I have bought jbl flip 2 speaker in jan-2017. Currently i am facing issues with my speaker and trying to reach jbl customer support. There us support is replying but speaker will monitored at service centers in india.
There is no service center in hyderabad, where i am currently staying and asked them to provide nearest service center details. They have provided bangalore service center details. But they are neither responding mails nor replying on phone.
And us support is like we are trying to reach bangalore service center too.
Its been almost 2 weeks, i am following up with them daily. But not fruitful response.
Hence complaining here to get positive response.
