I have paid full amount of my Broadband internet plan (New) on 06/10/2022 but till now my internet connection has not been started.
(My Mobile Number [protected]).

From 06/10/2022 i am calling their executive & customer care centre and i have call them more than 10 times but they are not resolving my issues. Everytime they are giving me an excuse and keep me on hold for atleast 10 minutes every time.

Please resolve from tomorrow 11 Morning otherwise pls refund so that I can find other options.

      Hathway tele callers are notorious for calling daily 6-7 times sometimes they even call after 6 pm they called me in the night around 8pm and another time they called me in the morning 6 am i asked them to remove my number but still they dont litsen

          Hi Team, i was using Hathway when i was in chennai and i am not using it . it been three years that i moved to my native. still i am receiving calls and messages to install. i informed multiple times to the person whoever calls me. Next time whenever i get call i have to use harsh word which i dont want to do. Please stop calling and sending messages to my number.

            At daytime the internet works fine and provides a decent net speed with 4 or 5 ms ping, but in evening i usually get 30 ms ping and 10% packet loss in most multiplayer games and the surfing speed decreases to 2 or 3 mbps, called the customer care many times they said and i quote "we are not obliged for your gaming related issue" .

              I have terminated my hathway account [protected] a year back.
              Still i get daily spam offer calls forcing me to renew the account.
              i get more than 5 calls a day already blocked 100+ contacts but still they manage to call.
              Despite multiple mails to their helpdesk team they don't seem to bother.

              This is seriously irritating and highly violating consumers freedom of choice and privacy.

              Today I got call for return modem, when I left Bangalore I called them to collect your device that time they did not respond now they are asking to return I waited for 2 day for them to come and collect but no one came, I left the device in my friend room, Now my friend shifted to USA .

              Hey hathway do not responding on right what you are expecting from customer we are not your ...
              Do not call me and expect anything from me .I will not give anything and do not call to me .

                Dear Team

                i want to raised a complaint against your worst service which i ever get i have applied for a hathway connection on my place on 13 sep and also i made a payment of 1859 as per guided by your executive but due to some reason router not installed at my place and your executive UDAY RAJ YADAV mob no :-[protected] he told me you can cancel your plan and you will get refund amount in 2-3 days and after that multiple times i call on customer care no I raised a refund request also but still almots 15 days has been gone i didnt recieved my payment amount every time when i call to customer care no they just said that you have dialed in technical department redialed no in billing department but every time call connect to technical department

                i have tried many time but still i didnt recieved my amount and i have all proofs of payment which i done on 13 sep to hathway if my amount not get refund i will file a case on your executive who has miss guided my and told me that any time you can cancel your plan and take your refund back in 2-3 days

                  My hathway broadband internet connection ac.no [protected] not working since[protected] so, I have raised a complaint in hathway applicationon the same dat.Further I have called call center as well as local hathway sales person regarding the issue many times .Every time I was given fake assurances that it ll get solved by the end of the day. Nothing solved. Even complained to nodal officer mentioned in their website. No response .worst service.fed up . Seeking an immediate redressal or refund of paid amount for their utter poor service.

                    Worst sales person shravya . before payment called lot of lie .in first call clearly inform her check the location and services after that only I ll do the payment because in Airtel broadband my payment already stuck don't do like that .befor came one person to location he told service available take payment . the service team telling service not available now the sales person sravya not lifting call they are telling 15 days to refund.worst service

                      Complaining here because GTPL hasn't resolved the issue even after two weeks of mail correspondence.

                      We have been facing slow and unstable internet connection for the last few months, even though we had subscribed to a 1 year 100mbps plan. For the same, we complained at gtpl customer care and a technician was sent. After inspection, he advised upgrading to a dual-band router for strong and stable internet speeds, without giving any sufficient reason. He gave the contact number of a gtpl employee for further communication about router installation.
                      The employee said that there's a new month-end scheme through which if you pay in advance for the next plan by end of Aug, you can get a free dual band router installed within the next 2 days.
                      Our previous plan ended on Sept. 10th.
                      We paid in advance for our next plan of 9 months on 31st Aug, thinking that we'll get a free dual band router installed. After that, I tried to contact the employee but he didn't respond and even cut the call a few times until on the 2nd when I contacted him through another number and person. When the other person asked about his lack of response he said that he was in the hospital. Then when asked why he responded this time he angrily and rudely told to put the phone down.

