I had paid for hathway broadband yesterday. A dealer Devaraj from an opponent office called me up telling he is the area leader and want us to take connection from him or he wont let the connection to be activated, threatened us badly. The technician didnt arrive on time and came after a dirty spat, then he didnt install the router properly and just disappeared without informing anything, on reapeated calls they are telling we are not picking calls. Made the payment yesterday on calling abt activation they still say we didnt pick call for activation but i checked the status and it show kyc is not done, when i informed the services provider he is asking for another id proof since i look younger in my photo submitted...Its been so much time and i am still waiting for activation frustrated abt the service, i want to take the refund immeadiately, even if i dont get refund i am for sure now going to continue with hathway, in my entire life i never have had such worst experience
Since the activation didnt happen all my work since yesterday has been hampered and my time is money, i have wasted a lotttttt of time altogether n super frustrated
