I have purchased JBL Sound Bar on 12-Jul-18 under HDFC 10% Instant cash back offer, if it is an instant i should have received the cach back credited into my Account immediately after making purchase payment, however not received and i have been following with Harman Audio Support Team in both Call and Email on 07-Aug-18, what worst part is in call they asked me write an email to [protected]@Harmanaudio.in, but no response till to my email even after 3 follow-ups and its been 2 months now from the date i purchased.

This needs to be resolved.

    On 5th aug 2018, i ordered for a jbl xtreme speaker (Jb-in[protected] which was on offer at an unbelievable 92% discount on their official jbl india website. I got a confirmatory mail with awb no.[protected].

    While tracking delivery status, i got to know that jbl asked its logistics partner (Delhivery.com) to return the item when the same was on transit. Thus while it reached raipur which was just 40 km away from delivery point (Bhilai), it was sent back to mumbai - as per instructions received from jbl.

    I tried to contact them on their customer service number ([protected]) which turned out to be a non-existent bogus number. Further, their customer service email id ([protected]@harman.com) was of little use as no response was received after sending several emails to this id.
    Harman India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I bought jbl earfone T110 order id [protected] six month ago...now it not work.warrany is still avaiable..so plz replce it n solve my prblm...

      I bough my jbl flip 2 speaker online and within few months it had got the charging issue.
      Not to mention as everyone is aware that jbl released so many defective speakers which faced the charging issue (As people around faced the same issue). And this piece was defective like many other in the same category where it always had charging issues and ultimately couldn't charge at all.
      I had asked for the replacement of the product when it was under warranty itself. But support had just temporarily fixed it instead..
      Still the charging was not proper. And the problem occured again. And i sent my product to the service centre when again and i kept mailing them to track my product and service centre called me so late and my product went out of warranty by then.
      While i was so frustrated with this whole process and sending for repair again and again these guys called me and asked for 1200 for its repair. And that too with just one month warranty and this product will go bad again in 2 months as its a faulty one.
      This was just disgusting. I was already regretting purchasing this expensive useless jbl product and now these guys asked me for this money instead of replacing product.

      After that i never heard from them and have been trying to track my speaker. Its been 6 months now i have no clue where my speaker is

      This is the heights of worst service!!!

      My experience with jbl had been really bad. I wish i had purchased some other brand which would have been cheaper and better instead.

      I have posted and told everyone to not to purchase jbl ever and rather buy other brands.

      Their customer care service is so patetic that you call them and they dont help you at all. Manisha, robin singhal from customer care who said that they will try to solve my problem and either get me the refund or that replacement of the product just vanished.
      They did not even tell if my product is still with them
      This shows that they do not value their customers time and money
      They do not even reply to your mails.

      I just want my money back and i am done with harman and its service.

      I cant keep calling you guys to in turn get nothing. Give my money back cos you kept my product with you.

      Jbl is fraud company!!!

        Hello,

        I have ordered JBL 2.1 speaker product from the harman website on 3rd july, 2018 and till today no response from harman and my product is also not shipped yet.

        Very poor customer care and we are kept in queue and call's get disconnected automatically.

        Sent many emails and no response from harman side.

        Even this Consumer complaint board also not helping me and is that something consumer complaint board is no more working?
        They are actually fraud, They have kept my product to repair and have never come back. Their customer care is useless too

          I bought the said headphone last year in the month of August and suddenly after 4 months the headphone has some problems, so I requested Flipkart and they routed me to Harman. I tried calling [protected], but nobody responded. There is no nearby customer office in Pune so please address this concern on urgency.

            Hello, i have brought a headphone on last year at the month of october, after 2 months the headphone had some problems, so i requested brightstar telecomunications india ltd. To replace my heaphone. I told them to do it urgently.

            But till now i did not get that product. Its almost 3 months passed. I called them to know the progress, they replied me that the headphone have'nt reached yet, i emailed them many times. But they did'nt respond.

            Please take a serious action.

              Sir,
              1. I had visited a service ceter bright star telecommunication in nehru place, delhi india ltd on 13 feb 2018 for repair of headphone j-56 bt not under guarantee.
              2. I was told firstly, that item not under is not entertained however on persuasion they agreed to take the item without analysing the problem and said that i will be told on phone the problem and on permission repair will be carried out. Service charge would be rs 325 and repair charge would be extra.
              3, on insistingon about nature of problem i was told. That i can take my headphone and no repair wil be done. On further insistence technician checked my headphone in five minutes and reported that wire connecting both the headphones have become faulty and it can't be repaired.
              4. On getting it checked from outside it was found that there is no fault in the connecting wire but in the mother board.
              5.in view of the above it is requested that an alternate arrangements be made to get my headphone repaired at the earliest to avoid further harassment to me.