                      A technician came 1 day later to address the issue and he verified that speed is not stable. Then he contacted the technical head to know what's the course of action for free dual band router installation. He was informed that in order to authorize the installation, a ticket needs to be generated by the same employee against whom we raised the complaint. And we were told that we would have to contact the said employee in order to get the ticket generated. Why the hell would we contact him when he was not responding earlier and also talked rudely?
                      I've been asked to send snapshots of the speed two times already, and I've sent them too. But other than that, they've just produced mechanical and vague replies whenever I urged them to fix the problem.

                      Is this the way gtpl values its customers?
                      We need strict action against the employee and want a dual-band router installed if that's what's necessary to return internet speeds to normal as per our plan, but without any cost, as we were promised.

                        I disconnected the service and handed over the device 4 months back.

                        Everyday i receive so many irritating calls and SMS asking for renewal.
                        Stop the calls and SMS.

                          My name is Mr. Kiran Dodia, having account with Hathway internet account no [protected]

                          I got the call from Hathaway executive for renewal accounts on 24.08.2022. On that day they had offered me the new plan of 100 mbps with 1000 GB data monthly in Rs 725/-.

                          I had told her that first you resolve the problem of my modem. As my current modem is not covering the entire area of my flat, so she told they will provide new modem (upgraded version only for 100 mbps plan)with high range of area coverage. On the basis of her commitment I have made the payment of Rs. 725/- with the ticket no 24082022W322374 dated 24.08.2022.

                          I have also shared the cheque details to provide the refund amount on 26.08.2022 but till date no refund has created to my account, they are simply delaying the payment with the reason to collect the modem. I am following up for the Hathway account no [protected] continuously to collect the modem but till date no one has come.

                          Request you to please help me to collect the refund from Hathway.

                                My gtpl broadband not working last few day,
                                I complain so many time but they don't give proper ans they create complain I'd for me than after 5 min I checked or track my I'd and what I see thay update status as resolve no one can come and check and no one call main thing is you are complaining you got one I'd or OTP, OTP use is after resolve the problem you can give that OTP to that company men, I am not giving any one and without giving OTP my status set resolve! Than I reach many time but thay tell me 24 hrs and today 4 day after I complaining 1st time but no one come !

                                  Worst service experience as no network since 26 days and even worse customer service as no one is there to respond. It was the worst decision to choose #Hathway as the internet provider

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      Please check attached screenshot of our y'day's call - we have waited more than 10 min as they put our call on hold and simply disconnected.
                                      Still we are waiting for Hathway's update on our WiFi activation and haven't heard back from the technical support team since 1st sep 2022. Everyday we are calling 4 - 5 times but they are holding our call 8-10 mins then the call will get disconnected. Same happening since 1st September 2022
                                      Please help me out to resolve this issue.

                                        I have availed broadband connection with Hathway with A/C : [protected]
                                        Connection start from Date : 30-NOV-2019 to Date : 29-FEB-2020
                                        Closed connection Date : 28-FEB-2020

                                        I requested Hatway to close the account on 27th February 2020, and return the device in April 2020, and I updated the Google page with all of the requested information.
                                        After a year, I began receiving calls from Hathway Broadband to activate the connection, which stated that the account had not been closed and that no device had been handover.
                                        I disconnected connection in 2020 and have been receiving calls from Hashway since 2021, with various numbers. It's torture from the Hathway Broadband.

                                        I received a call from [protected] and agreed to close the connection after being asked to pay 425 rupees to the UPI "hathway.[protected]@indus, " which is refunded when the account is closed, but instead of closing the account, they activated it.
                                        I received an invoice from Mobile Number [protected] via whatsapp and an email from "[protected]@hathway.com, " and I received a call for activation. When I try to contact the above-mentioned numbers, they are unavailable. I also attempted to contact Hathway, but had no lick.

                                        I've included the Whatsapp chat, call records, and invoice mail data for your convenience.

                                        1. When I tried to contact customer service at [protected] / [protected] - It seems that there are many accounts registered with my name, which baffled me because I had never opened any account with Hathway.
                                        2. Requested a refund of 425 rupees from Hathway due to their negligence in allowing me to pay them. The return procedure is stressful here, and I don't want to get any calls from Hatway from now onwards.
                                        3. Please take stern action against such firms.

                                        It's been more than two weeks, but there has been no action on the complaint. They are once again demanding for the plan be activation.

                                        I'm not seeing any follow-up on the complaint. Could you please tell us how long it will take you to response to this complaint?

                                        It's been more than 45 days, but there has been no action on the complaint. Daily I am getting 2 to 3 calls.
