resolution, the customer service is mentally harassing us for the last 2 months, unprofessional customer service
Harman India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Rtvrm8 We recived the initial product on 7 aug, they took bak the product on 24 aug, since then they are not giving any response, we are been kept on hold for 2hr 50 min every time, and now customer service are disconnecting the calls
