I have been having issues with my broadband speed since couple of weeks. I have raising the service request from their App. These service requests are being closing stating the issue is resolved. But it is not resolved, no action is being taken from their end, no response to email as well.

ex: the below service requests :

03092021B687052 - raised at 11:45 and is closed saying issue is resolved.
03092021B687542 - raised at 12:02 and is closed saying issue is resolved.
03092021V693007 - raised at 15:40 and no response.

if the issue on Service request one was resolved, how would the system create a new case in next 17 mins, for the same issue?

Really poor service from their team. They call daily at the end of subscription period to recharge quickly, but no proper resolution to issues raised with them,

need your help on this anyway possible.

My Hathway account is [protected]. On a phone, I informed to close my account and collect router. I received 2-3 time call that Router will be collected today, but not body come to my home.

Today (03-Sept-2021), I received call that account is inactive, but I need to pay rental for Router. He told that I will get refund of this rental after returning of router. But he not ready to send any email communication and asking me to pay rental on website. Other-wise, notice will be sent

This was not as per agreement. I have been told that there will be Zero rental charges. Over phone, I have told several times to close it, but still they are sending reminders for renewal.

FROM GTPL received sms for payment link for renewal and i am done payment and planned change also and payment done with gst 7800.01 on 27th Aug but still my internet connect not yet tared and not any received invoice for receiving payment two time sending mail but not respond an customer care call approx 100 time and also udaipur team not respond like a behave a pot so i request to you kindly consider my complaints and i am clam to GTPL for life time free internet connect because every time call and no respond gtpl end pls help e sir

I have been using hathway broadband for some time now. There has been no issue with the connection but whenever I am close to my renewal date, I start getting calls throughout the day and even during usnusal time which is very uncomfortable.
If this doesn't stop I would be forced to discontinue the service as I cannot bear anymore of this harassment.

I have stopped my Hathway service because of their incapabilities to deliver their promises and steady internet services.I have faced a lot of problems and have not been resolved any time even after calling them and then when I stop their service, they call me everyday to renew the plan, I have even told them to close my account and dnd me but it has fallen to deaf ears.

I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different place. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily i'm getting to many calls from hathway from different numbers stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. " Once I was blackmailed and fooled by Hathway team saying that I need to pay 2000 rupees fine or else Need to pay 425 rupees for completely closing my account but later I have realized that my account has been recharged for one month".
I used to stay in Hyderabad so used hathway services for one and half year and that I have relocated to my home town. I have called to hathway toll free number raise a ticket for termination of my account. No one has visited my place at that moment. Later I got many calls from hathway and I have answered many calls said the same. But still I am getting to many calls still.
How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your head office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

My internet connection is not in use. The last date for my pack was 31 August 2021.

I have received 6 calls yesterday from 6 different numbers at odd hours of the day. I have politely asked them in the last call to add me to the DND list and that I would be reporting them to the consumer forum if they failed to do so.

I have received 3 calls in the span of 1.5 hours. True to my word, I would like to submit my complaint herewith.

Request your action on this, as the volume of these calls has now reached borderline harassment.

I have complaint 10 days ago my net is not working til Today problem is not solve everday I call customer care 3 to 4 time but all the remain same answer today your problem will solve but today never come this is to annoying if you can't solve problems then give money back I have wait almost 10 day but no Phone call or no technician will will visit this is too much

I have disconnected my connection 2 months ago. But still they have not deactivated my account and i getting hundreds of calls and sms inspite of telling that i want to unsubsribe. Really its tampering with calls all day long without no proper timings .

I have requested disconnection and its almost a month, I am getting min 3 calls a day from various numbers. It's a big torture! Stop calling me or else I will definitely take severe action.

Amazing services I called gtpl for renew my data pack but gtpl customer care service give me answer I write your complain ...but no any massage come and email come in my mobile...gtpl oprater not support to quick service.fist I use gtpl service then some time use dish TV and this time I try my gtpl account use ..but no any operator support...

It is very irritating and Frustrating because they call from mobile number So you have to pick the call

I am receiving messages and calls from hathway daily to pay amount and get promotional GB of data. I have closed my account one year ago but on daily basis they r harassing me with their calls and SMS even when I have already opted out for deregistration from their services.This is so annoying.
Its been 1 year since i used hathway account.

I have taking connections one day before. In one day router stopped working due to no power .
Before speed is not good and in 1day router failure .
Is company provide good connections or just making fool.

My net is not working since last 7 to 8 days I have called customer service daily 2 to 3 times but they all said your problem will solve today but today never come since last 7 day I constantly call them but problem couldn't solve this is so annoying for me you can't solve the problem so give my money back otherwise i will take legal action ( acc-[protected])

I Complaint Many Time To Gtpl Net Working Office But They close the compliant without giving any information. And i sid where is the my compliant proses so he sid your compliant is close.

So you register to new complaint. then time is net is off.

Reason I shifted to another location (In tthat location Hathway is not Available Pin -600069). I am receiving daily 25-30 calls from customer care. That is very much disturbing me. Please Close my Hathway Account.

I took subscription for hathway broadband on 23/08/2021 and paid INR 2831. after a day i mailed hathway to cancel my subscription and refund my money as i was not interested in taking hathway connection any more
installation has not happened . i am getting no response on email for the request to refund subscription amount 2831

plan -- HD2 STREAM 50 Mb qtrly U and have paid 2831

Our net of hathway broadband has been going on and off the all time. One time ots working the very next moment it is not and this is being going from a year. Whenever you call the hathway broadband customer care they give you a different number everytime. When you call they will ask for your account no. And will tell that they will send a technician but they never send unless you call them repeatedly. They do NOT respond us in a proper manner. Very disappointing and dissatisfied services are being provided. We are wasting our hard earned money and we aren't getting the proper response.

We are facing cable issues everyday, complaints are being launched but no appropriate action is taken yet.sometime there are disturbance while watching different channels or No signal messages display on the tv screen.
Requesting the authorised person to look into the matter immediately.
