I have bought jbl t110 earphone from paytm mall, it was delivered on 17th september and within one month it starts working bad 1st sounds were disturbing, then it's one side has stopped working.
On mid december i called to customer support (Herman india) about the problem and it was asked me to courior it on some address in gurgaon but dur to some reason i was not unable to do it.
On 9th of dec i again claimed warrenty, a pickup service was supposed to be arranged in 24-48 hours. And it was being cancelled due to non serviceable location on 10thdec but when i called for a follow up on 12th dec this was not informed to me. It came to my knowledge when i called again on 14th dec. And again a pick up service was promised in next 24 48 hour and again i havnt received any msg, call or mail from them, so it was told to me that it was again escalated to higher authority on 16th dec.
From 16th dec i have called them on 18, 19, 20, 21 and today and i have received same rply from them everytime a call that you have to wait 24-48 hours, you will get a call but i havnt received any of their call, msg or mail yet. My case havnt taken a baby step.
Today again they asked more time to pickup. I asked them if they can't pickup, courior service is available here i can do it, but their rply was again the same to wait. I have their recording.
I am leaving this location in next 72 hour and i can't travel with half working earphone. I'm attaching my earphone pic (No physical damage).

In last 3-4 calls, i have asked them to arrange a phone call from their senior authority, and they had given garrenttee for call in 24 hours but they failed to do it too every time.
And i havn't got any calls yet from pickup department. I have informed many time that i am going leave my current location but they took it lightly and in today morning they are informing me that they can't the location and for pickup you hav wait.

Sir, haven't received my earphone yet. Every support adviser is continuously telling me lies, false hope of different kind. One says you will receive it in next 7 days, one says your request is cancelled due to incomplete info. But i have give the before 10 days to them, after cancelling to one said you product will get dispatched today.
Another on the same day says it was cancelled yesterday. 6 time they have guaranteed that they will call me, but i havnt received any of their call.
They same thing they are doing with me too. There is no use of their customer care. They arr giving me false hope from past one month that the replacement model will be restocked and shipped but nothing as such happened so far. They are highly rude and not taking any responsibility.

    I called customer support as my soundbar is not working and they told me that i will get a response within 48 hours. When i called them after 48 hours they told me it will be within 7 days from the date of complaint. After 7 days they increased additional 2 days. I called again and they informed that i will get a response in the next 24 hours. However there is still no response. I have raised complaint on 26th or 27th november 2019 and still it is not resolved and there is no response unless i give them a call and ask them about solving the problem

    Please let me know, has it been resolved or not yet. Because my case is also pending from more than a montj now.

      I have been sent my JBL flip 4 speaker since 07.10.2019 under warranty due to "Sound cracking issue and Battery charging issue" As they told me that they will return my product within 15 working days, But it's been 52 days they're not sure about the repairing status and return status.
      Every time contact to customer care over voice mail, they didn't inform properly instead of taking long term time (like wait for more 10 day 20 days like) Therefore i request you to kindly look in the matter and arrange to resolve.

        I brought a earphone (Jbl t110bt) from myntra, that product is in warranty and as informed by your indian support i courier them to your service center but after that there is no follow up.
        The courier delivered their on 14 october but till now there is nothing response from them.
        When i call to your indian support they ask for irrelevant things like proof of delivery. As i don't have anything like that but anyhow i managed to get photo of entries that are written down by watchman there (Attachment is there) now your team denied that this is not proof of delivery.
        Now what can i do?
        My consignment no. Is bho[protected] which the 1st product that reach service centre in that day

          Jbl 3.1 sound bar bought from croma avadi chennai-54 on 25nov2018 and is under warranty. Started facing issue with remote control and first contacted croma avadi and logged a complaint on 9th nov 2019 service request bof091119fs01005 and contacted multiple time and no visit or resolution is given till date.
          Meanwhile logged complaint with harman service request no. Tn-c[protected] on 15 nov 19.
          Received a call from jbl technician (Name: manimaran contact no: [protected]) on 16 nov 19 and i was asked to share the product invoice copy via message and the same was shared immediately after the call. No further updates from him till 23 nov 19 and i called him for the status, he said he will get the remote from harman office at west mambalam chennai and give it to me on 24 nov 19. Again me contacted him on 24th and first he asked to come to nearby place near to his house to take the remote once he give a call late on the same day. Did not get call from him and again me contacted him and he said is not possible today and come get the next day morning. Also contacted harman call center 3 times to know the status and was useless.
          Extremely dissatisfied with both croma and harman (Especially with the above technician) and the requests are not resolved yet.

