It is with pain we are having to register a complaint. We have been continuously calling to register a complaint for the low speed wifi we are getting and we are paying for much higher speed.

No one from their call centres are picking their phone up or giving us proper answers to repair and fix the complaint.

We have payment for a new connection on dated[protected]Attached Receipt) but connection has not started yet.

Payment collector Mr. Ghanshyam & Rajesh ( Rajkot office) has not collected our phone for the last ten day.

Rajkot Office Senior Sales person Mr. Sanjay promised that connection will start today i.e.[protected] before noon but till time no body arrive & contact us. now mr. sanjay not pickup the phone for last two days. and the senior sales manager mr. sanjay badly & ruff answare to us.

please get connection or refund our all connection payment.

I have complained so many times that my WiFi is not working since last week but every time when I complained, I have received only one answer that “we raised your complaint and our technical team will reach u within 24hr”.
But now it almost 7days passed and I didn’t received any cll till now nor my WiFi connection complaint resolved.
But yes I have received a cll so many times for renewable of payment.
And I knw still non of you will do anything.
Besically u r service is useless like u all..

I had no idea about lazypay and after continuous calls from Hathway wrt to renewal of my connection I said ok for renewing their connection. On condition that I would get a discounted amount the difference being around ₹600 for which I received and otp and I had to confirm the same..I had made the subsequent reduced amount and continued the connection and one month later I received a call from lazy pay for a amount due to expect of the so called discount . It is literally a scam for booking sales from Hathway’s end misusing the people’s non acquaintance with this micro credit app called lazy pay

I am being harassed daily with 6-7 calls by Hathway salespersons.

Hathway Broadband Account Number [protected] ; City- Pune.

Don't you have any privacy policy wherein you delete all customer personal data after termination of connection. I get calls from different numbers, not even registered to Hathway.
If this goes on, I am planning to take legal action.

No.1 Fraud Hathway company.
Still I have not received my refund money after I surrended my hathway modem and adaptor. within 48hrs, engineer said, you will get a call from our team . 6 months gone, still I didnt get any call from Hathway. if I try to call them I could not reach them .

My humble request to you all, dont go for Hathway BroadBand.

Updated by Pawan Ponugupati I paid the pending on May 5th and the next day itself a representative came and collected the devices. As you can see I received this message on August 5th and I am repeatedly receiving the calls. It's having a serious mental effect and that's effecting my workplace too.

I had hathway broadband for a year . All time I had issues with the internet, I did not mind as I was using Lan for my office work . When even the Lan connection started to worsen I switched connection.
Now I am getting 10-15 calls from hathway . I block most numbers, but they call from different number . I work in night shift and this is disturbing. Moreover the agents are abusive and rude. When I said about filing a complaint, they laugh and challme to do it . I need this to end .

Dear Sir/Mam, I have already requested Hathway team to transfer the account from my name to other name. I am no longer owner for the particular connection. Still I am getting threatening calls to recharge the device. Even after telling multiple times, I am keep on getting calls where I don't use the account [protected]. Because of this I lost my peace. I am getting at least 5 calls per day. I want a permanent resolution for this. I don't want Hathway team to enable DND. I want Hathway team to remove my number from the account : [protected].
