I have GTPL broadband connection plan at Bhavnagar, Gujarat. I renewed plan yearly of Rs. 5750 on 04/05/2033. The internet is not working from 19/07/2023. I called un customer care and filed complaint about that but it is not resolved. So I complaint again and one technician visited my home. The technician told that the smart switch ( that they install for proper connection) is not working and they don't have new smart switch as it is china product and company is not buying because it is costly. Now, there no any other way to connect internet at my home. As there is fault from company side I told them to stop my broadband service and request for refund. Now they are refusing for refund. I am eligible for refund. It is company fault then also not giving refund.

      I have purchased annual subscription for GTPL cable TV (Plan -POWER PLUS) on 30/Mar/2024
      The package included NDTV 24*7 channels.

      Last week ( around 05/05/2023) the channel was removed without notification and now GTPL customer care and the cable operator is asking me to pay separately for NDTV channel
      My complain is against GTPL - Ahmedabad is as below

      1. If I have paid an annual fee for NDTV as a part of the package why we are forced to pay an additional fee ?
      2. If they have removed it from the new package they should have at least consulted or arrange for refund which they are not doing .

      This is agent the basic policy agreement which was promised.

      The Local Service Provider Mr. Digesh ( mobile no [protected] ) states that he is helpless as GTPL has taken the decision to make modification to the package
      The GTPL states that the decision has been made by authorities and they cannot do any thing

        Greetings !
        So i am a regular hathway customer from Delhi. Hathway hasnt disappoint me in any way till now, ive been getting extremely high latency on applications as simple as youtube. the support team is absolutely useless and they skip my call or kick me ! this is completely unacceptable. now im looking forward for termination of my account.

              For last 20 days, Home Internet is not working. No response from local person or customer care department after several follow ups .They have taken money in advance but not refunding when there is no service. Even have dropped mail to Mr. Kamal Bhatia on [protected]@gtpl.net for the solution.

                My hathway ph. number is [protected] I disconnected My connection 1 year ago due to relocation they had taken back the router also but I am getting calls 3 to 4 times everyday and asking for renewal and they are irritating me too much
                I told them many times but the issue not resolved yet, please help me on this.

                  I had a Hathway broadband internet connection (ID : [protected]) which has been terminated and also I have submitted my modem and router, still I get two sales calls every day to renew my connection.

                  I called the Toll Free Number to activate DND on my account, but I'm still getting these calls.

                  I am again requesting you to activate DND on my account.
                  It is a really bad experience, even after having my account terminated and submitting my router and modem to be harrassed every day with such calls.

                  My experience with Hathway has been great so far.
                  And I have been recommending it to everyone so far.
                  However if these calls continue I would be forced to not recommend Hathway to any of my relatives, friends and acquaintances from now on.

                  Hope you would take action on this request of mine.

                    Despite being disconnected and relocation, frequent calls from the call centre are neither stopping which not only contains verbal abuses but also threats. Hathway has really crossed their limits. They are ruining the mental health. Is legal process the final way?

                      It has been over 1 year 6 months since I closed my Hathway connection.
                      I have been getting calls repeatedly asking me to reopen the connection.
                      I have told them on multiple occasions that I will not reopen the connection and asked them to stop calling me.
                      Despite all this they still call me at least once every two days.

                      The person that called me today outright said I was lying when I told him that I got over 50 calls so far. How can they expect customers to reconsider their service when the customer executives are so unprofessional.

                      The customer executive being unprofessional is beyond the point. When a customer asks not to call them, They shouldn't be bothered again.

                      I couldn't even block the number. Each time they call from a different number.

                        Hello Team,

                        I am troubled with internet connection from day first, not a single day has gone by when internet is running properly all day.

                        I have complained many times for the issue that my internet connection down frequently, but I have not got any solution yet.

                        Engineer comes, does something, then internet works, as soon as engineer leaves, internet stops again in next 1 hour.

                        No engineer is able to understand the issue that where is the issue.
                        Is this the customer service of Hathwaya, is this the way Hathwaya provides service to its customers.

                        Does Hathwaya provide service to its customers in this direction?
                        Customer is getting upset everyday but no one is giving solution to him.

                        The customer is getting upset everyday but no one is ready to give any solution.

                        I am very upset now with this Hathway internet connection, such a nonsense Hathway internet service, I did not think that.

                        I will never ask, or refer anyone to take Hathway internet connection in future.

                        Please look into this, or disconnect my internet connection, if you guys can't provide solution.

                          I hv lodged complaint for no connectivity of wifi . Till date no action. Yesterday morning msg received, service engineer is coming within one hour but till the time no action. No authority is attending call or responde. Worst customer service. I want to switch over to Fiber connection but no response. Local B.M. IS ARROGANT IN RESPONSE.

                            I have asked for a new connection from Hathway dealer (+[protected], this person has done fraud on me. First he promised me Connection is possible in my place in Kotka mubarakpur South ex1, 110003. He forced me to recharge with sum of rs. 648 on 16/06/23 and told me connection will be possible the next day.
                            The next day at evening he refused for Connection telling me its not possible to install new connection. He then stopped picking up my calls . I have not received any refund, no e-mail, no calls from Hathway billing. This Hathway dealer has forced me to recharge even knowing the connection is not possible. TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAM.

                              Hi,
                              I terminated hathway internet connection 4 years back. however I am still getting repeated calls from hathway for the renewal. I told them several times, not interested and using some other service provider. however they keep calling everyday multiple times and its getting annoyed.

                              Have reported to those officers, but the call keep coming everyday. kindly file a compliance against them and resolve this matter at the earliest.

                                So we live in warora and just shifted from a different area where the area Cable Operator was polite but the new one i.e the new area Cable Operator he is not at all helpful have a very rude behaviour just cause the reason he is aged i didn't hit him or else he is the most pathetic cable operator i have met I want a strict action against him.

                                    I have renewed my internet services in April 2023 and In the month of May 2023 My internet stopped on 28th May. I Logged complain on 30th may and this is 10th from the date I logged complaint. I already talked to customer care and raised ticket but nothing happened on execution front. I then talked to appellate authority named "Krunal Makwana", "Priya Khreadiya". These are deaf people and sounds like a robot. Even after 10 days they are not ready to commit any timelines. So I had left no choice but to ask for refund for remaining days but they were so adament to offer me refund on the name of policy.
