As we can have not received any response via email/ call we will be filing a consumer complaint against hathway for refund of Rs 2347 as less than 1 GB was used since Jul-2021 till 16-sep-2021 out of 1200 GB (Data as per your own mobile APP) - screen attached.
Hathway is only responding that the issue will be resolved but have not taken any steps to resolve.
We had to make alternate expenses to ensure our children who are attending online classes are taken care of. This also should be reimbursed by HATHWAY.
We have been following up regularly but it seems it is going into a black hole or falling on deaf ears.
We Request You to kindly intervene and help us fight for non-delivery of service

You can see we are unable to use this network. We cannot continue like this any more. You customer care hardly record any service tickets and close them even with out confirming with customers.
This is not happening with us first time. We have experienced this on many occasions
Please ensure the service is restored by tomorrow morning 6 am or else be prepared to refund Rs 2348 and discontinue your services.
My children are not able to attend their online classes due to this problem.
We just can't go on like this. Let us know whom to speak to regarding this refund.
