Our Hathway account number [protected] was subscribed by My Father Mr.R.Srinivasan who passed away on 08-Nov-2020. We have requested for Hathway account disconnection in November as the premises was vacated. There was no response from Hathway for long time and recently every month they are calling us for renewal of the account and when we mentioned that we requested for disconnection, the executive mentioned to clear the outstanding of Rs.420 to close the connection. This payment was made in the month of March and again the account is not disconnected and continously getting calls from Hathway executives even after requesting them to do the needful. I would like to file a complaint on Hathway for the harrasment they are causing to my mother who is currently holding the contact number of my father.

    At first I have contacted one hathway agent he told me regarding all plans. After payment made and document verification completed cable team came and gave a connection this all things completed 5 days back but until now they not activated my account I am unable to use my internet and the status of the request it is showing still in progress.
    So plz solve this issue as soon as possible.

      Since last 2 years I'm registering complaints of poor network and frequent disconnection. But nobody attending the same. Nowadays they have started chatting system to register complaints which is worst ever. Because we couldn't express indepth the issue. Moreover, the engineers visits to check the router and modem are non technical and unqualified, because they used to say that our duty is to check wiring and replace the modem. The company, who introduced internet to us, now in a worst rank due to their poor service and non cooperation.

        Hathway calls me daily more than once regarding offers the company has tailored for me. I have disconnected my Hathway connection almost six months back. I have made it clear to them that I am not interested in availing their connection and I am quite satisfied with the current service provider.

        However, Hathway still keep on calling.

          Receiving renewal call even after discontinued the connection and one week back returned the modem also but till now i am getting renewal calls.even though i told multiple times to customer care about discontinued the connection.they said they update it but still receiving calls.

            I have been subscribed to Hathway broadband internet service in Pune for more than 3 months to a 50Mbps plan.
            Every single day for the last three months I have experienced that the download speed drops to 2Mbps or lower after 6pm. I have raised number of complaints for this with Hathway but they haven't yet resolved the problem and keep making false assurances that the problem will be resolved today.
            I hence want to raise a complaint against Hathway for this stressful experience. Hathway needs to pay me back the amount I have paid them for the plan but didn't get the promised service. Also, Hathway needs to resolve the problem once and for all as I cannot keep raising complaints every single day

              I have made an annual payment for hathway broadband which expires next feb 2022.
              i have seen once they receive payment they don't bother for YOUR COMPLAIN . technical issues are never resolved
              they are shambles people, i created multiple ticket with poor feedback but no impact on them
              last two months I'm facing continuous disconnection problem but no one is bothered to resolve it still . no one cares about CUSTOMER issue
              even previously complained of speed issue .

              Their App is bull ### like them and all are corrupt people from top to down they don't care about CUSTOMER .
              I wish such company losses all its CUSTOMERs so that people are saved from their frauds

                ID-[protected] as I have moved out of Chennai and out of your service circle due to COVID

                they are frauds working in Hathway they will steal your money and not refund.

                its my prayer such a fraud company soon shuts down completely with great losses
                please do one should not go with Hathway broad band for their extremely poor / rotten service

                  I applied for the new connection on 31May2021. The very next morning, their associate came to my home and collected 1990/- Rs. amount for 3 months of internet service. The set up was not done entire day and next day they came and done all setup in afternoon and didn't start the internet. So it already wasted 2 days and then after 4 days suddenly my internet stopped working on Sunday afternoon. I waited till evening, thinking it will get resolved. I generated a ticket #10127129 for this issue. and now I am calling them since last 3 days and they are saying that it is in still process. They promised to get it resolved in 24 hours. and here I am on 3rd day still waiting for the internet.

                  When I checked with my neighbors and friend everyone said that they are also facing same challenges with this ISP regarding nay kind of customer service. Due to unavailability of any other competent, people are bearing such low class of service. Even I tried to check for other ISP but had to settle down for GTPL.

                  Is there any action that I/anyone should follow to make sure the customer services are delivered as promised?

                    Terminate the Broadband connection

                    I am holding hathway broadband account([protected]). I have raised two tickets to terminate my broadband connection and called customer care to terminate my broadband connection. But So far they have not taken my request or not responding to my request. Please terminate my broadband connection and refund my money...

                    My account number is [protected]. I deactivated my account and also handover the router.
                    Many times I told you guys that I have changed my location but you guys are still calling me twice a day for renewal of plaa. It’s really annoying that even aftrer deactivation for about a year ago. I still get these messages. If ever I want a connection I know how to contact you guys. Please look into the matter.

