I purchased a Harman Kardon Aura Plus from Amazon on 19th May, it went faulty after not even a month. After contacting Harman customer service i was told to visit my nearest service center in Kolkata which happens to be QDIGI services Ltd, in Park street. The service center guy took a look at my speaker and acknowledged that there is a sound crack issue with the unit and tells me that it will get repaired within 20 days. I submit the speaker to them on 23rd June hoping to get it back by 20th july. I call them after a month on roughly 15th july and they say that replacement part is not available and they can't give me an ETA regarding how long it will take to get it repaired. its now close to one and a half month and still i don't know when it will get repaired or if even it will get repaired or not. i have called harman's toll free number twice and each time they make an excuse saying the replacement part is coming from outside India and will take time but they don't provide me with a time frame. Service center guys don't even pick up my call half the time and they also can't give me any time as to when i will get back my product. I want hard proof of the fact that the replacement part is truly being shipped because as it stands right now it feels almost as if parts are not available for the product and i am being made to sit around like a duck while Harman tries to source the replacement part needed. I didn't buy the product to make it sit in the service center for months without using it. It went bad within a month which greatly speaks of Harman's quality which i thought to be outstanding! dear Lord. Truly speaking i am just one foot away from taking it to the consumer court. To make things clear i really need two things answered.
1 - if the replacement part is being shipped then show me some proof of that so i can assure myself,
2- if replacement parts are not available then give me a replacement or a refund ( i wouldn't even mind at this point to receive the bluetooth only aura studio 2)

    Was unable to add few images for which creating another complaint here,

    Have purchased my jbl 2.1 sound system on 29th april 2019 and and since april it started generating distorted sound from woofer so i raised complaint to harman for rectification of problem on 13th may 2020. We paid 21k to buy the system which is probably have created trouble in just 1 years span. This product is no worth to buy, now harman is saying that product is out of warranty and they will do the repair which i am not agreeing for because in just one year and 13 days span why one should pay charges to get such expensive product repaired. This is not at all acceptable from a brand like jbl harman. Kindly requesting harman to provide free replacement of woofer as it just cross 13 days from warranty which was not known to undersigned. Faced worst experience by such a nice brand. Also it took several calls to get service person visited to my house and this kind of service support i have not seen from any other brand.

    Further to write on this, please find here with an attached copy of email communication screen shots where customer support have not mentioned ever that product is out of service hence products will be repaired at extra charge. I request to review attached files. Around 8-10 emails received from harman without proper response.

        I ordered jbl tune 205bt from amazon on 18th may 2020, and received it on 25th may 2020. We opened the product on 30th may due to covid-19. After few days on 7th june, its left earpiece stopped working, so we requested a replacement of the order (Jbl tune 205bt), we did all the procedures required for the replacement of the order and sent it to the care center as instructed to us. We received the replaced product on 24th june, but we opened it on 30th june due to covid-19, actually we received the wrong replaced product.

        We received jbl tune 205 instead of jbl tune 205bt. Few days back we called the harman india care center again to address our issue and request the return of the wrong product which was delivered to us (Jbl tune205) and replace it with the original product which we ordered
        (Jbl tune2015bt), we also sent a proper e-mail addressing our issue with all required documents and details but till now we haven't received any instructions regarding, it not even a call or e-mail.

        We request to please get connected to us as soon as possible and prepare for the replace the wrong product (Jbl tune 205) with the original product (Jbl tune 205bt).

        We are attaching the invoice with the photo of the wrong replace product jbl tune 205 which was delivered to instead of jbl tune 205bt, and the invoice of the original product jbl tune 205bt.

          Purchased jbl tune 160 from flipkart last year 8n aug 2019. Claimed and exchanged the product. The new product stopped working after 15 days i got the new earphone in june. Numerous mails ive sent in june. Again i wrote a mail but nothing happenes. The last representative i was taking was ' sahil '.

              Iam santosh & i’ve ordered a jbl endurance bt headset from jbl.in website on 11th june. The product was shippped to bangalore destination on 18th june however post that the product is still not delivered even after repeated follow-ups with the delivery and jbl customer services. No good responses from delivery customer services even after repeated mails. The order number is jbl - in00313257

                I ordered a earphone on 19th of june, 2020 from https://in.jbl.com/ i paid online (Prepaid). Item no: jblc150siured and order number jb-in00316836

                Today is 27th of june and they have not delivered yet the product. When call on the customer support. The waiting call period of 30 minutes to 50 minutes. They keep you on hold. They say that it will be cancelled automatically on 30th june. I said why are you cancel. He said that if we can't send we will cancel it.

                First of all, if you cant fulfill delivery on time, why are you booking orders? And why are you keeping our money?

                When i say that you can cancel today and refund my money. Customer support said that we don't have authority. He is transferring my call to his senior but call could not connected.

