My Hathway account is [protected]. On a phone, I informed to close my account and collect router. I received 2-3 time call that Router will be collected today, but not body come to my home.
Today (03-Sept-2021), I received call that account is inactive, but I need to pay rental for Router. He told that I will get refund of this rental after returning of router. But he not ready to send any email communication and asking me to pay rental on website. Other-wise, notice will be sent
This was not as per agreement. I have been told that there will be Zero rental charges. Over phone, I have told several times to close it, but still they are sending reminders for renewal.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
