I have availed broadband connection with Hathway with A/C : [protected]
Connection start from Date : 30-NOV-2019 to Date : 29-FEB-2020
Closed connection Date : 28-FEB-2020
I requested Hatway to close the account on 27th February 2020, and return the device in April 2020, and I updated the Google page with all of the requested information.
After a year, I began receiving calls from Hathway Broadband to activate the connection, which stated that the account had not been closed and that no device had been handover.
I disconnected connection in 2020 and have been receiving calls from Hashway since 2021, with various numbers. It's torture from the Hathway Broadband.
I received a call from [protected] and agreed to close the connection after being asked to pay 425 rupees to the UPI "hathway.[protected]@indus, " which is refunded when the account is closed, but instead of closing the account, they activated it.
I received an invoice from Mobile Number [protected] via whatsapp and an email from "[protected]@hathway.com, " and I received a call for activation. When I try to contact the above-mentioned numbers, they are unavailable. I also attempted to contact Hathway, but had no lick.

Note:
1. When I tried to contact customer service at [protected] / [protected] - It seems that there are many accounts registered with my name, which baffled me because I had never opened any account with Hathway.
2. Requested a refund of 425 rupees from Hathway due to their negligence in allowing me to pay them. The return procedure is stressful here, and I don't want to get any calls from Hatway from now onwards.
3. Please take stern action against such firms.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by lvsrinu Unable to upload call recording details, getting error states file size is more than 32 MB, but the recording size is less than 1 MB.

Updated by lvsrinu It's been more than two weeks, but there has been no action on the complaint. They are once again demanding for the plan be activation.
I'm not seeing any follow-up on the complaint. Could you please tell us how long it will take you to response to this complaint?

Updated by lvsrinu It's been more than 45 days, but there has been no action on the complaint. Daily I am getting 2 to 3 calls.

Updated by lvsrinu There has been no action on the complaint for more than three months. Even on weekends, I receive two to three calls per day.
