I have terminated my hathway account [protected] a month back.
Still i get daily spam offer calls forcing me to renew the account.
i get more than 5 calls a day already blocked 20+ contacts but still they manage to call.
Despite multiple mails to their helpdesk team they don't seem to bother.

This is seriously irritating and highly violating consumers freedom of choice and privacy.
Requesting to take necessary action to stop these Spam calls.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Today I got call for return modem, when I left Bangalore I called them to collect your device that time they did not respond now they are asking to return I waited for 2 day for them to come and collect but no one came, I left the device in my friend room, Now my friend shifted to USA .

Hey hathway do not responding on right what you are expecting from customer we are not your ...
Do not call me and expect anything from me .I will not give anything and do not call to me .

    Hi, my Hathway internet account number is [protected]. I have recently renewed my account with 100 MBPS speed on August 20, 2022 but facing internet issue since then. Registered the complaints but the ticket was closed without resolution. There is no direct number to contact the customer care; only a customer care number with auto recorded voice, which is frustrating. Hathway app is even worse. closing the tickets without even checking what the issue is. Hathway service sucks to the core. I paid more than 7000 rupees for a worthless service; there is no internet at all since September 09, 2022. No one has answered the calls till date. No one rsponded. Yet the ticket is closed. Shame on Hathway for looting the customers. Such a fraud and cheap company. If the service is not provided the amount has to be fully refunded.

      Internet shutdown

      Internet not working since 5 pm 7th sept 2022.
      Till date problem not resolved.
      Your entire team of Hathway Mulund East is unable to resolve the issue.
      They keep giving only false commitments.

      Pl look into the matter urgently and do the needful.

        I had applied for shifting of my internet (broadband ) connection at GTPL customer care, i received call from their service executives very next day and i paid 560 RS charge they mention me over phone, next day after payment they visitted my new office location and instruct me to lay a cable which we did in 3 days. since than no one is coming at my office, i did not save mobil number of service executive who came at my offfice so i have to call only at GTPL customer care, they are giving me ticket numbers but yet nothing happen. i am losing my important works due to internet. please help me out, forward this masssge to GTPL. my registered mobil no. with GTPL is [protected].

          I am a customer of hathway, retain plan they told some offers are there.

          08/Sep/2022 I renewal my account with 530, from the MSG send by backend/offers team and paid via Gpay.
          By that time she told/promised me that for the amount of 530, I will get 75 Mbps speed for 30 days. But now 50mbps plan activated.

          I when I try to reach customer care, they are saying we are not responsible for as backend team promised you...

          who will be backend/offers team and how I need to contact to them...

          I have registered a complete on this, no one contacted me and ticket got closed today I registered another ticket too.

          I am facing very bad experience with the service providing.

          I have audio clips how rode they are talking with customer.

                  I have previously used hathway and terminated the connection since last 2 years. The customer representative are constantly spaming and calling even after repeated warnings not to call since last 2 years and the frequency of the calls are has been increasing everyday every hour once or twice I receive their call. I'm tried of telling them not call.

                  Raising this complaint against hathway as a warning to not spam call me henceforth.

                    I am having some renovation work happening and I do already have one internet connection that satisfies my needs.
                    The Hathway customer support have been calling me several times on my mobile phone [protected] and disturbing me. I told them several times my situation but they call me many many times.
                    I turn off my mobile phone but I am missing important personal calls.
                    Please please help me from these parasitic company. Infact because of their worst customer support I dont want any hathway services at all.

                      I have terminated GTPL broadband connection 4 months back. Till date I have not received my security deposit of 1200/-
                      Every time I follow up on email I receive same reply that refund is in process. It's 4 months now. I think company is fraud.

                        I have raised a request and paid the money to Hathway to relocate my connection to a different place within the city. They have told the resolution time is 48 hours. I waited for 2 weeks and called them multiple times, but there was no response from them. Hence I switched my connection to a different provider and raised an another request to close my account. They took their sweet time of 1 month to collect the router from me. It has been 3 months since and I still did not receive the refund. On top of that, I have been getting multiple calls everyday from Hathaway customer support to recharge my account. Even after explaining the situation multiple times, they have not stopped calling and if we ask why do we even get the calls even after explaining so many times they will cut the call not even bothered to listen..

                        Please assist on this.

                          I have paid 1770 rs for a hathway broadband connection but the service is not activated even after 24 hours of payment & router installation.
                          The agent is not picking up my call.
                          Customer care has no executive to talk to.

                          For payment & documents they called me several times but for activation not picking up my call.

                                  I had taken the gtpl broadband connection in April 2022 and the router was given and since last 2 months though i have been complaining that the internet connection is not received the gtpl fibrenet staff has been stating that due to month end he is not getting time to attend consumers. If my complaint is not resolved by sunday then i will quit from gtpl and make my own arrangements from any other company. Names of the staff member of GTPL who are not providing my consumer id number and bills and statements are Mr. Dhaval Vora, Mr. Kiran and Mr. Padhiyar. Really disappointed with this non-cooperation and wasting of my precious time and money and mental harassments caused due to not responding for about 2 months now. Had i atleast got my consumer number or statement or bill, this situation would not be faced by me. I am thinking of approaching the Consumer Forum for the trouble caused to me.                                     Dear Consumer Complaint,

                                    I have availed broadband connection with Hathway with A/C : [protected]
                                    Connection start from Date : 30-NOV-2019 to Date : 29-FEB-2020
                                    Closed connection Date : 28-FEB-2020

                                    I requested Hatway to close the account on 27th February 2020, and return the device in April 2020, and I updated the Google page with all of the requested information.
                                    After a year, I began receiving calls from Hathway Broadband to activate the connection, which stated that the account had not been closed and that no device had been handover.
                                    I disconnected connection in 2020 and have been receiving calls from Hashway since 2021, with various numbers. It's torture from the Hathway Broadband.

                                    I received a call from [protected] and agreed to close the connection after being asked to pay 425 rupees to the UPI "hathway.[protected]@indus, " which is refunded when the account is closed, but instead of closing the account, they activated it.
                                    I received an invoice from Mobile Number [protected] via whatsapp and an email from "[protected]@hathway.com, " and I received a call for activation. When I try to contact the above-mentioned numbers, they are unavailable. I also attempted to contact Hathway, but had no lick.

                                    I've included the Whatsapp chat, call records, and invoice mail data for your convenience.

                                    2. Requested a refund of 425 rupees from Hathway due to their negligence in allowing me to pay them. The return procedure is stressful here, and I don't want to get any calls from Hatway from now onwards.
                                    3. Please take stern action against such firms.

                                    It's been more than two weeks, but there has been no action on the complaint. They are once again demanding for the plan be activation.

                                    I'm not seeing any follow-up on the complaint. Could you please tell us how long it will take you to response to this complaint?

                                    It's been more than 45 days, but there has been no action on the complaint. Daily I use to get 2 to 3 calls.

                                    There has been no action on the complaint for more than three months. Even on weekends, I receive two to three calls per day.

                                      Customer care agent called me again and again and asked me to recharge and said then only they will give my connection but now they are saying we can't provide u connection in your area, now my recharge money wasted
