I am Muskaan Bamzai. I got the Hathway Broadband connection in 2019 Bavdhan. Recently I shifted to a different place, during which I thought my Device was lost and as a result, I paid device lost charges of Rs. 2500.

We have payment made on 05/07/22 through phone payee amount also debited in my account but hathway account not reflected so my hathway account inactive.today again payment made . please check let me know ([protected])

    Dear sir/madam.
    For d past 2 months am requesting the hathway team to take away my modem. As am shifting our home to my native. Everyday customer care call me atleast 5 times to recharge my account. Am explaining my issue and i also mention that i need to surrender my modem. They also say that they ll update. But my issue not solved. Pls try to resolve this issue in a day.

    Hathway — Recharge successfully completed but wifi us still not working

    I have completed my friends wifi recharge of Hathway Broadband of Rs 589 the recharge has ben successfully completed but the wifi is still not working we tried to contact the company many times but they alll are ignoring us and not responding properly i am sharing u the screenshot of the payment. This is not the way to treat ur customers. Please help me asap because of this issue my college work is pending....

    Hathway — New Connection Broadband Refund Issue.

    I have got call from one of the executive from hathway hyderabad and she took required documents for the new connection.After the process she sent me payment link and I have done the payment of Rs 1859 within few minutes.
    They accepted payment without checking feasibility of their service at new address, Later one of the technical person said we can't provide service at that location....

    My internet stopped working after replacing the modem i asked to resove it from past 5 days but no one responded till now. I called them thrice a day from past 5 days buy my issue nit solved. I want my money back so that i will take a new one from other service provider...

    My wifi internet is down from last 3days as i call customer care like 20 times in a day and they all answer same thing that technical problem sir. If you don't know how to solve technical problem then why you built this company?....

    I have made an early payment on 3 july 2022 to hathway broadband. i was subscribed for the period 3 june to 3 july so today i did a transaction of 589 rs and in first it showed that it was failed but i got an message from my bank that transaction of 589 rs has been sucess so i re checked hathway broadband and it was still asking for payment so i did one more transaction and this time it was sucessfull but i got an msg from hathway that recharge your broadband it is expiring at 3 july 2022 even i did double payment still through so i request you for refund of 589 rs at upi id -[protected]@ybl registred mobile number- [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com

      On thr date[protected] we applied for new broadband connection from hathway hyderabad, they installed it on time but they didn't tolt us how to activate it, i also asked but they just said that wait for 1 hour you'll geta call from hathway for activation but they didn't call me. They don't even recieving the calls and replying the messages.
      i want refund or else get the perfect connection.

      I'm Hathway Digital tv customer, I recharged successfully but no channel is available except official channel no. 999. I have raised complaint more than 24hrs but not yet solved. Customer service executives are also not entertaining my issue. I'm not getting any solid answer about what's problem, when will it solve, what about refund. My whole 24 hrs recharge and valueable time has been wasted by you. Please take action and solve my problem....

      I had previous Hathway internet connection, As I shifted my home, i disconnected it, from then i get daily multiple calls for renewal. Can this be taken seriously and stopped and can action be taken against Hathway. Only because they have the phone number they cant call daily.

        Before my renewal due date of 10-15 days they are making calls to pay bills and after renewal date they are calling about 5-10 times.. even after I said my issues whether I'll pay or not. Still they are making calls and disturbing for every one hour

          I requested service cancellation, and they have provided acceptance letter on 2nd June 2022. I have constantly received calls daily regarding service renewal. I have registered multiple complaints with customer service for DND requests, but no action has been taken. They sometimes call 2 to 3 times a day for renewal requests which is harassment and abuse of power.

          My Hathway account plan is expired in last month. Even though, I told clearly to hathway persons calling from call centres many times that I dont want to continue the connection because i am not satisfied the service. But still I am getting 2/3 calls OR SMS to renew the connection. I fed of these calls from your team. Once the payment is done nobody cares about the problems.
          I request you to inform the concerned team - to stop calling...
