JBL services suck. I am forced to post here because I am not getting any support from JBL support center. I sent my JBL Flip 4 for service. They said its a battery problem and it will be resolved within 15 days. It has been over a month and a half and there is no progress. I keep calling th customer support and they have no right answer. They say it will be done soon. I ask them to get a supervisor on call, fhey tell me that they will arrnage a call back. There is never a call back. I have asked them please at lwast update me on mail about the status of my product. They promise but never send a mail. They wil not update you, and have no answer if you call them. I don't even know where my product is. All they promise is that they will update soon. There is no yimeline of soon. I had called them last week and a representative promized that the product is ready and it will be shipped by Monday. When I called them yesterday regarding the status of the delivery, the representative told me that ir is not diagonsed yet, and he can't tell when the product will be repaired. It is disappointing and really bad. I am asking them to rerurn my product in same condition I sent them in. But they won't do anything abiut that either. It is a nightmare. They are polite to talk. But have no idea on how to help. And get this, they will no do anything, have no answer, theier answer is we will upstate soon. It never comes. JBL please get me my product back. And people, beware of JBL services. Once you sent them the product. You won't know if you will get them. My registered number with them is [protected] under name VK Choudhary.

    I sent my defected product (JBL BT450) to the service center on 27th Feb. 2019. After almost 6 months, there are no any solution for my issue. Several times I called to the customer care executives and mailed to the customer support of JBL. On telephonic conversation, every time they promised me that they were sending the product within this week only. But every time they cheated me and there are no any information given to me either by mail or message. They even not responded through mail. I spent to much time for my this issue. I want my product or any other product in replacement soon. I also want to claim compensation amount for my valuable time and mental sickness.

      This is jbl bluetooth head phones was not working and as per the communication had with call center i have sent the product to gurgaon.
      The communication started on june12 and till now i didn't receive any update from harman team.
      My complaint number is case#03849947.

      My product is in warranty and i am unable to use the product for more than two months.
      I need solution to the issue by tomorrow., if not will be escalated to ceo and consumer court.

        My JBL Playlist is hanged and it has gone in COMMA. I just haved played it for 5-6 times. No button is working. Harman (JBL) support doesn't help me at all. They play much important role in playing with your mind and wasting time, just giving fake statement that their technician is going to arrive in next 48hrs. God knows how many hours they consider in 48 hrs. I waited for do not know for how many days. It's one of the bad experience. Later, I spoked to senior support executives, he told me either visit to nearest service center (which is 200km) or send it to Gurugram through courier, for that you have to pay from your pocket and wait for 15-20days. Horrible experience, got trapped on brand name. I could be much happier buying, road side local speakers. I don't have attachment with those local speakers. I think if it continues then BAD days are on the way. Customer like me with never go for any Harman (JBL) product nor recommend to anyone.

          On april 13th i couriered my pair of malfunctioning headphones with no physical damage using the courier service trackon couriers pvt ltd, consignment no. "10588784" to authorized service centre,
          Service centre address: flextronics technologies india pvt ltd, 302, phase 2, udyog vihar, gurgaon, haryana - 122001.
          And on april 26th received a pair of physically damaged headphones and a notification that i sent a pair of physically damaged headphones.
          I took but one photo of the pair that i couriered as instructed by harman audio
          And after repeated complaints for about a month no solid response has been received from their side. What they keep doing is open up a new case and close it almost immediately repeating the same thing over and over again. They ask for photos of the headphones that i sent and the ones i received.

          My JBL 2.1 bar cannot opening means power can't supply to this bar so plz send your executive to solve this problem

              I had battery complaint with my jbl flip 4 speaker within 3 months of its purchase and speaker totally turned useless since it could not even get a minimum charge to get started.
              Harman/jbl collected the speaker from me for repair and said that it will be returned in 10 days, now it's more than 45 days and no updates.
              When called at customer-care they always have only 1 answer, that is 'part unavailable'.
              Can you believe it???
              It's a shameful service form jbl-harman and this is never expected from giants like them. I mean how can they go out of parts and can't they procure the required parts in at least 1 month.
              I have no idea what to do. At least give my speaker back so that i could get it repaired from any local shop nearby.
              Or give me the money i will go with some other brand.

              Had raised several complaints with Harman and there is no resolution. People at customer care either disconnect my call or stay on mute. Customer care is completely useless. 1 Case #[protected] no response from Harman on this.
              Will never recommend Harman or JBl for anyone in my life.
              I had send my JBL headphone through to the jbl service center but it has been 3 months gone but they are not returning my product and also they are not giving me any exact answer i called them more than 20 times and email them many times but they are the worst brand ever i have seen.
              My JBL flip 4 took 35 days to get repaired. Those people never call or send a text about the process. Receptionists are just arrogent to respond. I am sure almost every person leaving the place will press unsatisfactory if ask for feedback.
              Same thing happened for me.
              They will never give a proper reply.
              Its been 3 months for me too but no proper response from them.

