Our net of hathway broadband has been going on and off the all time. One time ots working the very next moment it is not and this is being going from a year. Whenever you call the hathway broadband customer care they give you a different number everytime. When you call they will ask for your account no. And will tell that they will send a technician but they never send unless you call them repeatedly. They do NOT respond us in a proper manner. Very disappointing and dissatisfied services are being provided. We are wasting our hard earned money and we aren't getting the proper response.

    We are facing cable issues everyday, complaints are being launched but no appropriate action is taken yet.sometime there are disturbance while watching different channels or No signal messages display on the tv screen.
    Requesting the authorised person to look into the matter immediately.

      I have disconnected and handed over the modem device of Hathaway almost 15 days back because of their tele calling daily nuisance.

      In a day 10 to 15 person calling from different no event though I said that my connection terminated but they simply not bothered and ask me when u are going to recharge.?

      At one time I was driving my car and saying that I'm in driving, still they didn't care and I got 11 persons called during that driving itself within evey 5 mins gap.

      It's kind of super annoying and harasment and seems like no one can do anything about them kind of attitude they show.

      Are the hathway tele calling team such kind of so powerful and no one can deal with them for their human harassment?

      Can anyone help me here to stop this nuisance and take action on them please?

        Hi Due to to covid I had to relocate to my native place so I need to disconnect Hathway connection last year. I had cleared all dues and asked the person who had installed it to take router from the house. After 1 year they are again calling me to submit the router. It's really annoying. If these type of call continues then I need to lodge complaint against Hathway.

        Let me know what to do. Sometime they call to initiate the connection again. Sometime they tell me to come to that location and many thing. Please let me know what to do now. I tried to block the phone numbers but they keep calling by different number. They are really behaving like GUNDAS. I suggest everybody to not take any connection from Hathway and especially the local Hathway provider. They promise that their will not be any problem but now he had not submitted the device (I really don't know) because of which I am getting useless calls. Please help.

          Dear sir
          I have applied for permanent termination of hathway broadband disconnection
          and returned router on 8/Nov/2020.
          On my complaint they have put my no. on DND and unwanted calls and sms was stopped.But again from aug-2021 against they started sms
          to mobile for renewal..
          All complaints given to hathway but no response.

          But i still i get sms to renew
          The same is brought to the notice of [protected]@hathway.net
          hyd.[protected]@hathway.net
          but no improvement.

          I request them to stop sending sms over mobile on renewal
          as i am not interested any more.

            From past 2 weeks I am getting only one network bar from WiFi and the internet only works in one room not in the second one and location is same for both room, before it used to work fine but now it's not working, when I complaint about this and I got the call from the executive, he asked me what is the trouble I have when I told him the issue, he straightly denied that the Internet is not gonna work in other room, and its not our problem to handle, if you stay in "kal ko bologe baju ke ghar me or network nhi aa rha to hum kuch nhi kr sakte" this is the exact words he said. This kind of rude behavior I am getting after facing the issue from your end, people don't know how to speak with the customer and they are sitting over there for resolving our issue, I want immediate action on my problem as well as that person who handled my call he's name was SURAJ PATIL

              Hello,
              I took hathway internet long ago and I have shifted to another city. I told the customer care executives several times that I don't want to use this service anymore but everyday they call me from different numbers and ask to renew the plan. I dont know how to stop this. Please help me with this. My account number is [protected].

                  I'm getting calls from past 1 year to recharge Hathway account even after I say that I'm not in Bangalore that I couldn't use. Then they ask the router back but I was told my their representative while taking connection that the router will not be asked if I use it for more than 6 months.

                  So I asked if I could pay for the router as I'm out of city but they denied saying that router has to be returned. Meanwhile I keep getting calls everyday atleast 3 times

                  Also in one conversation their call representative has made me pay 540INR saying that I won't be getting calls anymore and you can continue whenever you come to Bangalore. She took me to my Hathway account and made me pay money but in the very next month I started getting calls. They made me pay money by saying all these lies. When I told the same in the next conversation by another call representative they said they can't trace who called me . How pathetic it is

                        Every other day or at mid night, the internet connection gets disconnected. Every time I need to register a complaint. And now also at this time 21 August 2021 09:30 PM, internet connection is disconnected. And if I call the customer care, they have only one answer to say, "Please be patient, it will get fixed within 24 hrs". But they never escalate the issue or update me what is the real issue.
                        I wanted to know, why this problem occurs so frequently. Half of the time, the internet service just does not work. As I have raised complaint so many times, still not getting the permanent solution, I am raising a complaint to consumer forum. I have the ticket history which i have raised within last two weeks.

                          I have disconnected Hathaway broadband already. I’m still getting calls to renew my plan/other offers available. Basically marketing calls. No matter how many time I explain them they call daily with another number. They are harassing me daily with their calls.

                                I raised my concern in Hathway iOS Mobile Application, to disconnect my connection as I moved to another location.

                                Its been almost more than a month, that I raised that concern in the Mobile app, but still, daily almost I keep getting calls from Hathway Customer for more offers or they keep saying, "Your plan has expired and recharge it as they have the best offer for the day".

                                Almost every time, I explained to them very patiently about my concern, I raised a ticket in-app to disconnect the connection and I do not want any more internet connection". Whenever I explain all the thing to them, they simply say.."I noted everything sir, you will not get any calls".

                                And when they again called me, I questioned them "Don't you have any notes appearing on my account", they simply replied "No". I also faced some unprofessional words from customer care too.

                                Likewise, they irritated me numerous times even though I said "stop calling me as I do not need it".

                                I told many times to customer care folks, "not to call me" and raised a concern in-app to disconnect.

                                What else do I need to do to stop getting calls from you? Finally I approched here.

                                I still keep getting calls. Nowadays, the frequency of getting calls has been increased. I am getting 3 - 4 times a day.
                                when I ask them why you are calling, they immediately put off the phone without any reply. That is insane behaviour.
                                They simply change the numbers and calling repeatedly and irritating customers like me..

                                    I moved out of the place 6 months ago. But I get call from them daily twice harrasing me about renewal. Even if I tell them they keep calling. Please stop harrassing with phgone calls.

                                      I had taken a hathway connection on arrival at Pune. My account number [protected]. However due to poor service, I had terminated the connection and settled all bills. Since then I receive one advertising call every week to renew my connection. I have left Pune long ago but Hathway keeps calling me from different numbers telling me about new offers and to restart the connection. Every time the same story and they tell me that next time they will not call and delete my phone number from there server. I was in Border region after going from Pune being in Army but the calls continued. I am now fed up as its been more than 3 years and still call comes every week. If I dont attend there phone calls, then they keep calling me day and night. I have tried all means to inform. They only promise that next call will not come but by evening another person calls up and explains till end to renew their connection. Of late it has started effecting my mental health and I am irritated by the frequent calls. I think it is being done purposefully to annoy me. Please help. SInce every call is important to me, i call back in case i miss up attending due to conference only to find out that the call was from Hathway. It has started ruining my life. I am completely upset.

                                        My user ID is BB[protected] and i requested for a new connection but due to coordination and desynchronization between your teams am unhappy with your service, since 5 days was waiting for solution but your executive Mr. Sandip Pal was unable to resolve my concern hence I would like to discontinue the process and requesting for refund of advance payment of Rs. 6095 which i paid on 24th Match-2021. i hope i will receive a refund soon and such a process won't be regretted as like your services.
