Very pathetic after sales service. Wont recommend ever any of harman products to anyone,

These are all same complaints for same reason.
I returned product in warranty due to several issues, Its been more than 1 month, and no information yet, I think they want to keep the product, refund my money and keep the product, its no good anyways. Stop torturing customers in the name of Service Centers.
Worst experiance ever.
Customer care representatives also dont know the company policies, first they say after repair it will be one month till you can raise after repair issues after that it will be charged, again in next minute they say 1 DAY after you receive the product, after one DAY if you find that issue they will charge for repair. i mean confused people totally.
Go For BOSS, or WonderBoom instead. They have better after sale service and that too you wont need it because the products are far far better than JBL Harman.

Complaint marked as Resolved product was handed over to gurgaon team, and it was with them for around 2 months, with no activity on process. then after too many mails, complaint dept. head called and personally addressed the issue, product i got after two months still had same issue, then i called up to them again, my product was handed over to pune team. they took around 15-20 days to solve the issue and now its working fine.
through the process i experienced incompetent and unprofessional behaviour of gurgaon team.
Harman India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