                I had bought jblt110 in june 2018 and are in warranty period. There is no service center nearby so i had to contact the company through email. They provided the address of their service center flextronics technologies india pvt ltd. And i was asked to courier the product along with the bill. I visited the service center as i was hoping for an early resolution but the service center denied taking the product without courier. They insisted that i go home and courier the product, i did the same but the courier was refused and not accepted, on asking i was advised to resend the courier. I again resent the product and emailed the courier details along with the bill and other personal details asked by the company on the same day i sent the courier. And again the courier was refused and the tracking also says refused by receiver.
                They basically wasted my time, money and effort and are not accepting the faulty product which is in warranty. I have made 3 tries from my end and feel that i have been cheated and miss guided.

                  I have purchased a jbl bluetooth speaker k3+ from trading craft (An online website) company, i was facing constant problems in my speakers like manufacturing defects, charging defects, sound and bass problems etc, hence i request m/s. Trading craft to replace the same. They have arrange a pick up at my home and collected the original bills, speaker and other original documents from me and assured me that new replaced speaker of same technology will be delivered to me in next 4-5 working days

                  But it's been 3 months or more and the same is not delivered to me till date also they are not giving the satisfactory answers regarding delivery of replaced product, hence you are highly requested to intervene in this matter and lodge a compaint against m/s. Harman trading (Jbl) and against trading craft also. Their service request no's are as follows :- hr-e[protected] & hr-e[protected]

                  I have sent my jbl flip4 audio speaker for repair to jbl Harman service center which was under warranty on 27/02/2019. But till now 14/06/2019 neither they are giving back my speaker nor they are reverting back. I had sent number of reminders through mail they are not responding to them as well. They have shown worst service till now.

It has been 52 days i haven't received my product from them. They are giving excuses that product parts is not available. But 52 days is enough to repair any product.please help me.

                      I had purchased jbl t160 in-ear headphone with mic from amazon on 2nd november 2018. But due to problem within 3 month in it (Not able to listen sound from left earbud) i returned this product to their service centre at gurgaon as per instructions of the customer care executives of harman india. Service centre got this returned product on 15 feb. After that i called their call center number on 7 march to know the status of the complaint. From that day to up till now they are saying me to wait for different periods like wait for 48 hours or wait for a week. Now after waiting for more than the time they had requested to wait i called today but today also their executive told me to wait for another week and cut my call.
                      Harman India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I have given my jbl flip4 portable speaker for repair under warranty period on 27/02/2019 . But till now I didn't get my speaker repaired back.
                      They use to launch a case against my complaint bur no further action is taken by them. All supporting documents are attached. Help me our to resolve this issue.

                        Very pathetic after sales service. Wont recommend ever any of harman products to anyone,

                        These are all same complaints for same reason.

                        I returned product in warranty due to several issues, Its been more than 1 month, and no information yet, I think they want to keep the product, refund my money and keep the product, its no good anyways. Stop torturing customers in the name of Service Centers.
                        Worst experiance ever.

                        Customer care representatives also dont know the company policies, first they say after repair it will be one month till you can raise after repair issues after that it will be charged, again in next minute they say 1 DAY after you receive the product, after one DAY if you find that issue they will charge for repair. i mean confused people totally.
                        Go For BOSS, or WonderBoom instead. They have better after sale service and that too you wont need it because the products are far far better than JBL Harman.

                        product was handed over to gurgaon team, and it was with them for around 2 months, with no activity on process. then after too many mails, complaint dept. head called and personally addressed the issue, product i got after two months still had same issue, then i called up to them again, my product was handed over to pune team. they took around 15-20 days to solve the issue and now its working fine. through the process i experienced incompetent and unprofessional behaviour of gurgaon team.

                          I had bought the speaker jbl playlist in september 2018 and within 2 weeks of the purchase, the speaker's bluetooth stopped working. I had personally gone to the jbl service center - fine fone solutions in jayanagar, bangalore, for getting the product replaced. After their inspection, i was told that the product would get replaced within 30 days as they have to order it from the harman head office. The receipt no. For the same is 7590/h.

                          Unfortunately, it has been 4 months now, and i have not received the product till now. I have called the service center and the harman customer-care more than 20 times now. They tell me that my case has been escalated and the product would be replaced as soon as possible.

                          This is a very serious case of customer harassment as my product was taken and no replacement was provided for the same. It has been 4 months now and whenever i try to contact the service center, they never pick up my calls or respond to my mails. The harman customer care center also, keeps me waiting on hold to give me the same answer that my replacement is being processed.

