I have shifted to new place Pudupakkam, Chennai from Zamin Pallavaram, Chennai. Before shifting i have inquired whether the connection can be transferred, but they have told me that they don't have the service in my new place.
So i contacted them to cancel my service. Despite raising the cancellation request, i am receiving more than 10 calls daily for the last 3 months to renew my service. Everytime i have to tell them i have shifted and the new location doesn't have your fiber connection feasibility.
Eventhough i have told them about this, one Sales Person contacted me multiple times and said that it is feasible and forced me to pay for the plan renewal so that the shifting charges will be done with free of cost. I have paid around Rs.471.

After paying this amount, i got a call from technical team and they told that there is no service available at my new location ( Plot No:21A, BT Palace, Engineers Park, Pudupakkam, Chennai - 603103 ).
so i got another call after few days, the lady spoke to me saying that the internet connection is not feasible at the new location, hence they will refund my money back. so far i didn't get any refund.
Today i got a call from a person whose name is Adhithyan and he told that the refund cannot be processed from his side as i have renewed the plan. I explained him about the history of this incident, he told that they will not process my refund. he said that he will raise a complaint instead to sort my problem.
My main problem is that you people are contacting me in multiple times in unknown number which is not as per TRAI regulation act. This is totally not fair if the customer not interested, then you should not disturb him instead every day i am getting more than 10 calls for renewing the service and forcing me to take Hathway. i don't what type of targets are set to the Hathway agents and they are annoying everyday. This spoils my daily work when i am business calls with clients or during important presentation.
Eventually, i want my refund amount back in quick time and also i don't want to receive all calls post my refund.
if this is not going to happen, then i will file consumer case against HATHWAY company, they have to face indefinite consequences.
