I am hathway broadband internet customer since last 5 years having account number [protected] would like to lodge complaint about very poor service and no help from helpdesk. My internet has been down since saturday 16 Oct 2021 evening till today 20 Oct2021 with no results . It has been almost 5 days which is causing tremendous loss to my business and children school and college attendance. I lodged 3-4 times complaint to your helpdesk but no responce from your service team so far. Yesterday on Tuesday 19Oct2021 I had no option left but to visit your Saistar hathway office at Thakur Village at Kandiwali east, Mumbai. Service person Mr.Jatin promised me that he will send someone to my residence, but till so far no one technician visited and resolved disconnectivity issue. I request you to intervene in the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest .
In case you or your service team not resolve the issue till tomorrow evening, I will have to switchover to other supplier . i have paid full advance amount for annual membership valid till July 2022

    I submitted shifting request to GTPL on 8th of October. Even after 11 days they are not doing it. I asked them if they are not able to do it, then cancel my plan and refund me for my remaining days in plan. (9 month plan, 207 days remaining as of today). They straight away refused and also giving bogus promises that they will shift as soon as possible. I have complained about this over and over but still noting happens. Hopefully you will do something.

      I have already raised connection close request to Hathway. But they have not closed my account yet.

      I want to close my account ASAP.

      Multiple time I had spoken to customer care, got response like they no request details and they disconnected the call, sometimes they pretend to not audible and they disconnected the call and sometimes upon hearing my concern immediately they disconnect the call.

      Regarding the same I tried to reach out to Hathway Nodal Officer Pune, but no response yet.

      Here is my service request details:

      13102021B409259 - raised on 13th Oct 2021 (Not sure how this req got close since no action has been taken or even no call to user)

        I disconnected their service because of pathetic speed. On a pack of 100 Mbps, I was getting 20 Mbps at max. So I discontinued their service and switched over to far superior brand Airtel.

        Since then they have been bombarding my phone number with almost 10 calls every single day and from various numbers so I can't even block every one of them. This is really annoying and I want them to stop.

          I had disconnected my Hathway internet service in Bangalore, because i relocated. Inspite of telling the hathway costumer care numerous times, I get at least 3-4 calls from them everyday asking me to renew my service.

          I am absolutely NOT INTERESTED in renewing or ever getting a new hathway broadband connection.

              My family haven't had access to the wifi service (internet connectivity) since last saturday i.e., 09/10/2021 due to severe thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. After trying numerous customer service calls with the internet service provider HATHWAY BROADBAND SERVICES, there isn't any solution from the other side. We have been told the same thing everyday we call their customer service - "our technician will visit in 24 hrs".

              It's been more than 100 working hours, there isn't any technician from your side. We have paid more than Rs.3000 for the internet service through WiFi. And moreover we receive dishonest and brutal promises about internet connectivity being resolved. With a great dismay I feel there isn't any value for money and customer satisfaction in this matter.

              You may have numerous customers but you have failed greatly in your customer service.

                    I have submitted a shifting request from ahmedabad to Ankleshwar on 1 oct. 2021 and still not done. It's been 10 days since complaining and still not resolve. Customer care officer just say it will be done in a day or so but still nothing.Complaint no. Is 176984. Broadband is in name of Akhilanand Tiwari and mobile no [protected]. I hope my complaint is resolved as soon as possible

                      The damage to the TV happened from reverse current being passed on from the Hathway Set-top box, as a result of lightning during the rains on the 3rd of October 2021, in Bangalore. I have been using Hathway for close to 20 years now and this is the 2nd time this has happened.

                      We were informed by the TV technician that lightning struck one of the Hathway cables on the road which was poorly connected, causing a reverse current to pass through the line, burning the set-top box and in turn, passing on to the TV, burning that too. The Hatwhay techinican too, confirmed that this was caused by reverse current entering the setop box and it being passed on to the TV. The previous occurrence was around 5 years ago, wherein we had to discard the TV and purchase a new one altogether. As per the TV techincian, there were 6 other houses that faced a similar problem on that day in our locality.

                      The Hawthway customer care refuses to accept this is their fault and is not helpful in any manner. They not only expect us to purchase a new TV, but have the audacity to charge us for a new settop box.

                      Hathway needs to take responsibility for this and get the TV either repaired or replaced. Else they will lose a valuable customer of 20 years.

                        I Nileshkumar Suthar have given the request for new connection to gtpl executive he had taken the payment from me and given me the fraud receipt generated by the GTPL executive named "Anurag shahni"([protected] and i inquired had a new GTPL broadband connection where I purchased 60mbps 1year plan and now the person whom I gave money is not responding while sharing the CFA number to the GTPL customer support, agent are saying that no information is registered. The person is not responding to me nor he is answering my call as i have word his supervisor named "deepak"[protected]" he told that i will arrange for the support as soon as possible then now he said that now i am not making internet connection installation to you he said whatever you have to do you can do it, i will not refund any amount to you and said if you want to take action or register complaint you can.

                          I have deactivated my hathway connection almost 4 months back. I have been continuously getting calls from hathway for reactivation. Also my modem has been collected 4 months before but the modem amount is yet to be refunded.

                          Tried reaching out to customer care, can't reach to the telecaller executive for raising a complaint.

                                Dear Members,

                                So I had the misfortune of subscribing to Hathway as my Broadband provider in Mumbai. Due to their pathetic customer service and attitude, I finally stopped using the connection having paid all dues.

                                Since then, every day, their tele-callers have been harrassing me through calls. It's random calls from random numbers throughout the week-days. Pleading, requesting, shouting haven't changed anything. Complaints using Twitter handles, tagging sleeping TRAI's official handle haven't changed anything either.

                                Can you suggest me a way to deal with it?

                                    Yesterday I called regards my internet is not working and no light is blinking on my modem.I called CUSTOMER service and raised complaint and they told it will resolved within 24 hrs...today I got a call from technician that he will there at afternoon..However I am calling since afternoon he is not responding and number is +[protected] also I am trying to call CUSTOMER service however call is not getting connected to representative and IVR states there is complaint already registered ..Such a useless and ### provider you are..No proper service and worst CUSTOMER service who guys have...Hence fort I will not gonna renew with ur ### internet..When u guys don't give a proper service to ur CUSTOMER and give us a false statement that it will resolve within 24 hrs n all ..

                                      GTPL broadband has not given proper service regarding internet. I have been complaints many times regarding internet connectivity but they don’t have taken any action regarding that so I have request to you take action against GTPL.