                      I would like to escalate this complaint to the manager. The agent Kavya S from Technical Team called me at 7:17 PM on Monday 7th of Jun 202. Regarding renewal of package explained my concern and asked her for her full name to make a note. She shared her first name and refused to share her Surname stating its professional call. Taking down the full name of Agent is no where a crime in the Telecommunication Customer Service which is legal as per the rules and regulations. When asked her to expand her surname which Kavya do I refer as there will be many Kavya S in your department she said its none of your Business and disconnected the call. She was sounding very arrogantly on the call which is not the proper customer ethics. I am a customer paying for a service which you are providing and I don't entertain dis-respect and unethical behavior of the agents. Please train the agent well before putting her to the customers. I wish to take this complaint to the higher authority and expect a call back from the Complaints at the earliest on my phone number provided on the account. And I do need the agent's full name while I receive a call back. As a customer I do have the rights to know the agent's full name which is legal.

                        Already it's been 3 month I paid for fiber connection for 100MBPS Spees but I got worst service. They didn't came to my house to install connection. Current speed is about 20 mbps and sometimes it more worse like 500 kbps.

                        they are not canceling my connection and refuce to provide refund as per they policy.

                        they are not installing fiber but day's of connection are still counting.

                        they are not picking phone calls.

                        I already raised tickets many times but tickets get closed by themselves without my concerns.

                        they have 4-5 departments and all have same answer go to other office. we are not for complaints for this kind of problem.

                            Hi,

                            I am Chandra sekhar my Hathway Internet A/c No. [protected], I have mailed Hathway for the discontinue my connection as I am relocated to other place . Jan 25th 2021 I request them on mail . No response till now.

                            Executives are continuously calling for renewal and I am telling them that I am not using it any more . Few of them asked to to pay 450 to get connection close . I have paid like this 2 times to get relief from torcher .

                            To complaint on this I tried to their customer care . It won't get connected and they will not reply to the mail . What to do

                            Today I received call from Hathway saying that legal notice will come to you due to not surrendering router . I asked them what I paid for earlier ? She said you paid for renewal . But the day I paid for, executive tell that this is for closing and you will not receive any calls from now to asking renew.

                            She not at all listening what my concern is . I asked why no reply to mail, she answered there are thousands of mails we are not free And we are not here to reply every mail and asked about why your customer care number doest work, she said it won't work .

                            What kind of service these Hathway giving to customers, is that right answer by an representative ? To customer ?

                            She telling we have only 3 minutes time we are not here to listen to you . We will send legal notice to pay 4500 .

                            She spoke very impolite, " just learn to listen "

                            Hi so thankful for speed reply . Company doesn't replied or any call regarding my disconnect request so far . Mailed date Jan 25th 2021. And today June 7th 2021, received call from Hathway saying they are calling from legal department . Phone number +917069880823 She refused to send mail same what she speaking and what for legal notice from their official mail. Please look into this . Thank you

                            This was the mail . I initially informed for disconnection . Since I not received any reply from them .
                            Now they are threatened me that you should face legal action for not returning router .
                            I have already paid 450 rupees, 2 times mean while to close the connection ..the executive says this amount is for closing account . I was blamed for first time . Later I received so many calls to renew account and I told them I am not using anymore and request them to close account, again they told me to pay 450 and I paid for closing account which they told me to do for closing .

                            After I got call from [protected] saying that they calling from legal and notice will come to mailing address . The person over phone is very harsh towards . Please look into . Thank you

                            Truly a next level of being pathetic.

                              Just fed up with Internet services. Almost every week there are Internet issues. Many times Customer care not reachable. Have to reach their twitter account. Closing complaints without confirmation with customer. Three complaints have been raised in last two days. But issue is still there.

Previouslt I used to receive it via mail but this time I didnt receive it. its been 2 months already but still didnt receive it.                                   As i am from Surat and since last Saturday my internet is not working, for that i personally visit to the Surat Piplod based office, as they said their server is down so once it will be start she (Puja) will be check and revert back, Today is Monday even they dont have any Landline number which we can talk for our complaint, as we are working man and it is really pathetic service offered by them,

                                  I request to Banned from Gujarat or else take any strict Action on them.

                                    Hi Sir/Mam,

                                    On 18th May, 2021 GTPL service was disconnected and stayed disconnected for more than 2 days. Since then continuous problems are coming in internet service. Internet connection gets disconnected many times a day and browsing speed is also very less(less than 60% to 70%) compared to the plan I have opted in. Their engineer visits the premise, do something and goes away with temporary solution. Their service is so much poor and are not providing the permanent solution. I have raised the complaints at various times based on the nature of problem and there details are as below

                                      I get calls for renewal of my Hathway account almost everyday. I am tired of telling each one of them to take their modem as I want to discontinue their services but they don't listen. I have also written an e-mail to them but still they haven't done anything. Everytime a different person calls and ask to renew. My account no. Is [protected]. Please resolve it.
