Form 18 may 2021 to till date. I am not able to use the internet. On 18 may i raise a request to the call center regarding the relocation of my place. I had given them my old address and new address. After one week when I call them regarding the matter. They told me that, your request is close. ( How could ticket close without doing work). Again I had raised the issue and waited for a week. The issue is not resolved.
Again I contacted the call center a third time, But no result. I am using the GTPL broadband for the last five to six-year, Having so many problems I still continued with GTPL. But I think time to came to correct my mistake by throwing out your connection and my huge mistake is that, I had taken a one-year subscription, that I want back.
There is a limit to tolerance of waiting and ignorance. such an unprofessional way was not excepted. And, I had help GTPL by suggesting to my friends and relatives. Now, I will ask them to quit your service.
Request numbers are 85506, 86949, and the third time they didn't give any number.
I had some mail and payment of relocation is also made. Bapunagar GTPL service person is aware of it. But they keep ignoring. Even tho I am daily writing of WhatsApp but they didn't respond. What a useless service provider
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
1. I shifted my location from Kondapur to Vanasthalipuram.
2. Requested Hathway to shift my connect to new place or take away their device which I no longer use (I asked for refund for 1 year payment which I made at Kondapur).
3. Hathways response: SIR, WE CANNOT REFUND YOU THE AMOUNT. YOU CAN KEEP THE DEVICE AND WHEN YOU WANT WE CAN CONTINUE WITH THE CONNECTION.
4. Till today I have been receiving calls to renew my account although I keep repeatedly saying I am no longer their customer due to their pathetic support and service.
Today I receive a "FINAL NOTICE" and fine charges of 2500/- for not returning the device. So what exactly was Hathway expecting me to do, when I asked them to take away the device 2 years ago and now wants to send FINAL NOTICE.
Dear Hathway as a customer do you expect me to keep your device just because you didn't actually didn't bother to respond at the first place since 2 years.
