My internet connection disconnected on 1st march. Lodged complain yesterday but yet nothing is resolved on top of day area service provider is not responding to our calls. Customer care is disconnecting our call in middle of call. We are not getting proper reply. We r wrking from home if this is the situation how shall we continue. Some r telling cable line is disconnected some r telling as we r upgrading to fibre u r getting such issues and it will take 1week. One of representative told it will be resolved asap as dey r hvng technical issue. Paid on 1st march but zero services used I want my refund n don't wnt to continue with hathway. No one is bothered how will we work. Vry poor services fed with hathway

      My refund of the account no. [protected] has not been received for the deposit money i paid for. i have disconnected my services with hathway 4 months back and still been waiting for the refund. The executives have no interest and this company is scamming common public like this though its Rs.400 only but this sums up to alot of money if they are facing the same problem like me. This company is behind us until we get the connection but once the connection is disconnected they seem to pay no interest in giving back the refund for the deposit.

        It's been almost 20 days after raising concern of disconnection due to leaving the place from Chennai to different state(Andrapradesh).

        But still receiving n number of calls from hathway for recharge not for disconnection status. Literally kind of torture.

        So, kindly disconnect and collect the boardband setup from the home.

          My hathway account number is - [protected]. I opted out of their service on 19th November 2022. I have been receiving multiple calls from multiple numbers on a daily basis starting December 2022. I already requested not to reach out to me and mark me in the DND list. However, even after several warnings and request, I am receiving calls which are affecting my mental health.

            A few days there has been in fault in modem. It has been frequently disconnecting without any hindrances. We asked the Hathway support to help with this and they asked us to file a complaint .

              It's been more than 7 days i filed a request for shifting and yet the there is no response from the gtpl and whenever i call them they say wait for some time and yet there is no progress. I renewed the connection some days before the shifting and it's going to waste now. If gtpl won't resolve this asap then I'll go to consumer forum and sue gtpl and trust me don't ever take gtpl connection even if it's bit cheaper.

                Due to an issue with GTPL stop lots of channels. already paid an advance for that and more than 5 days have gone nothing any solutions, customer support every day gives excuses. I asked refund and remove the cable also my home. but nothing or any actions. so please take serious action against this company. If delay in renewal in the pack then suspend the plan. then why i am waiting for this action? I need my refund and take your setup box.

                  Every day I am getting repeated calls from Hathway even after surrendering the modem. I have sent a mail to stop my account and yet I am getting around 10 calls a day from these idiotic ###. I have scolded many people over the phone, but it's of no use. Wonder how to escape from these calls. Have already blocked around 50 to 100 numbers, still getting repeated calls. Kindly help me to sort out this issue. Deeply frustrated.

                    It is gonna cost me my job if i fail to submit my 6gb presentation video.. it is a pathetic service by hathway i was told my internet will be working after i reboot the device and it hasn’t its been 6 hours.. And neither do i am able to connect customer support please help

                      after 7 day GTPL installed cable after three day router installed but currently internet coming yet customer care say IN progress, i think my plan over then GTPL call your plan was over but no one can call your shifting was done today or other day

                        Here, i registered shifting request, but it's already 15 day first after 7 day cable installed after 3 day router was installed

                        but internet not coming

                        we charge for shifting and delay was GTPL such looser strategy

                                      I have paid 3 months in advance an amount of Rs. 1814 (including taxes). I have to move to a new house however in the same premises. I raise a change of address request on Hathway Apps. The next day technician called me and asked me to cancel the service because my new location was non serviceable. So I called Hathway customer service and the associate was so unprofessional and impolite that he wasn't bothered about my query. Repeatedly he was saying refund cannot be given because it's company policy. If it's my fault I'm not eligible for the refund but if it's Hathway fault then they should refund me my money back. Hathway was good service provider but now it's the most pathetic service provider. Also teach some professionalism to your executives. Specially the person who called me today from billing team. Before I could asked his name he disconnected the call.
