I disconnected my hathway broadband connection in may 2018. I have asked the customer care to collect the modem from my new address 6 times. But none of the agent called me to collect the modem. Surprisingly i got a mail from "[protected]@hathway.com" telling that legal action will be taken against me if i dont submit modem before 15 days from the date of receiving the email. Absolutely pathetic customer service, i am fed up with hathway.

Its been more than 10 days since i raised ticket number 13102018m778138 to update my billing address on bill as it is still showing my old billing address when broadband connection is moved to a new location.

I shifted to a new location and asked hathaway to shift broadband to new location, they shifted the connection to new location but billing address...

I was assured high speed net speed of 50 Mbps so I reconfirmed with sales person and I was assured to get 25 to 30 Mbps. I assumed I could get 10 Mbps but download speed I am getting is max 3 to 4 Mbps and browsing speed is very poor.

I brought a bradband connection from Hathway Broadband Internet based in chennai.

I took a six month plan for which I gave the advance.

As my connection was getting near to three month of service, I got a call from Hathway Broadband Internet that my connection is due for renewal and will expire after completion of three months of service.