                          The only conclusion that i can derive from my case is that the jbl and harman team is filled with a bunch of liars and incompetent people who give false promises to customers and fail to deliver results while the company is making poor quality products.

                          I demand that my product be replaced asap and i receive a good compensation for the inconvenience caused for the same.

                          After one month Speaker was not woking, called customer care about issue and they suggest to reset to device, after that also it not working

                          From December 15th I am complaining to JBL customer care every 15 days once but no proper response from them

                            This is to inform you that I have purchased Bluetooth JBL BT110 through Flipkart (Order ID-OD[protected]. When I received my order, I found that Left side of the Earphone was not working properly, since the product was under warranty period so I have called on Service Centre number i.e [protected] and I have been asked to return on the Address- Flextronics Technologies India Pvt Ltd 302 Phase-2 Udyog Vihar Gurgaon Haryana- 122001 My Complaint No-UP-C[protected]. I returned the order on[protected] through Trackon Courier No- [protected]

                            After few days I have made query many times, but after 15 days they told me that they have received the order and they will dispatch the product within 10-15 days. After approx 25 days I have received a call from Mob no-[protected] that the courier sent by me was found empty Video & Courier Slip of same is uploaded

                            Now whenever I call on Customer Care number they are ignoring my calls & not giving Clear response.

                            Kindly take necessary action against this and resolve this matter as earliest as possible from your end. I would be greatly Thankful to you for the same.

                              I had a very poor service experience at JBL kolkata Service center. I visited the centre on Wirking day i.e. Thrusday. And found only one lady entertaing the customers greviances, however their were 4 counters. But 3 out of 4 were not in use.

                              I had to wait for 4 hours to discuss the issue with service centre staff.

                              The reaponse level was also pathetic.

                              Service centre like this are spoiling the name and fame and the brand value of JBL.

                              JBL should work on this.

                                Let me start off by pathetic execution of jbl.
                                I searched for their service center near me then post visiting pitampura centre i got to know that service center no longer exist.

                                2. Then i called customer support and routed me to nehru place which was closed on working day without any notification - 26th nov.

                                3. Then i visited gurgaon service center and requested them to replace my defective go2 speaker which i hardly used thrice.

                                Then first made me wait for longer then said they can't help it since it's working fine as of now, it's again not working properly since i came back disappointing my mood.

                                You can imagine how much precious time and energy i have spent for this nuisance.

                                Please help me if possible.

As soon as we received the product the product had disconnection issues and would make a sandy noise if i was turning my head around. We tried calling up the customer care number which is not existent and will always give a busy tone. And i tried sending an email to [protected]@harman.com
                                  Gave a reply message saying the delivery has failed. Now first question is why the phone number is not updated on the site, it is so unprofessional of the company not to update the number as there are hundreds of customers placing orders. Secondly even after writing 2 -3 mails and contacting the customer support we dint get a call back neither any proper response. The return or refund policy states that a product will be replaced if we claim issue within 10 days which we did try doing and no response. Today i called again and the customer service person says that i need to visit a service center and get the product checked. If there was a delay from harman india end why should i go to the service center??? What in the name is going with harman india??? If there is no bloody staff or such a pathetic attitude towards customer complaints then why start selling products directly shut your operations here. I can go through same complaints here of the customer support / complaints department of harman india. Is ther no body supervising whats going on in harman india??? Pathetic...

                                    I have a jbl flip 4 (Around 8 months old). All of sudden battery backup reduced to maximum 20 mins on full charge.
                                    I raised a complaint with customer service on 23rd november 2018, and was informed that they will pick up the product for repairing with in 24-48 hours. I again called on 27th as the committed period was over and no one showed up. Again they escalated the matter and its been almost a week and still no sign of help from their side.

                                    Complaint numbers: mh_c[protected], mh_e[protected], mh_e[protected], mh-e[protected].

                                    I hope to get resolution on this platform.

                                      My order id is jb-in00033740. I asked for a replacement or repair as the product wasn't working. I was given their service centre address in ahmedabad. I went there but it was closed saying under renovation. I sent an email about this to harman but no reply from them for a week. The given contact number is switched off. The contact of jbl customer care is not reachable. To whom should i contact now?? Poor customer service. They are not responding to my emails even.

                                        On 10th sept 2018 i had purchased jbl e25 bt earphone from poorvika city centre mangalore outlet..
                                        As per the instructions from jbl had opened the earphone from box only after purchasing..
                                        Started using same from very next day.. But due to bluetooth connectivity issues i couldnt attend calls while ruding bike.
                                        As i was busy i couldn't b able to in that week..
                                        I have gone to poorvika outlet n asked for replacement
                                        But jbl denied to replace as ter was scratches in 3 button remote.. Which was intentionally made by me to differentiate play, next and precious button bcaz it was causing inconvenience to attend call while riding due to smaller size of play button
