A dangling GTPL broadband cable outside of my house has been cut by a passing truck on 24th September 2021 at 3 PM, for which I registered a complaint instantly on their customer care portal. Customer service team informed me that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. It has been 24 hours and there has been no technical visits or any inspection of the issue. I can see the cut broadband wires just laying on the road. There has not been any visit from a GTPL technician yet. This seems to be an ongoing issue as this was my 18th complaint in past 12 months. The GTPL customer care, upon contacting again after 24 hours, have informed me that it might take longer than usual. I am not sure how a legitimate business could be handled like this. This has been a terrible experience altogether.

      I had been using Hathway Broadband for almost 5 years until this month. The service was patchy and the support was horrible. After I did not renew it this month, I have been getting atleast 10 calls daily asking to renew my account. Even on the previously used phone number which is no longer the registered phone number, I am getting multiple calls daily. I have asked them many times to stop calling me yet the harassment has not stopped. I am attaching the screenshot showing all the spam calls from Hathway. Kindly assist me with getting rid of these nuisance calls and get some peace.

        I have disconnected Hathway broadband service 3 months back, still, I am receiving 4 to 5 calls daily and asking me to recharge. I have informed customer service that I have disconnected from Hathway and submitted the modem, but they are not listening to me and once again I am receiving the calls. What else should I do to stop calls from Hathway? Please stop all the calls and messages related to Hathway. I am posting my Hathway Account No: [protected].

          I have returned the device(modem) to hathway two month back, My account has been terminated.
          I have requested multiple times through mail & call to stop sending messages & calls to my personal number.

          But Still I am receiving messages and call everyday, this is frustrating. I have already informed to the customer care about this multiple time.

          So I am requesting Hathway people, stop sending messages and calling to my personal number.

            Every day i get 2-3 calls from different mobile number from hathway giving promotional offers, or rxtra gb messages.
            I used to have this connection in 2020 which i shifted to other locatgion where they dont have hathway service. I sent mail to them them though you are not having connecitivity to new location pls refund my advance paid for 6 months. They did not reply to this.
            That period also over. I dont want my money back but atleast stop disturbing me

              My Internet connection was not working since last 5 days, from 17th September 2021 to 21st September 2021, I have asked costmer care service to add 5 days to my existing plan but they said you can email for this type of request we don't have such type of authority, hence I am sending mail from past 2 days but no one is replying.

              I was not able to do my office work due to no Internet connection hence I need compensation by adding 5 days in my existing plan.

                For better connectivity hathway people recommend me to take "STATIC IP". it activated on 16/09/2021 from then till now 23/09/2021 I am not getting internet. I am following up with the issue on daily basis but of no use. When connected to customer support they are forwording to technician team when I connected with them they are saying it is pending with the backend team, after 1 day(17th sept) even technician team is not responding . Again they lift the call saying that you should connect only customer care people then again I called to hathway customer care support team they are sending the ticket again to technician team, technician either say it is pending with backend team or won't respond at all. Issue is revolving in loop. Customer care ----technician team- backend team it happens for me at least 10 times. There is no way to directly connect with the people who is actually working on the ticket. I still don't know the progress of the work. I never expected a issue lasts for more than a week as new connection it self take 1 or 2 days. TRAI please help us in solving this issue. I don't find any other way to solve this issue. Please help us in this.

                    Why would someone deactivate a broadband? Because either they do not like the services or have installed a better service.

                    In here, Hathway doesn't care to respond to complaints, fail to provide fast internet, and what not.

                    Even after I have placed a Deactivation request, the customer care executives call me every single day pestering to renew. Upon conveying that I have deactivated the service on several occasions, they still fail to understand.

                    This is causing endless mental agony and making me feel annoyed at them. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE FROM Hathway to call me again on this.

                    Forgot to mention the most frustrating point. The deactivation request was raised in early 2020 and still I am getting calls. Customer number - [protected]. The other account number was also deactivated 20 days back and as expected they have not registered this request at their end and still wanting to torture me everyday.

Support guys not giving me satisfactory reply on this. and my internet connection is still not working. Please do the needful on this.

                        From Day 1 (20-Sept-2021) where I got a new broadband connection, there is no internet. I called some hundred times to the customer care and no one is responding properly with the correct time of resolution.

                        I got frustrated and raised a request for disconnection of the services yesterday, even though that is getting delayed.

                        Let me know if this issue can be resolved today immediately or discontinue the services and refund my amount.

                          It's been more than 3 days now my broadband connection is not working. As per their mobile application they are already aware about the issue. The application shows that the area DP is down. The customer care number also does not responds properly. We cannot reach to the live representative.

                          There has no intimation from them as to how much time they would take to resolve the issue.

                          They are harrassing the customers.

                            Your useless call service keeps calling and texting me for account [protected].
                            Either make it stop, or I file a harrasment police complaint.

                            I've stopped using Hathway since about 4 years now.

                                    Hello team,

                                    I am having concern regarding broadband. On 7-Aug-21 I have called your executive for my recharge which was going to expire on 10-Aug-21.

                                    Your sales executive misguided me and forced me to take new connection. So he had taken my money via credit card and once I got to know that this was fraud done by him he stopped receiving my calls. As my current number ([protected]) is already registered with you, he took connection with my another number ([protected])

                                    He took money for 80 mbps plan 6M 4200 Rs. however this is fraud connection I want my money back.

                                      I have discontinued their broadband service in 2018. Even after 3 years, they have been calling me daily for renewal and that too TWICE 24/7. Blocked their numbers multiple times but they still call everytime with new numbers. Also they keep sending spam messages asking for renewal.

                                      @Hathway resolve this ASAP.

                                        Hathway people took 1 and half month to terminate my account and take the modem
                                        And then now the refund is not issued. And I can't connect to the customer care as its an automated voice where there's no option for the modem refund. Please help me i have been running around for quite a while now please
