I have paid in Hathway website for new broadband connection, after payment next day technicians appear and says there is no wifi possible here, you will get the refund and went off, from that day i have been calling to the people with whom assistance i have applied, they are not at all answering to my calls and messages, please refund my money, otherwise the only way i can see is complaining about the fraud gping on.

Complaint marked as Resolved After i have raised a complaint here, i received an email within a week that amount has been refunded.i have recieved the refund.
