Hello I am a gtpl customer. My register userid is bt_dilip. My gtpl internet is not working from seven days even customer care is not responding properly and even not getting proper resolution from their end. They are giving repeatedly answer like we will resolve the issue in 24 hours but still internet is not working from seven days and they are not doing anything to make it up internet working.

I am a customer of GTPL broadband since last 3 years. I took 1 year unlimited internet plan @50mbps, but I am getting only 7-8 mbps. I have complained more than 5 times and all they say is: "there is a technical issue, gives us 24 hours". It's been more than a week now and their 24 hours still hasn't passed. Extremely fed up, I will stop using GTPL after my plan ends. Enough is Enough.

**ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH SINCE MY INTERNET IS NOT WORKING, I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES** i am so frustrated with gtpl.

I have been harassed to the point where I am not even able to sleep at nights or work at day.
I keep getting calls back to back atleast 4-5 times then an hour gap.

I tried using true caller but jerks have new sims now!
Please make this hell stop. Its mentally harassing! unethical! and unprofessional!

Have hathway connection in niti khand 1 indrapuram Ghaziabad from tommorro Mr pramod agent says that cable tv channel will work and he is not picking up my phone and cable tv channel is not working. I have smart tv . He provide me connection with lie your service is very poor once the payment done no one listen

2 times I wrote emails to nodal office banglore and many times I call customer care and even Indranagar branch manager. Issue is not solved. Issue is as below.

I recharged for a combo pack on 3rd May 2022 for the Internet for 3 months.
In which I should receive 350Rs per Month for the last 2 months 700Rs to be added to the TV wallet by the Hathway team.

Until now I didn't receive my money 1050 rs to my TV cable wallet account.

I requested to do needful on 16th june for the above concern and costume care officials raised a complaint complaint number[protected]W304695 )

Praveen Kumar, Manager of Indra Nagar is trying to track it. But the Backend team is not responding to him it seems.In one of the Mobile calls with him. He told He is Helpless for Hathway backend Issues

I am not using hathway broadband, please remove number from your data bank.

Since 16th 2022 my internet is not working, so many times i made complaint but till the date there is no solution given by gtpl.

Calling daily 4 times but they have one word that i will forward your complaint to concern department and gtpl is making fool to people on the name of 3rd class internet services.

Kindly refund my money.

I have disconnected my hathway account 3 years ago for poor service and I still get calls from them to resume the connection. I have told them many times to stop Calling me but I still get the calls.

99tv telugu news channel being not telecasted in gtpl.Please provide this channel.

I have submitted my mobile number for the enquiry of Hathway broadband (Just because it was needed to submit) but I did not take the connection and I clearly mentioned it to the customer service excecutive. But from the time of enquiry (1 week before) to until today, I have got atleast 50 calls from the telecallers about the enquiry, i have everyone of them to remove my number from the list and stop calling me, but its of no use. They will say they will update but still i am getting calls, its my request to you to please look into it

Hi, my humble request from hathway, stop calling me for your connection and offers, it's been 2 months I stopped using ###(hathway) service and also asked CUSTOMER support to not to call me again and again, but still receiving 7-8 calls per day. If you are taking action against it then it's OK otherwise I will file case in consumer court.

Even after saying to close my broadband account, instead of closing my account these guys keep on calling 10 times a day saying to recharge my account. I have changed the city transferred still these guys keep on calling.
Worst service never go for hathway.

I am an active user of hathway broadband. I am using this from last few days but there is an issue regarding the net speed that I have been facing everytime. i have purchased a plan of 100 mbps but I am just getting 10 mbps speed and whenever i complain they just say the problem is resolved but nothing happens to my side.
as now i just want to get a refund as they have not fulfill the services that they have promised.

I have been served a legal notice for not returning back the modem to Hathway. Before i left India in Apr 2022, I had given ample notice of 2 months until end of Jun 2022 to pickup the modem and nobody came forward to take it.

I have the email evidence asking Hathway to collect from the home. Now after many months, they have served a legal notice.

Hi im sundar...i have been using hathway for two months and i asked them to deactivate my account because i vacated my rental house...still they are calling me everyday and asking me renew my plan...i explained them many times...yesterday one person called me and used abusive words against me...im frustrated with these calls...please take necessary action against them...i have even mailed them for deactivation...but they are not responding...

I've been calling the customer service for loss of broadband connection for the past 2 days but the connection is still not working. It's a prepaid plan of 30 days and the connection is npt working for past 2 days even after complaining 3 times. Please take necessary actions

Sir i paid amount to take new connection, they came to my house and said no connection available in your area, when i placed a request for refund no one is responding and customer support team ending my call without giving any answer.please solve the issue

I purchase GTPL Broadband internet on 27 June 2022, it took 2 days to start actual working internet on my premise.
After 5 days internet just stop working, i was calling everyday to customer service they told me that there is technical issue on my area, however the story was different. The internet was close for 5 days. I had to visit the office and then they sent engineer to check the issue. The same story repeats again my internet connection is stop working for last couple of days, tried calling customer service, visited office, raised a ticket. They closed the ticket without solving issue.
I want to close the connection and i sent email for that but still no reply.

I have paid an amount of 399 for hathway as they said they do free installation as i am old customer and they failed to do so because of service unavailability at our location. They haven't refunded my amount. Moreover sending to recharge my plan without any installation.
