I've contacted customer care about this issue but nothing has happened
My internet is down from 2days. I'm getting many problems because of that in my work from home.
I recently got new broadband connection from Hathway and already in 2 days the problem arise.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    No modem provided after the Fibre was installed

    On Friday morning dated 13th August 2021, few technical guys from the Hathway came to my house saying they wanted to upgrade my current line to Fibre which i was happy with and asked them when my new modem will be provided for the above support, they conveyed, new modem will be provided in the evening by 6.00 pm. Till today, i haven't got my modem yet and i registered a complaint, this is the Ticket No. for the same "13082021B348970" Also...

            I have made the payment for the month but no receipt is received till now. I need that asap for reimbursement purpose. The customer helpline is of no use as no one picks up the call and even if they do in the name of 'transferring to another agent' they cut the call. I emailed the helpdesk and no response from that side as well. Hathway team, please look into this matter.

                Static IP allocation

                I paid for a static IP address to hathway and they assigned me the IP address. But there is no documentation on how to configure the router to use the static IP address. I have been continuously sending emails, but they never reply. Worst service provider.

                  I stopped using hathway as i was using it from my friends account ..i am not using hathway since an year now but couldnt stop recieving calls ..
                  I am going to file a police complaint against hathway now if i get more calls.

                    I requested to terminate the internet connection and take equipment back. It got expired the last month. Still hathway people are calling daily to me harassing me to renew the connection, even after daily I said to terminate the connection. Please necessary action against hathway Hyderabad, kphb customer care members.

                        I am receiving calls to Renew my Hathway plan, multiple times daily and even during the weekends. I have requested your team to place my subscription under Pause and they have accepted and sent receipt of the same and yet I am being disturbed at all hours of the day. After telling the caller to stop calling me and placing my number on a DND list, they say they will do it and I get another call within a few hours again! this is ridiculous. I am happy with the service but extremely frustrated with your team's nuisance.

                          My internet is not working properly from 6th of August for which I had raised the complaint also but they closed the ticket without resolving the issue.the customer care is so rude and when after more than 20 calls they just say to wait for the call from the technical team .but I never received the call from the pathway instead they closed the ticket as well. I would highly appreciate if they can provide me refund for the internet and terminate my connection

                            Hello Team,

                            This Year, on January 26th, 2021, I have taken the Hathway new prepaid connection for 3 months. But within 1 week of my account, i have realized my bad decision on this and waited until 3 months to complete and finally after completion, i have discontinued Hathway and registered to different internet service provider and i am happy now. Hathway team keep on harassing me by calling me to renew the service even i am saying that i have taken another services for internet.

                            Later from my end, they said that i need to submit my router and charged me around 600. Even after that, no one is coming to my home to collect the router. I know once the date is crossed, they will charge me again on this. So, i am complaining here to find any solution on this.

                            Waste of time and money these waste fellows. Please take action on them and i dont want their router or services anymore. If they want the router, please inform them to collect. If they dont want the router, then i will throw it away to the GHMC dump yard. Please help me as i dont want to get charged for their mistakes and take action on this.

                              I am not using Hathway internet from last 8 months from Jan 2021 and had used hathway internet service for 1 year even though service is is very poor 2019 to 2020 december, I had paid every time renewal amount without any due

                              I had moved to another location in Hyderabad on Jan 2021 and not renewed my prepaid service id- [protected], and had submitted request to collect router from the link got on the text message specfying submit router.

                              The way of intrest shown in providing connection by immediate calls to provide connection wil not show to collect router

                              They are simply harassing asking pay money 4500/- for which no service utilised

                              I would like to file harassement complaint and metal pressure they are causing to me

                                I had unsubscribed from Hathaway's services in April because I shifted my address. They kept calling on my registered mobile number so I wrote a complaint to their nodal office. They said they would stop calling me but after one week they started again. I have blocked 13 of their numbers but they keep calling from different numbers each time. Please ensure they stop doing this as it is harassment.

                                  I have returned the device(modem) to hathway one month back, My account has been terminated also.
                                  I have requested multiple times through mail & call to stop sending messages & calls to my personal number.

                                  But Still I am receiving this message everyday around 9AM-11AM.
                                  "Pay just 512/- and get 50mbps speed with unlimited data, renew your hathway account [protected] and for more info pls call on, T&C Apply"

                                  So I am requesting Hathway people, stop sending messages to my personal number
