I disconnected my Hathway broadband connection 5 years ago (in 2016), paid the outstanding bill and returned the equipment. Now I no longer live in India and Hathway representatives keep calling me and harassing me, extremely rude and use rude and disrespectful language with me. What can I do?

    I have intimated multiple times to Hathway that they should not call me. However, despite mentioning so many times they call me around 4 times a day. I'm completely stressed by their calls. I don't want to continue with their service but they just don't understand. Furthermore, these calls are not from promotional number and i don't know DOT has allowed them to call through non-promotional number. It us such a shameful act

      I am from hyderabad. I had an hathway account (A/c no. [protected]) in 2016 april. I got it disconnected in around oct 2016. They took the Modem back after 2 or 3 months of disconnection. And now on 30th july 2020, I have got a call saying, you have not returned the modem and you need to pay 2500 as device lost charges otherwise we will send a legal notice. To avoid this, you can pay 512/- to renew your account and we will raise the issue that the modem is returned. Then you will get the 512/- rs refund within an hour. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

        I had a Hathway broad connection at nizampet, hyderabad and i renewed for every three months and i am stating that before the renewal of my intermet connection the customer call center from banglore call me and also stating by them that they are providing an offer that if i renewed for three months then i will get one month more for free of internet axis and these calls are continuing from since three last renewals from tham but they did not turned up for giving one month more free internet connection and it is totally nothing but cheating by making fake calls from customer care centres from banglore .
        i further submit that the hathway company is cheating public at large in this country and i am also given complaints for this but they did not turned .
        i make one submission to all the consumers that please consider the below contact details who are in engaged to cheat the public in large by giving fake offers and there by inducing the public .

            I requested Hathway to shift my broadband connection. After one day the wireman came and said that the box is full so it will take 2 days. 5 days over but no one can here to help me. I called the customer care 5 times a day but they only said that they will contact you. But no one came. Their service is ver bad and are fraud. The wireman said I will call and come in 1 hour after 1 hour i called him he said go to main office and complaint there.They are fraud.

                Its been more than a month that I have moved on to another internet service provider and I have conveyed multiple times that I no longer require their services, still every day not once but twice or thrice they call me to recharge my account.

                People in the customer care lie every time continuously that they will update my account status but still I get calls every day.

                        Hi There,

                        I was using Hathway till December last Year i.e 2020
                        Later due to poor service, I switched to some other popular broadband.
                        But I am still receiving calls from the customer care to recharge.
                        I was given with an Email ID for DND, Even after sending Email, there is no use
                        These people are calling me during my office hours and disturbing me alot.

                              Hi,

                              when i moved from chanda nagar to Haffezpet, there was no hathway network in hafeezpet so i have moved from hathway to another network .

                              it is almost an year i asked them to take back modem and asked them to disconnect/terminate my account still they are harassing me .

                                  I moved out of Chennai in January 2021 and terminated my Hathway connection. The modem was lost in the moving process and I paid the required amount to the company for it. The customer care told me that my account was terminated.

                                  And yet, 6 months later, I still receive approximately 3 calls every day, asking me to renew. I have asked multiple customer care executives to stop calling, put my number on DND and other stuff, but I still receive untimely calls.

                                  I also sent multiple emails and received feedback that my issue will be resolved, still nothing. Please help with this, it has started to affect my mental well being now.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I was buy gtpl broadband service 9 month plan 50mbps in ₹4700 .
                                      Date 5 july 2021 but installation is pending I was paid ₹4700 in advance.
                                      Then he was telling me that it will happen within 2 days But it hasn't happened yet.
                                      Now they are not answering.
                                      If I asked for refund, they are saying not a possible.
