I have discontinued their broadband service in 2018. Even after 3 years, they have been calling me daily for renewal and that too TWICE 24/7. Blocked their numbers multiple times but they still call everytime with new numbers. Also they keep sending spam messages asking for renewal.

@Hathway resolve this ASAP.

    Hathway people took 1 and half month to terminate my account and take the modem
    And then now the refund is not issued. And I can't connect to the customer care as its an automated voice where there's no option for the modem refund. Please help me i have been running around for quite a while now please

      As we can have not received any response via email/ call we will be filing a consumer complaint against hathway for refund of Rs 2347 as less than 1 GB was used since Jul-2021 till 16-sep-2021 out of 1200 GB (Data as per your own mobile APP) - screen attached.

      Hathway is only responding that the issue will be resolved but have not taken any steps to resolve.

      We had to make alternate expenses to ensure our children who are attending online classes are taken care of. This also should be reimbursed by HATHWAY.

      We have been following up regularly but it seems it is going into a black hole or falling on deaf ears.

      We Request You to kindly intervene and help us fight for non-delivery of service

          While giving the connection they have told the router is free and now they black mailed me by saying if you dont pay the 4500 we will file a case on you because you are not using the internet.

          Tourchered me taken the 4500 amount from me

            GTPL - Junagadh Broadband is really cheater company. since last 1 month i am not getting continue internet. whenever i call to customer care, within 10 min my internet start and next within some hours, again stop working. Junagadh GTPL is still money and internet. My request to all Junagadh person, never use GTPL broadband .

              I am receiving messages from hathway daily to pay amount and get promotional GB of data. I have closed my account in the year 2013 and suddenly I am receiving messages now on broadband. This is so annoying.
              Its been 8 years since i used hathway account.
              Kindly stop sending messages to my personal number.

                    I took Hathway internet connection on July 24, 2020 ac#[protected] and I have cancelled the connection on July 2021 due to relocation. But for the connection cancel I spent lot of time to get cancelled and they said for cancellation I have to return the modem and then only I can receive the refund deposit of rs.400. After returned the modem they’re saying the amount is not refundable because of their policy. But there is no policy information was provide me in written or voice when I took the connection. I raised consumer grievance complaint they gave wrong response that I’m satisfied with their response. Also after cancel the connection I have received so many phone calls regarding the recharge and reactive. I’m filing complaint here in order to get my refund and I’m requesting for further punishment for the phone call torture. Thank you!

                        My vc no. [protected]. My previous company bought a new hathway broadband connection using my phone number, I left the job 1.5 years back. Upon my request they changed the registered mobile number and email ID to company's contact information. Still I'm regularly getting calls from hathway to recharge or informing deals. I told them repeatedly that not to call me and it's not my account anymore.. They should call the contact information provided...

                        Hi Team,

                        From Past 1 year I'm getting calls on my number form hathway regarding plan renewal on A/C [protected]

                        However i do not have any Hathway broadband connection at the moment. These calls are made from different mobile numbers everyday and disturbing my daily work.I have raised this concern on your customer care number many times but still i'm being called for the same everyday.

                          I disconnected my Broadway connection in September 2020. Despite informing the customer care executive to remove me from data base. I receive multiple calls and sms all the time. Please stop this harassment.

                              Today i got call from this costumer care no [protected] at 9.30 pm to reachrage is that right time for you guys to ask customers to recharge. I said i will do later for that he spam my phone no from different online website. I am getting many OTP.

                              If you people not take any action on him i will file case and also daily i am getting many remainder call and messages to recharge if i need i will recharge if you people not taking...

                              I have paid in Hathway website for new broadband connection, after payment next day technicians appear and says there is no wifi possible here, you will get the refund and went off, from that day i have been calling to the people with whom assistance i have applied, they are not at all answering to my calls and messages, please refund my money, otherwise the only way i can see is complaining about the fraud going on.

                                I relocated to a different area in Hyderabad to which Hathway could not offer their broadband service. But they literally call me everyday to get a new connection. I don't want their services or promotional offers via calls and messages. This happens despite my patient replies to their executives to remove my number from their call list. I DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE ANY FURTHER CALLS AND MESSAGES FROM HATHWAY BROADBAND AND CABLE.

                                  I have relocated to a new location in chennai and heard from customer care broadband connection is not feasible here.Therefore disconnecting my service and I need a refund of Rs.589 paid on Aug 22, 2021 for prepaid service.

                                    While taking the Hathway broadband connection, they said that they have taken 400/- has refundable amount and will provide the refund at the time of disconnecting. Due to network issues we disconnected and the service person came to take the broadband box and told that they will credit the amount to the account. It's been 2 months yet we have not received the amount inspite of so many following ups. Daily I get calls asking us to take the connection again and I tell them to refund the deposit amount and they say that they are raising the complaint, but of no use . When I mailed them now received a reply that they will not provide the refund because they provide only for the one who stays in network for more than 3 years. They have never informed this. Even now for new connections still they say it's refundable amount. For how many people they are cheating like this and such a fraud company it is.
