My gtpl network owner in bopal, ahmedabad, gujarat do not allow us to select channels from free channels. Due to this i have to pay unnecessarily rs50 more to them. I requested them that i do not want to see all channels and why you are putting extra burden on us but they replied that they do not have that facility to pass on to customers.
Can we select channels from free channels to avoid extra charges for every 25 channels?

    The hathway sales representative (Mob no [protected]) called me many times i said them hathway is worst network. No proper response from service request. She assure that it will not repeat again. I accept and took this connection, 1 and half months went well. After that there disconnecting repeatedly and sometime too slow like 2 g speed.

    As i mentioned that, i raised service request for disconnecting repeatedly my wifi. I called customer care number also they say will resolve by 24 hours but after 24 hours also no proper resonance from hathway broadband. I have paid money for every single sec in that 6 months package. I have rights to ask. But those are not taking this seriously.

    Even this happened many times still no proper response.
    Simply i lost money to get this broadband. Please i need refund for this.
    So that i can get new connection from other company.

    Still the issue is not resolved.. I am getting disconnection issue Daily for many Hours. This is not the way for Good service. I want refund for this. I have still November My Wifi Will activate. I don't have interest to use this. Please refund my Amount.

      I raised the request to hathway broadbad to shift my existing connection within the same area chandanagar (Hyderabad) to chandanagar (Hyderabad).
      Ticket no is :31052019m115292 on 31-may-2019 not resolving my request they are closed the ticket. When i contact to customer care they are telling connect is not possible in that building. I paid amount to 1 year now they are telling amount is refund is not possible.

      raised 3 requests regarding shifting my connection within the same area request numbers are:on-31-March[protected]m115292) closed on 1-jun-2019 without resolving my request.I raised another request on 3-jun[protected]M167463) this one also closed 4-jun-2019 without resolving .I paid 1 year subscription valid up to 3-Feb-2020 .If the connection is not possible they need to pay remaining balance amount.Not even responding properly .

        Recently i shifted to a temporary address close to my permanent address. I requested for shifting of my gtpl broadband connection via their customer care. I was told the process will complete max in 7 days. The sales rep visited my temporary address and acknowledged that connection can be made easily as my adjacent home uses gtpl. He promised me to get the connection the very next day

        It's been more than 8 days and no one has showed up since then. I have been calling the gtpl customer care every single day and they feed me the same parroted answer that it's in process.

        If it was the new connection the gtpl people would have come the very next day. I am tired of this s unprofessional approach this gtpl ppl have towards their customer.

        I would be surprised if this complaint ring some bells to gtpl people.

        I paid 3000 rs for Royal HD pack for 12 months.
        on 2nd June GTPL suddenly stops channels,
        on inquiring to Customer care, they said my plan ends on 1st June.
        they are not ready to listen any clarification.

          Hathway Broadband Chennai,

          Why I was charged with Rs.18 every month 4 modem service charge. You all know there is no service nor maintenance being done, then why there is a charge? Please let us know. Infact I have paid initial down payment for modem at very first day while installing @HathwayBrdband

            I have faced internet disconnectivity issue from last 6 months. Daily internet disconnect and showing wan port is unplugged in router. I have complain so many times in customer support. No person answering. Complain automatic resolved without permission and customer care says u need to take daily complain. I need my money back if you dont have any solution then

              Dear hathaway, i have been using your cable service since 5 years in hyderabad.
              I really appreciate your service and cable operators.
              However i shifted my house at kphb-6th phase from 6 months onwards.
              Here cable operator is
              Sai bhanu communications (Incable net)
              Shop no:4, surya jyothi "b" 6th phase

              I have been observing that owner behaviour is very rude, even if we pleasant manner request for any support also he shouts and use bad words which we can not hear.
              Last 3 weeks we were out of city and today reached hyderabad. When i ask for channels activation he asks for 100rs extra for late activation.
              I agree to pay but ask for bill receipt for extra 100rs.
              Then he scold me and started using bad words.
              Even he warned me for deactivate my hathaway account without my knowledge.

              Pls take necessary action on him.
              I am expecting proper response from hathaway and justice for me. So that we all should continue with hathaway.
              Almost 40-45 customers has same complaints.
              If you want we all can share our account id s.

                My account no is [protected]. Initially i reported a complaint regarding the high ping on the network on 22/5/2019. This complaint was not closed. After that on 28/5/2019 i totally lost my internet connection and there has been no internet from 28 till today i. E 2/6/2019. The local technician doest not pick up my calls. I have tried complaining multiple time both to the technician and the customer care service but the internet is still not fixed.
                I was promised that a new ftth connection would be provided but i am still using a cat5 connection. I call the teachnician regarding this issue he jst keeps pushing dates on me

                  I was using hathway internet service in colaba, mumbai.
                  In march 2019, i shifted to another flat and requested hathway to shift my connection to the new address. The hathway representative told me that they could not provide services for the changed society (In same locality).
                  Therefore i requested them to terminate my account and refund my security deposit.
                  To my utter inconvenience, hathway refused to do so and they have been pestering me with numerous calls (More than 100) asking me to renew my connection.
                  When i politely told them that i have moved to another location and i need to close my old account they still refuse to do so.
                  Please help me stop this pesky calls from hathway.

