Iam requesting to gtpl that please change the hindi language by default in telangana state sir we want telugu language by default in our region I hope telugu will be by default language in telangana and ap🙏

Since last 10 days my internet connection not working gtpl provide worst service & last 10 days I call daily to customer support there answer is scripted I have forward to complaint to technical team.really gtpl have technical team or not I doubt.
I advised to people please don't go through gtpl service boycottgtpl.

My gtpl town member are speaking very rudely on call and on call he peak to us an call the problem will solve in 24 hour but there is no response it is 48 hour they are not comming to my house they said that u have to call to consumer care but they are not listening us & the gtpl owner of our town khambht is not giving answer

Last 10 days I have complained for internet speed is very slow 1.5 mbps as against 40 mbps but till date is not solved and complain closed in system. GTPL is reputed net provider company but still I am facing speed related issue. Please solve immediately

I [protected] with this account number paid my 708 rupees I.e monthly for my 50 gb unlimited pack for my home. I made the payment via phone pay app on 25.06.2021 and my net expired on 27.06.2021. But I didn't got renewed my net access and I am stuck with no internet and I am feeling utterly disappointed.

I paid 1767 rupees for hathway connection on 17th June, 2021. But, I haven't get installation till now. Salesman blocked my mobile number. Please do initiate refund immediately.

I have hathway account with acc number [protected].I tried terminating the connection by calling hathway cc, but they did not respond with any answer. Finding it difficult to terminate the subscription.

I receive promotional messages from Hathway everyday even though I don't use their service anymore. This is harassment. Please get them to stop sending me messages on [protected]. My account number is [protected]

These people have been harassing me by calling daily from various numbers to renew the plan. I have been declining their renewal offers and requesting them to remove my number from their list for the past 6 months. Yet they call me everyday asking for renewal.

GTPL is resolving tickets without doing anything.

I have taken new hathway broadband connection, Initially they were keep on calling to take connection and for payment after that there is no response.

I tried calling their Hyderabad customercare number but its not even connecting.

I also wrote an email to hyderabad team and they said, issue will get resolved asap. after 1 day also i didnt get any update so again sent an email after that there is no reply atleast

GTPL is a big fraud and scammer. They first took the money and then didn't come till 3 weeks to set up the broadband connection. After that, I requested a refund and it is almost a week and we haven't received the refund. No responses from the agents and offices. I am located at Bhuj.

So many times request them to improve the service but every 15 days we have to complain and ask for better service and there is no right point of contact to inform the problem of the poor and slow internet service. I am not getting what i paid for so kindly help me to disconnect the service and also for the refund amount what I paid it. Its been worst and worst everyday for internet services

This is in reference to the complaint I have made against your firm for not providing the required service and fooling the customer.

This is a complete fraud that is happening at the ground level and there is no proper way to manage. Your sales and engineers are just doing fraud with thr people.

Here is the short description


I have requested for a wifi connection for 100 Mbps speed and this was clearly communicated while requesting the connection.


Money was paid upfront and the cheque was released without providing wifi connection nor was the router for100mbps was available.sales people are a complete fraud for your company


When I asked that why the money has been deducted, I was asked to wait for few days until the router was in stock. If the sales person is saying that I will provide 100mbps then why the router is not available.

I waited for 3days and then your engineer comes to my residence and joints the connection with the existing connection of jio without my consent and confirmation. Ever since that your connection is not working and such pathetic way to providing connection with any Tom, dick and harry available.

This request was made during 6th June and today is 26th June. Your internet is still not working till date because of the mistake from your sales and engineering team.

Your service quality is the worst and this mail and the write up will be highlighted in the complaint redressal forum for all social media.

Today, I had visited the big Bazaar office of surat and there were scenes of customer dispute for many people like us and we completely understand that you guys are doing the fraud at all levels and not refunding our money because of your pathetic policies.


I have not used your services and you can check my usage.enough of complaints have been made and this will now be highlighted to your management to make them understand what is wrong with your firm.


Please refund my money as this is a hard earned money and not free for you.

My net is not working since 22 Jun 2021. I registered a formal complaint for that in GTPL company. I also had an chat with sales employee about problem I am facing.
I was assured of resolutions in 24 hours. It’s been 4 days no one has offered immediate any solution or company hasn’t communicated back to me.

Their sales representative is saying now that they can’t refund my money. I have paid for 1 year subscription.

I had asked request for termination of my hathway account by call and on email both. But my account did not got terminated. Even after paying the balance amount asked by the hathway customer service person for termination of the account, my account still was not terminated even after clearing all my dues. In the next month they added 513 Rs to my balance asking for renewal. Hathway is also constantly calling on my number and harassing me. The calls needs to be stopped from hathway random call centers and personal numbers and my account should be terminated quickly within 2 days. Hathway account no [protected]

I had made a payment of Rs. 8613 on 30 October 2020. It has been 8 months now. I have visited their office several times, mailed them the problem with the payment details every time they told me to do so still they haven't refunded the money. They make me wait for hours after visiting their office. They are fraud. I have been very polite to them and they have just wasted so much of my time.

I am still getting msg and calls from hathway regularly even i am not using this service for last 3 years. I had shifted town. I have confirmed multiple times to deactivate my account from hathway still getting msg and calls.

Kindly help me deactivate my hathway account so that i don't get any msg and call from hathway or suggest me if i can file any legal action to the company.