            I’ve jbl t450bt it’s good product although but in my case it’s not good i meant i didn’t received good product in a year i’ve replaced that product twice and at the and of warranty i asked customer care what if again my product isn’t work properly so your representative told me it’ll not happen and if it’s happen will try to replace that product again and guess what after waiting so long time i got my product initially it’s good working i enjoyed but after a week or two again something happened to that product and it’s not working properly one of the side is not working at all so i called customer care again they told it’s out of warranty now so we can help you out in this so i was shocked what i’m gonna do now and i put that product aside and busy with my daily routine but nowadays i’m not in good condition so generally i go for music if anything wrong goes with me but again i got to know i don’t have working headphones and even in a year i replaced same item twice putting extra money to sending product via courier to your doorstep but at the end what i got nothing instead of helping you guys clearly denied and even your representative not talking to me properly i was very upset that time actually still i’m so i decided to wrote this complaint ‘coz i’m not getting right product and most of the time my product is in your service centre what should i do about it are you going to help me or not? ‘coz one of my friend told me your services is very good and all so at last i’m doing this earlier i was hopeless let’s see how you respond to this. Waiting for your response asap.

              I have given my product within warranty period for repair, and didn't receive product back its been More than one, month now, i have submitted on 14-Oct-19.

              Issue is when I adjust BASS I am getting Beap sound and it is annoying. this issue was not there for past 11 months. But Support team is telling that is not an issue and it is from manufacture design.

              I have sent many mails to JBL HELP DESK even called them. Always they ask to wait for 48 hours and Helpdesk will contact. But I never received any phone calls. Still the Product is with Support people. It's worst experience ever.
              Kindly help me to resolve it asap

              I have been following with them from long time now. They have to resolve this issue or Replace the Soundbar since it covers Warranty.

                I ordered my harman india - jbl t16 wired headphones with mic (Blue) on[protected] over flipkart i will attach thw invoice. Exactly after 4 months the headphones completely stopped working without any sign of external damage.
                I enquired the online complaint forum of harman india they directed me to draft an email regarding the problem and to send them the defected product on the address mentioned of hq in haryana. (Flextronics technologies india pvt ltd, 302, phase 2, udyog vihar, gurgaon, haryana - 122016)
                Seeing thw co. Name i believed they are a trusted brand and i sent them the damaged headphones over speed post (Whose invoice i will attach to this complaint).
                It was highly unexpected that harman india would bluff me for a headphone. That costed rs.799/-. They kept on mailing me several alternatives such as provide us your address your nom etc and we will send the product to you but now its been 4 and a half months and i have not even got an assuring call from them regarding my replacement.

                I sent them everything they asked for as the headphones were in warranty period of 1 year. When i checked the tracking of the postal service a few days after sending it it claims it reached their hq. But till date they just keep mailing me things that now i know are just to fool the customer.

                I strictly need my replacement of good or the money that i paid back they have used a lot of time and energy of mine.

                  I have given my product within warranty period for repair, didn't receive product back its been two months now, i have submitted on 11-sep-19.
                  I have sent many mails to them even called them. Always they ask to send invoice, i have sent invoice for 6-7 times now. It's worst experience ever.
                  Kindly help me to resolve it asap

                  I have been following with them from long time now. It should just take 15 days max to replace.
                  Either give me my money back or give me speaker

                    Hi,
                    I have ordered jbl flip 3 - stealth edition through in. Jbl.com.
                    Product is ordered and confirmed by jbl on 23rd oct, payment method was upi, money has been deducted from my bank account and the promise delivery period was 5-7 business days. But, now:

                    I) after 9 days of order placing, still theproduct is no shipped by seller. Tracking id assigned 6 days back, but the still the order is under process.

