My internet is offline since 26TH JUNE, 2022. Typically GTPL resolves complain in 48 hour. But when my router stopped working, they are not replacing it or not telling charges/ anything about it via email.

I SAID THAT I WILL PAY RIGHT AWAY IF YOU SEND ME EMAIL, BUT THEIR MAIL TEAM IS DEAD OR TEMPLATE BASED RESPONSE BY BOTS ONLY. Sales team with no identity calls me to pay or forget it.

I have raised so many tickets numbered - #18809122, #18578930, #18628241, #18618143, #18501456, #18501909, #18484066, #18483934, #18476397, #18436999, #18432719, #18411618, #19088952, #19089236, #19036034, #18916770 and many many emails.

I am just devastated that how can be one company with crores of turnover so careless? NO LAW IS PERFECT. BUT I THINK GTPL IS ABOVE CONSUMER OR INDIAN LAW AND THEY DON'T FEAR ABOUT ANYTHING.

Since it's my family that's suffering, i've no option but to buy an router. I HOPE THAT EMPLOYEES OF GTPL ARE GETTING THEIR CHEAP THRILLS by misguiding/fooling us.

    As per mentioned ticket no 19269868 is still not resolved however ticket status vis closed. How it's possible ticket is closed without solving the problem. Further my connection is still not working from 04/08/22 16:30. Further, when I raised query from app for the issue, app is not allowed me to raise query. I want close this matter urgently and three day extension. If you're not resolved this I abide to going legal way. Regards, Tarun Patel.

        My broadband internet connection is not working since 11th July, 2022. I have booked complaint regarding this problem on 20th July, 2022, vide complaint no. 18943556. Same day I have received message claiming that, problem will be resolved in 24 hrs.

        As the problem was not solved after repeated calls on Helpdesk of GTPL, I have informed Appellate Authority Mr. Kamal Bhatia (appellateauthority.[protected]@gtpl.net) on 31st July, 2022. Yet my problem is not resolved because of company's internal issues.

        My desirable resolution is, urgently re-establishment of my internet connection, and written apology letter from company along with refund of my payment in cheques for the days which did not provided me internet connection because of this issue.

          I was not able to browse since 1day and customer care r not responding……The app Hathway is the worst app i have ever seen all the time i try to complain it says the system is down…… if the system is down 24/7..why do you need to will help 24/7……i m unable to contact any customer services….if nobody is gng to response to this aswell i m going to change my boardband network….Thank you

            I am holding Broadband internet connection in Hathway.

            Last month Jun my plan is about to expire on Jun 22 and my new plan should start from June 23. I called your customer care executive and asked when i should recharge she told me that you can recharge on June 22 as per her suggestion i have recharged on June 22 and the plan got activated from same day itself instead the new plan should start from June 23 becasue of this i have lost 1 day. I raised complaint for this then one of your team member contacted me and i told there is a Bug in your software rectify ASAP she told that now i will close complaint backend team will add those 1 day before expiring the plan on June 22 but still that 1 day was not added by backend team and they not fixed that bug as well. They have wasted 1 month without working on the issue.

            Then Supervisor Nancy called me on July 22 around 11 AM and she spoked with backend team and they added 2 days (22nd & 23rd) for me now the old plan will expire on July 23 midnight and new plan should start from July 24, now i asked Nancy now when should i recharge the plan is on July 22 or once the plan got expired on July 23 then shall i recharge on July 24, she told that you can recharge now but dont keep the option "Review & Pay" instead keep the option "Outstanding amount and enter manually", i asked her are you confident this will work out or i aksed her to check with your senior members once then come back to me. She told i am confident then in her presence in live call i have recharged on same day July 22 the plan got activated from same day itself, instead it has to start from July 24 why this happpend because there is Bug in your software which is not resolved in earlier June month since your backend team or respective teams were not take seriously.

            Now Nancy looped Anbu from Billing team, he asked 2 days time to fix the issue as they sent for approval now it is 11 days completed they didnt fixed the issue also they blocked my mobile no by simply raising service request. Now Anbu has share one business account whatsapp no "[protected]" works only for chat no calls and he dont respond properly and he is not updating the progress for me he is saying i will complete by today like that i seen 10 days but still no resolution and when i ask him to call and update the progress he is saying i am having work, i said do you think that i dont have work and sitting idle? and I am a manager in MNC IT company. Please respect the people and i want resolution in 2 days. They have closed most of the complaints without resolving.

            They have given the Appellate Nodal officer no[protected] SHIVA KUMAR this no is also not connecting.

            After raising complaint, from Hathway Billing team Manager called me and given the resolution immediately. He given the exact date Aug 22 and time 8PM and promised me that by that date it will get resolved.

              Wifi is not working. And when we try to contact them on their given customer's number, they are telling that there's some technical fault going on.

                I have terminated my hathway broadband connection in Chennai 6 months back due to relocation to a new area. Since then I have been getting frequent calls and text messages from Hathway executives regarding the new renewal offers. I have requested to people from Hathway customer care regarding this matter and they have responded that my number has been placed in DND. But I am still getting calls and messages from hathway and I dont know how to remove my phone number from their database.

                  My hathway internet doesn't work for atleast 15 days a month. After filing an issue, i receive a complaint number, but without even solving it they close it from their side. In 2022 i have filed almost 10 complaints but everytime it is the same.

                  I have purchased a subscription for 50mbps but i am not even getting 5mbps speed

                    I have been receiving 5 to 6 calls and multiple messages everyday to renew my account even after informing the customer care that I am out of town for few months and will be renewing once I am back. But due to the constant call and torture of renew calls and no solution from their end of not to call even after assuring me that there will be no calls, I have applied to discontinue my account after 15 years. Now even after discontinuation I am getting calls and messages. Some calls are even after 8.00 pm.

                        I use hathway internet connection in bangalore. Due to covid-19, i stuck in my hometown and waiting for situation to be normal and restrictions lifted to travel, till then i dont see any reason to recharge my internet connection as there is none to use it.
                        I explained the same to hathway and they acknowledged, still i get multiple calls daily from hathway customer care to recharge my account. I even asked them to deactivate/surrender my connection, and will activate once i am back still they dont stop. I am going through lot of things here, and these calls just irritating more leading to a mental stress.

                          I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to my village. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily 3, 4 times i'm getting calls and sms from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do renew your account. How to stop this calls and sms? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

                            Hathway calls me more than 10 times a day even though I asked them not to do so. I've already informed them that my connection has been terminated. They have even taken their assests (modem) from my home and still I get so many calls everyday to activate the connection. I have told them multiple times that I don't want to do it. Still, every day from different unknown numbers I get call and they repeat the same things. I have submitted the DND request and I have also emailed them that I don't want any communication.

                                    By july 17th my broadband has finished and i have to disconnect the broadband service since im shifting from the current address . Its been 2 weeks people from hathway has called me 5 tor more times a day asking me to renew the plan and i tell them that i need to stop the connection or else i will be getting due for the days i have not used . its been weeks i havent had any progress in my issue .Hathway customer care is the worse and they dont have solution for this and nobody helps .

                                    Need a solution soon that i will be shifting after 3 days .

                                        Even me and my friend is also facing the same issue, we are following them through Emails, WhatsApp, Phone calls also but there is no use. Regretting now for continuing with GTPL. Time to change the connection if the doesn't get resolve.
