I am Chandra sekhar my Hathway Internet A/c No. [protected], I have mailed Hathway for the discontinue my connection as I am relocated to other place . Jan 25th 2021 I request them on mail . No response till now.
Executives are continuously calling for renewal and I am telling them that I am not using it any more . Few of them asked to to pay 450 to get connection close . I have paid like this 2 times to get relief from torcher .
To complaint on this I tried to their customer care . It won't get connected and they will not reply to the mail . What to do
Today I received call from Hathway saying that legal notice will come to you due to not surrendering router . I asked them what I paid for earlier ? She said you paid for renewal . But the day I paid for, executive tell that this is for closing and you will not receive any calls from now to asking renew.
She not at all listening what my concern is . I asked why no reply to mail, she answered there are thousands of mails we are not free And we are not here to reply every mail and asked about why your customer care number doest work, she said it won't work .
What kind of service these Hathway giving to customers, is that right answer by an representative ? To customer ?
She telling we have only 3 minutes time we are not here to listen to you . We will send legal notice to pay 4500 .
She spoke very impolite, " just learn to listen "

Complaint marked as Resolved Hi so thankful for speed reply .
Company doesn't replied or any call regarding my disconnect request so far .
Mailed date Jan 25th 2021.
And today June 7th 2021, received call from Hathway saying they are calling from legal department . Phone number +917069880823
She refused to send mail same what she speaking and what for legal notice from their official mail.
Please look into this . Thank you

Updated by Chandu kondapalli This was the mail . I initially informed for disconnection . Since I not received any reply from them .
Now they are threatened me that you should face legal action for not returning router .
I have already paid 450 rupees, 2 times mean while to close the connection ..the executive says this amount is for closing account . I was blamed for first time . Later I received so many calls to renew account and I told them I am not using anymore and request them to close account, again they told me to pay 450 and I paid for closing account which they told me to do for closing .
After I got call from [protected] saying that they calling from legal and notice will come to mailing address . The person over phone is very harsh towards . Please look into . Thank you
its my prayer such a fraud company soon shuts down completely with great losses
please do one should not go with Hathway broad band for their extremely poor / rotten service