                    Ii) several times call has been made to jbl ([protected]) customer care and unable to get any satisfactory reply except "wait... It will be shipping soon".

                    Iii) talked twice with floor manager, on 29/10/19 with mr. Venkat and on 30/10/19 with mr. Sameer. Both of them assure that the email has been sent to warehouse and the product will be delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately nothing happened in reality. (One important issue that in both cases, the call was put on hold for more than 25 minutes)

                    Iv) while tracking though assigned logistic partner (Delhivery.com), the status was showing as :
                    A) shipment listed : 24 oct-2019
                    B) not picked up - 28-oct-2019 (Since shipment is not received from seller)
                    * this clearly shows that jbl listed the shipment but never handed over the product to logistic partner

                    Totally frustrated with entire matter. Need to know the exact date of delivery and the cause of delay.
                    Its 1st november 2019 now and there is no update from jbl.

                    The complain has been resolved in the same day it has been posted on this forum. A call has been made to JBL around 3.00p.m and after a long waiting (call kept on hold), finally a floor superviser (Mr. Mujeeb) attended the call. He promised to look into the matter with priority basis and advised me to wait for some more time. Finally the product was shipped and a confirmation e-mail has been sent by jbl. Now could track the product but really not sure how long shall it take to reach up to me. Anyway ... thanks to the forum and Harmon (JBL) India Limited to finally resolve the issue after a long and irritating anxiety.

                      We have placed order on their website http://in.jbl.com on 18/09/2019 for bulk purchase of 10 pcs. Headphone jbl-t460btblk with delivery of the product showing in 3-4 days.

                      On 19/09/2019 we call their consumer support at [protected] for status of shipment, they told to call us after 48 hours for update on shipment and have inform we will update you also by email.

                      On 21/09/2019 we have called once again regarding the same and they told due to some system error they are not able to update me status but will arrange a call back and will reply for same.

                      On 22/09/2019 again i have called them that what is the status of my product, he told it has been shipped and product is at thane and share me delhivery courier tracking no.[protected]. Upon checking with delhivery support team, i came to know that jbl have raised pickup request on 19/09/2019 from rptech (I think their vendor) to us but rptech have refused to provide the shipment to delhivery team.
                      I once again called jbl support and have shouted on them that why they have shared wrong detail that shipment in on way to me from their vendor and is currently at thane. I told the lady to transfer the call to any senior perosn and she transferred it to some mr. Samir and i told that this is diwali gift to be courier by me to my customers and if you are delaying this shipment then refund me my money. He told he can't refund the same and will look into the matter and will try to deliver the same as soon as possible. I told that if i received the same after wednesday (23/10/19) then it is of no use to me and cancel this order and refi-und my money if you are not in position to deliver the same. He said i can't cancel or refund the same and will try to give proper solution within some time and will call me back.

                      I called 2 times again on 22/10/19 and 1 time on 23/10/19 and asked the operator to transfer call to mr. Samir, they said mr. Samir is working on your issue and will call you back in few minutes but the call didn't came till 2:00 pm today ie 23/10/19.

                      I didn't understand neither they are delivering my product even after 5 days compare to 3-4 day delivery commitment nor refunding my money back.

                      Please help me on same now as the product is of no use to me right now.

                      Its been a month now and every time i call their customer support for my refund, they just inform me to wait for some time. We will get back to you.

                      i had called them around 5th of this month and the executive there said we will get back to you in 48 hours but that call did't came till date.

                      I had called them today again on 16/11 and they inform me that we have forwarded the complain to concerned team and you will have to wait for 7 more days.