                My suggestion to jbl harman india is that you are delivering very late like a month and online stores like amazon and flipkart can easily send in 3 days on normal delivery. Why are you working here? You can't survive, you are just wasting customers time and money.

                  I had purchased a jbl headphone from flipkart on 5 march 2020. After 3 months the headphone stopped working. I sent an email to harman on the 17 j7ne 2020. They asked me to confirm if the product was faulty, try cleaningnit up and asked me for the invoice from flipkart which o sent.

                  Since then there has been no response feom flipkart.

                    Hi,

                    Harman call center claims that the product has 1 year warranty, but i have a warranty card which came along with the product which says the product has 2 year warranty. I have also shared the copy of the warranty card.

                    This issue has been dragging on since 20th may. Every time the customer care is asking one details or the other. They want some documents in jpeg format at once and they ask for the pdf format of the same document once again. This is clear case of harassment and clear intention to defraud on the contractual obligations.

                    Hope some sense prevails on harman and they perform their contractual obligation. Not everything has to be decided in courts and litigation.

                      my purchased JBL Cinema 450 has a problem with the woofer for which a particular part is to be replaced. Its almost a month now & THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT

                      I have BEEN WAITING NOW FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED BUT EBERYDAY THE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE KEEPS ON MAKING EXCUSES THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL TODAY. I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTER PRATICALLY EVERY DAY & HAVE SENT EMAILS
                      BUT THEY ARE JUST FOOLING AROUND BY SAYING YOU WILL BE CALLED TODAY.
                      AGAIN I HAVE CALLED HARMAN CUSTOMER CARE 16.06.2020 AND THE RESULT IS THE SAME.

                      THIS IS NOTHNG BUT A FRAUD COMPANY .
                      people should be made aware not to buy their products

                        Case no. - ch-e[protected] its been more than three month i am following up with harman, jbl for replacement of my infinity glide 500 headphones, which stopped working within 3 months of purchase. They say they will call back but no one does. Such a harassment it is. They simply say the product is out of stock and they won't be able to say when will it be restocked. Such a low level, pathetic services harman, jbl has. I will never recommend this to anyone ever. Even a half star is too much for them. I have never seen such disgusting customer care services ever in any other brand. I will never purchase anything from jbl ever again.

                        Just crossed few days over warranty and Subwoofer started crackling voice even on low sound. The product price was 20k and jbl promised it's durability, very disappointed product. I will escalate this on social media.

                            I have registered the conplaint regarding my jbl c100 tws. It had stopped working and on complaining i was asked to deface the product and send images of it. After that they need 10 business days to replace my product and it has been so long that no replacement i am getting. Due to this pathetic service. I am highly pestered. So would like to you to refund my money.

I completed the packing and they said that they will attempt to pick up. But there is no one to contact me and i tried the number given by them but they didn't pick up the call.                                 After 6 months, I have finally received the product and my complaint has been resolved. But there was no follow ups from Harman India's side at all even a single time. Six months is way too long I had purchased a new product of some other company by then. Also, the product was delivered just a random day without confirming the address or without any prior notice or intimation. If the address would have changed then there would have been no chance of we getting our product. The customer care services of JBL Harman India is pathetic. I will never purchase any product from them ever!!

                                  I have been following up for more than 1.5 months now. I have already raised complaint For pick up up of my earphones as one side has problem and that too within 1 month of purchase. Such a poor quality product it is. I have already received Email from your side of the attachments to put on the box for return.

                                  First of all pick was done after more than 15 days of complaint that to after so many calls and emails.

                                  And after the pick up I have no clue about my earphones. I, m just getting stupid response that they are looking into it and not bale to answer simple question that where are my earphones and why even after 1.5 months they are not able to replace their pathetic damaged product

                                  I have not seen such a pathetic response and service from any brands that I have used. What is the use Of buying a earphones from you with more price. I could have bought with Half a price earphones. Its such a waste of time.

                                  Is the management so poor of JBL or its a harassment from your side?

                                  It's been more than a month now that they are repeating the same dialogue of no stock over and over again. I don;t know what sort of brand is this. They should be taken down for such pathetic after sale services

                                    Dop 29.9.2019 jbl flip 5 but it stopped working after one month and warranty was filed 30.11.2019, its almost more than a month there is no response from your end. Being such a big brand this type of behaviour is not accepted. On the contrary service staff were rude. Kindly replace the product as early as possible.
                                    The product is not being use for 6 month even so it needs to replaced as it has some manufacturing defect. It is not getting power on.

                                      I brought wireless jbl harman 5.1 surround sound speakers in july 2019, which got into low volume issues in november. I raised this concern to the customer care on 11th of november. After continuous efforts with customer care and escalations.
