have paid money by cash after payment next day technicians appear and says there is no wifi possible here, you will get the refund and went off, from that day i have been calling to the people with whom assistance i have paid money they are not at all answering to my calls and messages, please refund my money, it's been 8 days Ive been calling not answering at all plz refund me I have paid by cash before I had hathway connections recently I vacated my house when I called assistant and he came and saw the old router which was working he said I have to take new Hathaway connection as I was already recharged my old one for 3months plan I used only 1 month still 2 months was balance I have paid for 3 months plan for new connection he is not at all picking calls as I wanted immediately connection I have online classes plz refund

I am seeing for some good broadband connections and i got hathway in mind and i seen plans and details.I thought it will be good, so i subscribed hathway by help of a assistant.Atlast when the technicians are approaching they asked our location and they said their is no feasibility here.when i called the assistant whom i reach he said that i will apply refund.its been like 2 days and we didn't got money.customer care was very poor in hathway.the person with whom assistance i paid they are not responding fastly to my calls, they are jst ignoring.i am saying again customer care is very poor.I thought hathway is good but i felt very bad abt it.the person whom i called for connection, he don't know where connection is available..so, kindly refund my money hathway..i am expecting good response.there are so many people facing same problem with refund...so, refund fast, we are taking another connection.i have online classes.we are waiting for your response...plzz refund

I am being harassed daily with 6-7 calls by Hathway salespersons.

Hathway Broadband Account Number [protected] ; City- Pune.

Don't you have any privacy policy wherein you delete all customer personal data after termination of connection. I get calls from different numbers, not even registered to Hathway.
If this goes on, I am planning to take legal action.