                      Can anyone help me here to lodge a consumer complain as already a month gone by and they are not taking any pain for same and even not informing the things for refund processing.
                      The exact same thing happened to me. I have ordered a product from their website on 19th October 2019. Even after calling them for more than 5 times, they say they don't have any status of when my order will be delivered and blame it on logistics problem. Every time I ask them to hand over to some senior official regarding my case, they put their line on hold for more than an hour and then hang up the call. The last time I called, Service Representative - Mr. Raja Dubey, picked up and told me that I'll get a call back from Mr. Sameer regarding my problem. But I haven't received any call until now.

                        My headphones stopped working in warranty period and on reaching out to jbl i was assured that my headphones will be replaced within 15 days. They have 1 service center located in mumbai and on calling them they said that product is not available with them currently and on check with jbl customer service team, they asked me to courier the same to their gurgaon office along with invoice copy. I sent the same along with invoice and same got delivered on 19th. There was a mistake on jbl end and they lost the invoice and claimed that i have not sent them the invoice, i again sent them the invoice on 22nd through email and got the confirmation as well. After that i have made multiple calls to their service center and they don't give a definitive answer on my replacement and keep on telling me that invoice has not been received by them. It has been more than a month and there is no update on the headphones replacement

                          You are the worst kind of service provider. My headphone jbl t-110 is not working and service centre guy told me that headphone will be replaced. My problem is still not resolved and without my permission you closed the case. I locked my request on september-13-2019, service request no is hr-c[protected]. Then again i was given service request no is hr-e[protected] on september-23-19. Its been a month whenever i try to call or go to gurgaon service centre, they told me come after few days. My request is still pending. I am filing this complaint in consumers grievance against you. I can't take this kind response any more.

                          Worst company i came through .the shipping process may take months . I ordered a week ago upto now i didnt got the order .very very worst .its my fate to choose .i had to choose amazon or flipkart .

                            Dear team,

                            I have raised complaint regarding my sb150 sound bar on 16-sep-2019 with jbl customer service (Harman india). Since my soundbar is under warranty. It was purchased on 28-dec-2018 from flipkart.
                            Issue: not powering on.
                            Sr no: "ka-c[protected]".
                            Technician from harman india visited home on 23- sep-2019 & found power supply adapter issue. He has taken the adapter to service center & confirmed within 3 days we will fix the issue.
                            It’s been almost 2 week i have raised the complaint, but no resolution.
                            I have attached my invoice copy, screenshot of complaint registration & copy of customer acknowledge slip.
                            Hereby requesting to get it resolve the existing product or give the replacement.
                            Further clarification please revert back.

                              ०९।०८।२०१९ को मैंने एचटीटीपी://जब्ल।इन पर से साउंड बार सिनेमा सब १५५ ख़रीदा जो १३।०८।२०९ को करियर से भेजने के बाद दिनांक १६।०८।२०१९ को मुझे मिला । दो दिन टेस्ट करने के बाद पता चला उनमे ब्लूटूथ की प्रॉब्लम है ।कुछ दुरी पर जाने पर लिंक काट जा रही थी ।मैंने दूसरे मोबाइल से टेस्ट किया परन्तु समस्या वही आ रहे थे मुश्किल से ८-१० फ़ीट दूर जाने पर रूम में ही कनेक्टिविटी छोड़ देता था । इस कंप्लेंट को मैंने उनकी हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर १९।०९।२०१९ को कंप्लेंट किया। उन्होंने तकनीशियन विजिट के लिए कहा परन्तु २४।०९।२०९ तक कोई तकनीशियन नहीं आने पर मैंने फिर से कंप्लेंट किया । ३१।०८।२०१९ को रिवर्स पिक उप का कॉल आया और बताया आप को प्रोडक्ट यहाँ मुंबई भेजना पड़ेगा और प्रोडक्ट में प्रॉब्लम पाए जाने
                              पर नया प्रोडक्ट भेज देंगे । डिलीवरी कुररियर द्वारा ३१।०८।२०१९ को प्रोडक्ट वापिस भेज दिया जब १०।१०।२०१९ को कॉल किया तो बताया हमारी १४ दिन की पालिसी है आप को १४ दिन में अपना नया प्रोडक्ट मिल जायेगा । मैंने १८ दिन के बाद १८।१०।२०१९ को प्रोडक्ट न मिलने की jbl कस्टमर केयर पर mr सत्येंद्र को कम्प्लेन किया । उन्होंने बताया आप के द्वारा भेजा गया प्रोडक्ट में फॉल्ट पाया गया है और आप को नया प्रोडक्ट एक वीक में मिल जाएगा । जब २४।१०।२०१९ तक मुझे रिप्लेसमेंट प्रोडक्ट नहीं मिला तो फिर से मैंने २४।१०।२०१९ को फिर से jbl कस्टमर पर कॉल किया और पूरी घटना ku. अम्बिका को बताया उन्हों ने तुरंत अपने higher से कॉल arrange करने का वादा किया परन्तु अफ़सोस आज ४८ घंटा बीत जाने के बाद भी कोई कॉल नहीं आया और नहीं प्रोडक्ट।

