    Hello,

    I am Anuradha rai, I took a broadband plan of 100 mbps from GTPL and it has been a week and installation is not done yet. I reached out to customer care for help and find out that this fiber plan is not active in my area . Hence I would like a refund of my amount which is already paid.

      Internet not working in my gtpl broadband from 13/08/2022 to till and I have checked router it shows only 2 light and connection light is not blinking and your service person is not responding my call from last 7 days.
      Also I have tried to gtpl complaint but not responding.

        Iam from chennai i was paid new connection 09/08/2022 Rs1284 twice time hathway execute... then after paid excute told couldn't fix our location... executive told your money refund 15 days... couldn't receive any refund related message for 15 days then now 20 days completed. now executive didn't attend my calls and some time atten talk me rude and now my number was blocked our mobile and ... the world worst behavior HATHWAY, , , , please everyone don't buy hathway connection...

        AND HATHWAY answer me where is my money ??????

            My Internet plan got over on 14th July 2022
            I called customer care for disconnection next day
            Got to know they didnt raise my disconnection request till 4th Aug
            Still I am waiting for disconnection
            Everyday they are calling me with offer in hopes of reconnection and not completing my disconnection and when I ask about disconnection they quickly hang up the phone
            At this point I am getting 5 to 10 calls for disconnection daily
            Please help me make this people stop calling me with offer

              I got hathway while working in chennai..I shifted to different city 3 months back .. I requested to close my account .. They told to surrender router .. Has router is missed .so they told me to pay money .. so i paid .. but they didn’t close my account ..I am an doctor ..as there will be night duties ..But hathway team keeps on calling 4-5 times per day while working as well as doesn’t allow me to sleep after night duty .. It’s very frustrating /torture

                  I am still getting msg and calls from hathway regularly even i am not using this service for last 6 months. I have confirmed multiple times to deactivate my account from hathway still getting msg and calls.

                  Kindly help me deactivate my hathway account so that i don't get any msg and call from hathway or suggest me if i can file any legal action to the company.

                    The do not help about that, and support will not reply for this, reason : intentionally, actually they don't want to give customer full access to it as they have to reuse the routers, to fix it get ur own router and get full access, it works my friend has did this and it worked, but i didn't as getting new router for 3 months is madness, i will switch to airtel instead

                      To whomsoever it may concern:
                      I have made a payment of Rs. 884 to Hathway Broadband on 12th August 2022 through my ICICI Bank account by Google Pay. The amount got debited from my bank account but it wasn't received by Hathway. Later i had to pay them again to get my account recharged.
                      Kindly refund my Rs. 884 as soon as possible. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

                          Hi Team,

                          I've got a broadband installed at my home which is a 200 mbps plan yesterday, but the executive came in the evening and took the broadband mentioning that it's the router problem and said that my amount will be refunded( 1097rs)

                          Now, since yesterday I've been calling the customer care number but there is no response from them.

                          Kindly refund my amount of 1097 Rs. immediately.

                            Please stop calling us i already told many caller that the i moved to some other city and i'm not using service but they call me and msg me every day at least 4-5 times its irritating and harassment.

                              This is my second year for GPTL connection, last year also i was having speed issue, net stop working some times get very slow like 2mbps sometimes in Kbps. I was not going to renew but the GPTL person came to me and request to renew and promised me that from now you will not get problem we have change line and now its fiber line bla bla bla, i was so stupid that i listen to him trust him, now every single day i have to raise complain for slow speed. The gtpl person came check n say now its fine and after few hour same thing happen,

                                I have shifted to new place Pudupakkam, Chennai from Zamin Pallavaram, Chennai. Before shifting i have inquired whether the connection can be transferred, but they have told me that they don't have the service in my new place.
                                So i contacted them to cancel my service. Despite raising the cancellation request, i am receiving more than 10 calls daily for the last 3 months to renew my service. Everytime i have to tell them i have shifted and the new location doesn't have your fiber connection feasibility.
                                Eventhough i have told them about this, one Sales Person contacted me multiple times and said that it is feasible and forced me to pay for the plan renewal so that the shifting charges will be done with free of cost. I have paid around Rs.471.

                                After paying this amount, i got a call from technical team and they told that there is no service available at my new location ( Plot No:21A, BT Palace, Engineers Park, Pudupakkam, Chennai - 603103 ).
                                so i got another call after few days, the lady spoke to me saying that the internet connection is not feasible at the new location, hence they will refund my money back. so far i didn't get any refund.

                                Today i got a call from a person whose name is Adhithyan and he told that the refund cannot be processed from his side as i have renewed the plan. I explained him about the history of this incident, he told that they will not process my refund. he said that he will raise a complaint instead to sort my problem.
                                My main problem is that you people are contacting me in multiple times in unknown number which is not as per TRAI regulation act. This is totally not fair if the customer not interested, then you should not disturb him instead every day i am getting more than 10 calls for renewing the service and forcing me to take Hathway. i don't what type of targets are set to the Hathway agents and they are annoying everyday. This spoils my daily work when i am business calls with clients or during important presentation.

                                Eventually, i want my refund amount back in quick time and also i don't want to receive all calls post my refund.
                                if this is not going to happen, then i will file consumer case against HATHWAY company, they have to face indefinite consequences.

                                  I have renewed my Hathway connection by paying 2, 521Rs for 3+1 months offer in the month of May.

                                  I have contacted to the area manager whose contact no given in the message received from Hathway. The manager told me to pay 2, 521Rs for the 3+1 month offer and he gave me Google Pay no of the person name called Chetan and he told me to pay immediately for the fast activation.

                                  I paid the amount and after a month I got a call from Hathway customer care saying my account is getting deactivated as it is reflecting 1 month payment in their system. I have raised a complaint 2 months back on this and submitted all the payment related documents.

                                  I got a message from Hathway saying that the person Chetan left from the organization by stolen the money also from some of the customers like me and Hathway clearly agreed on this and saying that back end team working on this issue.

                                  From last 2months I did not receive any message from them after continues reminders and they keep on saying backend team working on this issue. But every month they are disconnecting my account and I am paying monthly charges 825Rs again.

                                  But today again they have taken a fresh request from me without answering about the status on my previous request.

                                  Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                    However i have not taken any loan from there, i haven't registered in your website, but still they have deducted ACH from my account. so now i have registered due to you have deducted 570 rupees from in my account

                                        Hathway had taken money to install new broad band connection, they have not installed it in assured time. Moreover the manager is not responding to the call. It is very urgent for me for doing job at home. They given fake assurances till get the money. So I need my money back. Please help me to get my money back. And take the action against them to don’t repeat to others.
