Dear hathway,

I have stopped using hathway internet account "[protected]" from last 1.5 year.

Your employee had already collected all machines like router etc.

This is my humble request to please deactivate my account i am still getting messages of my account and few calls from hathway.

    In spite of our regular follow ups, our broadband is not working for since 03 days and we are yet to receive any firm reply/action for restoration of broadband connection.

    Ticket was raised on 17-june-21, ticket no:10358100, but not resolved yet.

    We would like to put on record very poor service response from gtpl. Our connection was down/off so many times.

    I called your customer care center but they don’t have any concrete response and pathetic reply to my queries about resolving issue. Hence, i wrote to designated appellate officer mr. Kamal bhatia since last two weeks but is also didn't respond and not pick up the phone also.

        Internet is not working since last week. Company representative said that they have some technical issues in the area. They are not providing consistent internet and now they are no willing to pay extra days in subscription which are wasted by their technical issue.

            I have purchased GTPL fiber broadband service of 60Mbps it's only been a week and it stopped working from last 3 days. I have made multiple complains regarding the issue but no one contacted or resolved the problem.

              We have 2 Hathaway connections at home. Second connection is very slow. We are getting 5mbps to 10mbps for 50mbps pack. We called the customer care and raised complaints so many times. Every time we raise a request, it is closed within few hours without any resolution. Sometimes the Hathaway agents come home and then leave without fixing the problem saying that they will come back in 5 mins. So we want to cancel the connection. But they are saying that they will cancel and take back the router, but no refund of amount is possible. How can we pay when we haven't used any network at all because of low speed???????

              This is simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

                I am GTPL customer since 4th April 2021 & since 6th April 2021 I have been complaining repeatedly over a same issue that all devices are frequently getting disconnected but they couldn't provide any resolution, even I am dialing their appellate authority but no one is responding, when I sent email to appellate they kept saying they have forwarded to technical team and nothing improved.

                  I am using GTPL broadband and my plan is 100mbps but for 4 days I am getting the speed of 20 to 20 Mbps. I have raised multiple complaints but nothing gets resolved, only tickets get resolved.

                    I have registered a request for discontinuation of my Hathway account. I have received no response regarding the same as well as about the refund of my deposit and return of device. I have been calling and mailing Hathway customer care for over a month now, but haven't got any solution for my issue yet. All I receive are calls reminding me of account renewal or new offers.
                    I even tried getting help from the nodal officer, but it proved utterly useless.

                    Every single time I get a call from customer care (which is like every single day) I have to explain my issue right from the beginning. There seems to be no kind of documentation on their part. This is sheer customer harrasment.

                      I have taken new internet connection from hathway through their sales person Name - Vishal Didwagh on 15 Jun'21. But still connection is not active and neither sales person nor customer care responding.

                      Kindly take action this fraud company and i want my refund of 2831 INR at any cost.

                        I start gtpl broadband connection 04/06/2021 plan name : b21_60mbps_12m_6095, onu cost waiver after few hours connection many problem in gtpl broadband. Internet speed very low, sometime internet proper not connect, internet range very low, gtpl support team not supportive and many times complaint and request but not solve and many time raised complaint but gtpl team no any discussion and suddenly complaints automatically closed
                        so please raise the my complaint against gtpl broadband and solve this problem

                          I had registered a request for shifting broadband to another location on 2nd june 2021. And paid of money for shifting 560 rs. But today is 15 th june no response has been given by gtpl .I called several times to gtpl customer care number but they say that they putting forward message every time i called there answer remains same.

                            This is Abhiroop. This is regarding my deactivated Hathway account no. [protected]. I stopped using it from August 2020. Did not renew it. In October 2020, a person from Hathway called asking for the modem. I handed it over to him in perfect condition. He took some pictures of it and sent some message somewhere telling me the process is completed. I asked him for receipt but he said it’s okay, it’s done. In good faith I understood it to be done. 2 months later I get a call from Hathway asking for Rs. 430 for late submission of modem. In good faith I obliged. Again after 2 months they call and ask for late money amounting to rs. 800. I complain in the customer care and on Facebook. They say it is resolved. Now again few days back I got an automated call in Telugu language saying something about legal proceeding and also a message to return the modem or face penalty. What on earth am I supposed to do? Nothing works. Why don’t you update your database? Saying it had already been submitted? Please make this harassment stop.

                              I have shifted to different location and no longer using Hathway broadband for more than 1 year. But I still get calls to renew the connection even after repeatedly informing them that I already subscribed to different company for broadband connection.

                              Please stop calling me even after business hours, its very frustrating to receive calls at night.

                              Delete my account and phone number from your records, I will never recommend such service to my friends and family.

                              Even after raising so many complaints and requests still HATHWAY really doesn't care and address the problem of customers. Here is the brief history.

                                Form 18 may 2021 to till date. I am not able to use the internet. On 18 may i raise a request to the call center regarding the relocation of my place. I had given them my old address and new address. After one week when I call them regarding the matter. They told me that, your request is close. ( How could ticket close without doing work). Again I had raised the issue and waited for a week. The issue is not resolved.
                                Again I contacted the call center a third time, But no result. I am using the GTPL broadband for the last five to six-year, Having so many problems I still continued with GTPL. But I think time to came to correct my mistake by throwing out your connection and my huge mistake is that, I had taken a one-year subscription, that I want back.

                                There is a limit to tolerance of waiting and ignorance. such an unprofessional way was not excepted. And, I had help GTPL by suggesting to my friends and relatives. Now, I will ask them to quit your service.

                                Request numbers are 85506, 86949, and the third time they didn't give any number.

                                I had some mail and payment of relocation is also made. Bapunagar GTPL service person is aware of it. But they keep ignoring. Even tho I am daily writing of WhatsApp but they didn't respond. What a useless service provider

                                  I have taken new connection on 12 Jun 21 my account number [protected] before making payment, I have clearly told the requirements of 50mbps upload/download speed. Your reps suggest 3 months plan which is as per your requirement and you have to pay Rs 3009/- same have been paid but today after connection I can't do the stream, when I checked out the speed it's 50 mbps upload but download only 5 mbps. I asked the reps he said he will check out with service engeener, after half an hours received a call from your reps Mr Netaji said that you will get only this much speed only. Why your reps didn't tell me this before, he is the one who suggest after told him my requirement. Now it's is my humble request as a special case following may be considered:
                                  a) My requirements at least minimum 15 mbps upload speed.
                                  b) Download speed can be reduce to 45 mbps from 50 mbps.
                                  c) If not feasible, request disconnect the internet connection and refund my amount.
                                  Early action highly appreciated.

                                    I had been receiving multiple calls to renew my services but I wasn't interested to. Now that One executive of hathway came toy home a few days back and he took the modem back with him. Now I haven't received refund for modem. Please do help.

                                      1. There have been frequent failures in the Wi-Fi connection provided by Hathway.

                                      2. Last complaint was lodged on 01 Jun 2021.it was kept pending for 10 days.

                                      3. On sending message through e-mail, the complaintbwas attended on 11 Jun 2021.

                                      4. If I were owner of Hathway, official responsible to manage complaints would have been sacked.

                                        15 Days back, i have paid 4500 to Hathway company for reacharge, and from then only internet is not working. I am regularly calling the executives, they are not listening. And also misbehaving, abusing, not bothering any complain.