                I had issue with harman india for very bad service, i have given onbeat xtream speaker for repair on 26 december 2017, but till now its not repaired and everytime i call they provide wrong commitment and now in last post they said it is delayed due to un-availability of spare parts...
                15-20 days i was told initially that the product will be repaired, now it's more than 5 weeks and still they are saying spare parts awaiting. I had tweeted on 29 jan 2018 also but no response from them as well..

                  I purchased jbl 250 in october 2016 and within a year the woofer stopped working.

                  I submitted the sound bar and woofer at the service center in mumbai (Lower patel) on 26/09/2017. Acknowledgement for the same is attached.

                  It's been 4.5 months and the repair work is still pending. When i spoke to the contact person at service centre (Nilesh), he mentioned that he cannot provide a definite date for repair.

                  This is ridiculous. Firstly, my sound bar is defective and secondly i don't get a definite date from the service centre. It can't get worse than this.

                  To add to this, when i sent an email on the customer service id mentioned on their website ([protected]@harman.com), i was advised to have patience.

                  I would need your assistance to resolve this matter asap.

                    Received faulty product against order i'd.[protected] placed on 10th november.
                    Received product on 21st nov. Trying to contact by mail and call from 22nd and there is no response. Product has 10days replacement as it's purchased from their offical website harmanindia.in. They are stalling and waiting to complete 10 days to direct me to a service centre.

                      I already complained the above order no purchased on 08/11/2017 not received issue on 24/11.2017 but no support team even not responded against this. When i telephoned to [protected] & [protected] they are repeatedly telling we are not concerned and we will informed to support they will solve with in three days. How many times they will tell the same story?. I am asking the harman people cancel my order and throw the amount on my face. I sincere advise is not to purchase the items from this waste site because there is no option to cancel the order. The prices also very low in croma store than this harman india site which of their own brands.

                        This refers to my order placed at harman.in on
                        [protected] and order ref:[protected]. They had assured to deliver within 5-7 days. But as of no update whether order had been dispatched or not.
                        Contact no [protected] of dotzot with tracking id[protected] no proper response for the same. Please do response and solve my query immediately without any further delay. It's hardly more than 16 days gone.

                          I have purchased jbl 350 cinemas from harman website though the product was available in other portals i. E amazon. I preferred harman portal as its there own product. 1st ting they took alot of time to deliver. They don't have any proper way of return policy. Customer support of harman sucks alot i tried for around 4 days ratio is 2/100 times and answer is we dont support sales issue. They don't have any sales number to contact all is you have to send mail to [protected]@harmanaudio.in which they don't even respond. Paying 23k for a product and you can't return.
                          Product has audio glitch when playback is done over bluetooth with in 1mtr. And sub woofer gives glitch sound in-between.

                                I have placed my order through online payment on 10/11/17. There is not response from the company not yet. They have not shipped my product not yet.                                   They are giving false statements that the product will be delivered within 5 days from the date of receipt of order. Its been more than 7 days now and the product has not yet delivered. Payment already made. I had to gift the product on someone birthday and now they are saying that they cannot help. These people are fooling their customers. While no one is receiving calls and while they receive, they answer that they cannot help in this matter.

                                    they shipped my product on 16 nov but after that status is not updating, looks like they just give me some tracking id so i can sit back. its 5th day and status is still showing request for pickup received at lower parel. and my delivery location is lower parel. if their warehouse is in lower parel then it should be deliver whithin hrs or a day.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had purchased an earphone from amazon on 28th nov 2016. After few months o[censored]sage, the right side of the earphone gave very low sound. As the product was on warranty period, i applied for the replacement through authorized jbl harman service center which is located in kormangala, bangalore. Although they gave commitment that product will be replaced within 20-25 days, it is been more than 40 days none of the executives are giving proper updates and from last few days they are not even picking up the calls.

                                        I have bought jbl flip 2 speaker in jan-2017. Currently i am facing issues with my speaker and trying to reach jbl customer support. There us support is replying but speaker will monitored at service centers in india.

                                        There is no service center in hyderabad, where i am currently staying and asked them to provide nearest service center details. They have provided bangalore service center details. But they are neither responding mails nor replying on phone.

                                        And us support is like we are trying to reach bangalore service center too.

                                        Its been almost 2 weeks, i am following up with them daily. But not fruitful response.
                                        Hence complaining here to get positive response.
