My name is Nikhlesh Ramanuj, I got GTPL Broadband Connection Three months ago and 6-month money was taken in advance, Money has been taken in advance but service is not good at all.
After taking the connection, no such month has passed that has not been tied, But the net got closed 4 times in the last ten days, that too 6/7 horses, and there is no improvement in service,
and get the same answer every time technical team working, The connection is taken for the morning class but it is tied only in the morning,

Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Yet not the GTPL service providers contacted me neither any update .When they roll back the cables that is causing harm .In my own premises I am not allowed to move freely.
Kindly, penalize them, they are the service providers such an miscreant behaviour towards the owners.