                    I have been receiving multiple calls from hathaway to use their service. I have also told them not to call again. But still they keep on calling. They are keep on calling even after my repeated denials. Their calls are so annoying and i don't know how to block them. I have also told them to delete my number but still the problem exists. They are also calling in non business hours and disturbing me.

                        My gtpl account user id is - shabri_018

                        I have gtpl broadband connection internet. I am using gtpl broadband since long time. There was no any issue for long time. I renewed my connection and now they are disconnecting my internet all the time in a day and i keep calling gtpl customers care number every time for my disconnection and speed issues. Everyday they disconnect or reduce speed and when i call them then they reconnect. I am not happy with gtpl internet service and i could not concentrate on my work because my all work is on internet. I have bought high speed 10mbps internet and paid in advance and still they are not providing proper services for my money. Gtpl is not interested in giving proper service but they are much interested in taking customers money.

                        Kindly request you to sort out my problem.

                          Hathway promised me that if i pay 3 months bill in one-shot they will provide me cctv camera with installation free, it has been 3 months now still no one came to install it. I have called customer care many times for installation every time customer care person says with in 48 hrs person will come to install but no one contacted me. And finally today when i call them they said sorry and it was false promise made earlier and no one will come to install it... It totally unfair and cheating customer like this is not acceptable.

                            My name is brijesh singh and i had paid for renewal of hathway broadband service on 27th may 2019.ac no. [protected]. Registered name - subhash singh.

                            It has been 2 days and yet they have not started the service as they committed that it will be started within 2 hours.. I have raised many complaints in hathway but it was of no use.. Everyone there is ignoring..

                            Also, they are not providing refund as we asked for because they are not providing service so better just refund our money.. We will go with other broadband company..

The money has not been refunded back.It's been almost 3 months since this happened and there has been very little response from the person the amount has been paid to inspite of continuous follow up from my side.

                              There has been no contact from Hathway since this message was posted on this forum. There also has been no action initiated towards the refund of the amount paid. Hathway's ispselfhelp portal displays the connection as in process even 5 months after the payment of money.

                                I spoke to hathway customer care people, they keep on telling issue will resolve end of the day. I have recharged amount but i didnt get internet, what the hell is going on with u people, this is the problem i was faced earlier first month of hathway connection, then i planed to never use hathway, but ur hathway customer care people torturing me like please recharge will give offers like this, due to some urgency of net 5 days back i again recharged to my account number [protected]. But still i didnt get internet refund my amount otherwise provide net y r u cheating customers.

                                  My account number is [protected]. I have called local dealer for new connection, he created new account and ask me to pay 1350 rs advance payment for new connection. I have paid 1350rs one week ago, after payment there is no response from the local dealer. He isn't picking up my call. I complained this problem in hath way, they didn't take any action regarding this. Last one week, i have done more than hundreds of calls and no response from the local dealer. Worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. Please take any action to refund my amount or give new connection.

                                    I am using hatchway cable through local cable operator (Sri revanna siddeswara cable network (Hathway local cable operator), svg nagar, moodalapalya, bangalore).
                                    I have been charged extra unnecessarily.
                                    As per trais new rules, i have opted the below package from 28th feb:
                                    Hathway bouquet (Rs. 130)+ network capacity fee (Ncf – rs. 20)+ a-la-carte (20 channels out of 25 for 1 ncf)+gst = with total rs. 267
                                    I can still add 5 a-la-carte channels with channel price + gst.
                                    I have asked cable operator today (27th may) to add 5 channels for effective 28th may.
                                    He is asked me extra rs. 20 as service charge along with channel price + gst,
                                    When i question him why i need to pay rs. 20 extra which is not mentioned anywhere in trai’s regulatory. He is rude enough to answer.
                                    Please take an action on him

Several times I called the hathway customer care and requested them to cancel my service as i dont want to use it. they said that they have already taken the request and they will come and collect it.                                         I have been receiving calls from hathway broadband even after disconnection. Even thou after telling that u don't want to renew the service they keep calling you on a daily basis even over the weekends. I have also recorded a call of a representative who. Has put my no on dnd and the very next day i get a call. You'll have lost your reputation hathway. I will be taking this up to consumer court and social media. Would also tag the ceo and md of hathway india. I will not ever take your services even youll offer it for free. The most pathetic sercice provider.. Desperate for customers.. Local cable guys are much better. You'll have lost the respect i had for you'll. Will never join hathway ever again.
