I ordered jbl tune 205bt from amazon on 18th may 2020, and received it on 25th may 2020. We opened the product on 30th may due to covid-19. After few days on 7th june, its left earpiece stopped working, so we requested a replacement of the order (Jbl tune 205bt), we did all the procedures required for the replacement of the order and sent it to the care center as instructed to us. We received the replaced product on 24th june, but we opened it on 30th june due to covid-19, actually we received the wrong replaced product.
We received jbl tune 205 instead of jbl tune 205bt. Few days back we called the harman india care center again to address our issue and request the return of the wrong product which was delivered to us (Jbl tune205) and replace it with the original product which we ordered
(Jbl tune2015bt), we also sent a proper e-mail addressing our issue with all required documents and details but till now we haven't received any instructions regarding, it not even a call or e-mail.
We request to please get connected to us as soon as possible and prepare for the replace the wrong product (Jbl tune 205) with the original product (Jbl tune 205bt).
We are attaching the invoice with the photo of the wrong replace product jbl tune 205 which was delivered to instead of jbl tune 205bt, and the invoice of the original product jbl tune 205bt.
Harman India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