                                Hello, i have purchased jbl partybox 300 and within 6 months it has stopped working with no audio output. I have called customer care atleast 100 times with each time same answer that issue will be resolved within 48 hours. I have atleast 40 complaint registration numbers. This is a costly speaker for me and i feel cheated. Kindly ask jbl to reply me about what should i do next? Should i throw it away or take it and go to jbl stores customers to tell to never buy from jbl.

                                  I have couriered my product JBL C100I on 15th June 2019. They have recieved my product on 18h june and told me to wait for 15 working days.
                                  But after that they told that they are not having the exact product and there will be delay .
                                  Its been more than 2 and half months that they are not giving any update regarding my product.

                                  Many customer care executives have told different things but no one can give any update.
                                  I had tried to talk with their supervisor also, but they will never pick your call.
                                  A supervisor named Venkat and many executives like Archana and so will always tell many things and never gave me any update regarding my product.

                                  and My product Courier ID is EN[protected]IN (INDIA POST ).
                                  This is such a disgusting service by Harman JBL customer care support.

                                  I want to escalate things over Consumer complaint so that will help me.

                                  I am fed up and frusted with these customer support as no one can help me.
                                  They will tell to mail Proof of delivery, Invoice many times. I have already mailed them in first 5 days only.
                                  Such a bad service by Harman Jbl.

                                      The jbl earphone delivered stoped working after 5 months. I have contacted them via emails and they asked every details about the delivery like tax invoice etc. I provided themwith every details and they told me to send the product to their service center and send it through speed post. They told me that they will replace the product if it is a defective one. Within 2 days the send it back without any reason. After 2 days they send me an email that their technicians are working on it, when the product has already reached me. Most of the day they tell that their technicians are working on it. Always same email. Please dont buy jbl products and products from harman india. The worst service and customer care. Selling defective products

                                        Good day,
                                        I purchased my jbl flip 4 speaker & was in warranty period. It was sent to service center in time.
                                        It's a serious failure of customer support that i am not getting my product back after repairing.
                                        As of now it's more than 55 days, that i had sent my product to service centre as asked by them.
                                        (Shipping address: flextronics technologies india pvt ltd, 302, phase 2, udyog vihar, gurgaon, haryana - 122016).
                                        I had attached all the required bills & docs along with it.
                                        They confirmed the product was received by service center on 28th june. They promised to get me back my product within 15 days & maximum of 20 days in any situation.
                                        Now when i call customer care, each week they are fooling to send me the product and postponing it for next week.
                                        I am taking follow up every week from customer support. When being asked to transfer the call to their manager, they put me on hold for about an hour each time. All this time went in vain as their supervisor never picks up call and wastes my precious time of hour every time.
                                        They are just raising the tickets and closing it without resolution, they are misguiding in letting me know the exact status too about my product.
                                        I had been told every week after raising the complaint that i will get call back within 24-48 hrs. Never got any call.
                                        When been asked to let me speak to supervisor, they never made that possible for me. No call back was ever received.
                                        I have records of call.
                                        It's enough from my end to let you the grievance. I am totally frustrated, fooled & misguided by them.
                                        I am attaching the receipt of couriered product which i sent.
