Respected Sir, It is of great regret that people deployed by GTPL broadband left the unorganised cables around my flat hanging out from my balcony, and used my AC unit to for GTPL cable and left the cable at my place and every now and then they barge into my balcony without information, consent and permission.
Negligence of duty not worried about the safety of the public.
Causing mental harassment that any time people deployed by GTPL can come and interfere in our privacy.

Yet not the GTPL service providers contacted me neither any update .When they roll back the cables that is causing harm .In my own premises I am not allowed to move freely.

Kindly, penalize them, they are the service providers such an miscreant behaviour towards the owners.

    Dear sir,
    My registered hathway no is [protected].
    From last 15 to 20 days we are suffering no internet connection. Your service person come and do somthing and then internet started after, 24-48 hrs same situation occurred. Please do needful help and resolving the issue permanently. We try complain no but no feed back if this will happened regularly then we will use social media and court because we paid hile year amount and service is zero.

    What you will do its depend on you we are fully tired by hathway service.

      Hello,
      The complain is against the customer service of hathway network. I have raised multiple request to discontinue my service. However everytime the request is closed stating the technical issue is fixed.

      I want the service to be stopped. I have to already pay for the month of September when I have requested to stop my service. I shall pay this time, but will not pay henceforth.

      I hope there is correct actions now.

        Hello I have a GTPL broadband connection at my workplace. Since last more than 10 days the internet is not working. I have complained for the same for more than 3 times now. A complain number is registered and query is closed within hours even without resolving and any person visiting. This is a ### company and I demand justice by complaining here. So if anyone is reviewing this please take care into this matter and help me for the same.

          I want to file a complaint against Hathway technical person name neeraj his mobile number is [protected] and also another technical person whose name is rupesh his mobile number is [protected].
          I just installed hathway connection in my office last month. the address of my office is 3/102 office 403 4th floor.
          I faced some technical issues yesterday morning. I already filed a complaint against the same on [protected] on this number and my service id is 01102021W169163.
          my customer id number is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected].
          when i called the neeraj he said to me that ok i, ll send the concern person almost 5 hours back. but now when i called him 5 to 6 times he put my number on black list and he is not even responding as well as rupesh is also a technical person and he is also not responding to my call.
          I am running an IT company for which I need fast and stable internet. That's why I choose hathway for better service instead of airtel or jio.
          But now i think that was my biggest mistake so please tell them behave properly to your customers or you will be loss your many long term trusted customers because i already heard something from their own salesperson that the new main owner of this franchise of laxmi nagar is very careless so his employes treat their customers for granted.
          I am already in a loss because i am not able to use internet for their poor services.

            My name is Nikhlesh Ramanuj, I got GTPL Broadband Connection Three months ago and 6-month money was taken in advance, Money has been taken in advance but service is not good at all.

            After taking the connection, no such month has passed that has not been tied, But the net got closed 4 times in the last ten days, that too 6/7 horses, and there is no improvement in service,
            and get the same answer every time technical team working, The connection is taken for the morning class but it is tied only in the morning,

                I paid 2 years subscription for briadband service. Broadband stopped working since 3 days. Technician comes but no solution. Technician himself is not aware what is the issue. The commitment by company provided 24hours resolution but yet its not resolved. Now I want my money back with compensation as I was working from home but 3 days I could not work because of their issues.

                  One of the executive (Senthil)has behave rudely and he said to me to surrender the modem and they will provide deposit money So that i have surrender the modem.

                  I ask them to refund the deposit money and they cut my call. Very wrost service. They only told me once surrender the modem they will transfer the money. Yet not receive money from them.

                      I was using Hathway for more than 2 days. Since I am relocating the house, I want to surrender the Hathway account. I enquired about this to Hathway member. One person from Hathway account came to the house and took the adapter and Modem and said, I would get the refund in 2 to 3 days. It is already been more than a week. I did not get the refund back....

                      I have been receiving calls from Hathway internet broadband services. I told them I was not staying at in Hyderabad (where the connection has been taken) due to work from home. I wanted them disconnect the connection also but instead of taking any action from their side, everyday I am receiving atleast 2-5 customer care calls either to recharge or other promotional offers. I have been explaining them my situation and they assure me they will update the database but agin it's the same. I have been blocking their numbers, activated DND even then I am receiving calls. Please help me with this kind of harrasment.

                        I had disconnect my Hathway connection June/July 2020. My hathway connection number was [protected]. It had disconnected & submitted my router to them.

                        And since then I've been receiving calls and sms from them every alternate day. Every time I explain them that I'm not going to go for their connection again. But still they keep calling with new number every time.

                        This is such an harassments to keep calling someone daily because that person trusted you and gave you business for several years. No I do not need your service and have all the right to be forgotten. Please stop calling me and remove my number from your database. No sms no calls please.

                        This is surprising that you are from Hathway support, and you cannot just get my contact details from the account number mentioned in the complaint. ?

                        Isn't that straight forward ?

                        Hathway can take trouble of calling and sms-ing 1.5 year old customer without failure. But can't get the contact from account number to discontinue troubling once loyal customer.

                                      A dangling GTPL broadband cable outside of my house has been cut by a passing truck on 24th September 2021 at 3 PM, for which I registered a complaint instantly on their customer care portal. Customer service team informed me that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. It has been 24 hours and there has been no technical visits or any inspection of the issue. I can see the cut broadband wires just laying on the road. There has not been any visit from a GTPL technician yet. This seems to be an ongoing issue as this was my 18th complaint in past 12 months. The GTPL customer care, upon contacting again after 24 hours, have informed me that it might take longer than usual. I am not sure how a legitimate business could be handled like this. This has been a terrible experience altogether.
