Hathway has been calling me every single day almost thrice or more for getting a new subscription or to ask if I am continuing the previous one. I have not been using Hathway for about 7-8 months now. One person I talked to asked me to pay 498 rupees to close my process of cancellation but next month I realised that they fooled me and it was a recharge that they made me pay for. This is just stupid and really frustrating. If nothing happens after this post I’m going to the police.

Please go to the consumer court with the call recordings and transaction statements. Hope you get back your money and even an additional compensation for the frustration you faced.

    Hi,

    Hathway is giving wrong plan to me.
    They are on new connection said giving you 40mbps, but on the recharge showing 15mbps.
    They need only customer for monthly targets.
    After this they said call to tech team they will resolve.
    And tech team said you have 15mbps plan.
    I got connection on 3rd July but speed issue is there.

    Also my net is always down.
    And wifi network problem is there replace the new modem but same.
    If you are not resolving the issue get my money back i don't want it.

      Hi Team,

      I am not using your services any more and the reason for that has already been brought to the company's notice but still everyday I am being tortured by your tele callers calls ( more than 6 times a day ) from the last 2 months.

      If this is what your customer care policy then god bless you but I believe that I can pay little extra to get good customer care rather then to suffer this torture.

      Anyway. I request to convey my message to your tele caller as to not disturb me moving forward by putting my mobile no in DND mode.

        Hello my consumer number is [protected] i want to deactivate my Hathway board band services. But i am unable to do it. As i already informed on the call more than 20 time but still i am getting spam calls daily basis it's very kuch disturbing for me i can't focus on my work and all. Please i want to get rid of your hathway connection. Please visit and take your connection back. Very poor services, slow speed, not worth my money. Take your connection back and also delete my number from your data. As i do not want any kind of calls by hathway in future also

            I Have Broadband Connection And They expire before Two Days i M Not Recharge Again but today Your Representative Come My home To bring Company Router After He said Whats problem With GTPL to Remove Connection So i Said Im Not Intrested At Time So He say He Give Dual Band Router (I Used in Single Band Router) And Your Speed Very Fast And Never Your internet Signal Falling Down etc, So I Understand And Say When dual band Router install so he say When U Recharge 100MBps Plan then immediately install Dual Band Router So i have recharge 7495Rs 12:00PM But Still 7:00PM No One Can Came to install Router And Old Router single Band Take Away With him And I Tried Calling Many Times but Not pickup My Phone So Pls Cancel My Plan And I want to Refund Money

              It's been about a month that we had found out about the set top box is in need of replacing as it was displaying disturbed screen. We have called them again and again and yet the person seems to not care anymore. He was definitely responsive and responsible before. But it is really not right that the attitude has changed like this. For Simply something that could have been done in like 5 seconds. It doesn't take much. Just coming to the premises unplugging the old set top box and plugging the new one. I cannot fathom why are they doing this to us, we always pay them on time.

                I have paid Rs.12, 000 for my 50 MBPS broadband plan but every time I use my internet speed of it almost 50 KBPS. Every time I raise complain The market as a result without resolving the complain. Many times internet stops working and starts in at least one to Two days. Worst service by any internet provider. My complaint frequency is daily from at least four months but problem is still there.

                  Facing internet issues from early morning and till now it is not working. I try to register my complain using gtpl customer care service but they are not registered the complain and told wait for sometime because it is area wise problem. My work are very badly affected due to this. I am working from home and all work are just delayed because of broadband not working.

                  Please check the issue and solve it as soon as possible.

                    Broadband internet renewal

                    I cancelled deactivated the internet connection I had with Hathway last week and it has been a HARASSMENT from their team to renew the account ever since. I am getting a call every half an hour for last five days.

                    Will the “chootiya” who designed this process himself renew any service from such a VULTURE vision company. I will NEVER renew my connection with them. This has not been informing or requesting me, but pure TORTURE....

                    Even after informing the customer care representatives to terminate my connection, I am daily getting calls (sometimes 10 times a day) to renew my account and offers. Kindly help me with this.

                      Have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of chennai. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

                        My broadband connection has been shifted and it's been 7 days and i'm unable to access the internet. I made the payment of 2121 rs after that services didn't work .I have received more than 30 calls from hathway, everyone is asking which light is blinking and which is not after that they are dropping out the call by saying there is some issue .

                        I asked the below questions to Hathway
                        - After paying the money there is no internet service, who is responsible for my loss ? - No answer
                        - Everyday I raised the complaints but why has nobody visited me to resolve the issue? - No answer
                        - They said account is active termination and refund is not possible, then I asked them what is the meaning of account is active, which means just taking the money from customers and putting one useless device at home ? - No answer

                        Then they warned me that termination is not possible and asks me to do whatever I want to do and they will not do any refund .
                        After shifting of the connection I waited for 7 days even though they told me that on the same day I will get the internet. Everyday I have received minimum 10 calls to resolve the issue but they haven't resolved the issue.

                        Finally I decided to take a new connection for my daily routine because there is no assurance from hathway end to resolve my issue. This has explained to their team as well and they have accepted their mistake and asked me to give the final chance to resolve the issue that too after 1 week of shifting the connection. Even on one occurrence they tried to blackmail me as well.

                        For all the above details I have every evidence like call recordings, Whats app chat with the person to whom I provided my details. But there was no single proper response from anyone.

                        From this whole context, now Hathway people are harasing me with their phone calls to drop my termination request. Their nodal officers are not at all helpful with this matter because they are discussing something in the phone call and responding with different thing in the email

                        I thought being a reputed company and being a nodal officers that they will have that capability and ethics to understand the issue . But somehow they all people begging for the money from a women. Cheap ethics and technics. I have already raised the CPGRAMS complaint as well which is pending at their AGM regulatory person called Sudhir.

                        A nodal officer named " Priyanka" giving all the false comments .

                          Yesterday (06/07/2022) I have applied for new broadband connection from hathway Pune they installed it on time but they didn't told us how to activate it, i also asked but they just said that wait for 2 hour you'll get a call from hathway for activation but they didn't call me. Now after payment They don't even recieving the calls and not replaying the messages.

                            From past 15 days I have complained 4 to 5 times regarding no internet connection. the pics the issue but just after one day face no internet connection again. I try to contact technical person with whom I was in touch earlier but they didn't responded in proper way, most of them are not picking my calls even not answering on WhatsApp after seeing messages. p

                            guys please improve your service otherwise you will be left behind in this competitive market of internet

                                I am Muskaan Bamzai. I got the Hathway Broadband connection in 2019 Bavdhan. Recently I shifted to a different place, during which I thought my Device was lost and as a result, I paid device lost charges of Rs. 2500.

                                As of today, I have found the device and the Same has been returned safely at the Hathway Deccan, Pune office on 18th June, 2022 . Further, I request you to kindly process my refund of Rs 2500 as soon as possible
