I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of chennai. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

I have disconnected and handed over the modem device of Hathaway almost 15 days back because of their tele calling daily nuisance.

In a day 10 to 15 person calling from different no event though I said that my connection terminated but they simply not bothered and ask me when u are going to recharge.?

At one time I was driving my car and saying that I'm in driving, still they didn't care and I got 11 persons called during that driving itself within evey 5 mins gap.

It's kind of super annoying and harasment and seems like no one can do anything about them kind of attitude they show.

Are the hathway tele calling team such kind of so powerful and no one can deal with them for their human harassment?

Can anyone help me here to stop this nuisance and take action on them please?

    Its been a month and everyday my internet connection stops and I have to try million times to complaint and their service is worst. I want them to remove the connection and refund me as i am not able to my internet connection.

      I have raised multiple requests to disconnect my connection and provide me refund. But I don't see any follow up from customer service. Worst experience with Hathway.

        I have raised multiple complaints to disconnect my connection. I have paid in advance for 6months and used the service for one month. I have relocated and want a refund. But I have not received any follow up from the customer service. Worst customer service.

        I got a call from the customer service. I was told that the modem will be pick up by the executive, but I have not heard back from the executive yet to pick the modem and complete the disconnection process.

          Connectivity issue and Worst response from Customer care

          I am facing connectivity issue (poor speed) from last month for that I had raised complaints for many times all that were closed with out resolving it even no response from their side, whenever I call to customer care they saying the false reason that your are not available in this number sir.           I am Using Hathway Broad Band service since 3 years. Every month bill cycle time BPO is calling continually. So many times i told them i have activated automatic payment once my connection disconnected payment will done automatically but still they are calling.

                My GTPL Broadband has stopped working since Sunday 8:00pm. I registered a complaint on GTPL Customer service on Monday 9:00 am. Some technician visited my place to check for the fault on Monday and without resolving he left. It has been 4 days since then, my wi-fi is still not working. When we call on Customer Service they do not answer and if they answer they say they cannot check status as their system is updating.

                  I want to terminate my Hathway broadband internet connection having account no [protected]. I have requested the same to customer support.
                  reason- I don't live in Pune anymore. I have left the place before 3 years. for last 3 years I have been getting many phone calls and messages regarding renewal of the plan. I have sent an email regarding the same to the nodal officer. So, I am requesting you to solve the problem.

                    I use hathway internet connection in Hyderabad. Due to some reasons i transferred to Another state
                    I explained the same to hathway and they acknowledged, still i get multiple calls daily from hathway customer care to recharge my account. I even asked them to deactivate/surrender my connection. I am going through lot of things here, and these calls just irritating more leading to a mental stress.

                      I ve been calling gtpl for 3 to 4 day around 10 times tht my internet is not working.each person saying your complain is forwarded and it will resolve soon.but still it is not resolved.
                      I want my money back from this fraud company.

                      Worst customer service ever.

                        I have complaint several times for the connect disconnect issue to GTPL but no support is provided by team. Also ping is very slow so I asked GTPL team to change my ethernet cap but still no support from team.

                        I am very disappointed with the service of GTPL. Once my GTPL plan gets over I will change to other broadband service.

                          I had placed a complaint on 11th of July regarding non-functional internet service. However no proper response was provided by the technical team. Their answer is " sir your number is going switched off". I had provided an alternate number and same answer for the alternate number.
                          I had to call like 5 times to their helpline number so that their team provides a response from technical department. After which they promised that someone will be sent in an hour or so but as you can see from this post the promises were all false.

                              I am using GTPL internet broadband services since a year. Every week internet goes for a day or two and about 3 to 4 hours. Since this week and particularly since last 3 days it’s continuously going 3 to 5 times in morning and afternoon. When we complain in customer care we are not getting helped and answered promptly.

                                  Worst response by the CUSTOMER care employs n the manager too this was damn worst after 4 days of saying will instal it tomorrow tomorrow they told us that there is no connection on the 4th day that to very careless we wanted to complain then so asked to Marge CALL TO the manager ! ### manager is also one out of a hell same like the employs they could tell us in the first it self saying there is no connection they telling it now so I asked to register a complain they say you ware talking rude so we did not n then we started talking rude let it be as they wish so we fieling a complain here +[protected] +[protected] both the number told as manager and the employs[protected] +[protected] resister number and they ask us to take personal number what the response was that !! Plz do take action on those who are careless at there works thank you !
