Hi Sir/Mam,

On 18th May, 2021 GTPL service was disconnected and stayed disconnected for more than 2 days. Since then continuous problems are coming in internet service. Internet connection gets disconnected many times a day and browsing speed is also very less(less than 60% to 70%) compared to the plan I have opted in. Their engineer visits the premise, do something and goes away with temporary solution. Their service is so much poor and are not providing the permanent solution. I have raised the complaints at various times based on the nature of problem and there details are as below

    I get calls for renewal of my Hathway account almost everyday. I am tired of telling each one of them to take their modem as I want to discontinue their services but they don't listen. I have also written an e-mail to them but still they haven't done anything. Everytime a different person calls and ask to renew. My account no. Is [protected]. Please resolve it.

      I was a Hathway broadband CUSTOMER till 2010. I disconnected my Hathway broadband connection in 2010 due to the worst service and poor connectivity. My Hathway account number was [protected]. For the last two months, I am receiving messages to renew my account from Hathway daily. I tried to call Hathway CUSTOMER care to stop messaging me as anyhow I am not going to renew their ### broadband. But I always end up with IVR. So please stop harassing me else I will start bad mouth publicity about your policy and I will make sure whoever has Hathway connection will stop using your service.

        Hope you are doing well!

        I am complaining because I have been facing an internet issue for 22 days as well as a hardware issue, as I am working from home in this pandemic time and I need a good internet connection for my work but unfortunately, I am not able to work properly due to poor internet connection & I am not satisfy with the same.

        Further, I have been complaining to the GTPL Customer Care since 15/05/2021 and today is 05/06/2021 it's almost 22 days. Also, I have personally visited the main GTPL office on 22/05/2021, but there is no change in internet connection. Hope you understand my situation, it's all about my job.

        Also, I got a message from GTPL on 26/06/2021 at 4:53 PM (Dear GTPL Customer, our Engineer SHOIAB SHAIKH is on his way to reach your installation address for resolution of your Ticket No 9846936) and at the same time I got another message (Dear Customer, The Ticket No: 9846936 has now been resolved). I don't know how they closed my Ticket without visiting, without submitting OTP and without resolving anything, and how they had closed my Ticket without doing anything. Honestly no one visited my home and I was waiting for them since 4:53. This thing happened twice with me. Please see the below screenshots for the same.

        I have called one of the GTPL employee and he said please contact your area operator and I have called my area operator he said call the GTPL, I am totally stuck and I don't know what I have to do. Please understand my situation. As an Indian citizen, I am requesting you to please do the the needful. I will be more than happy.

          Hello hathway,
          My hathway network went down suddenly after a bad thunder lightning and upon checking it seems that the modem is dead and no more working I tried changing the plug socket but no luck
          Account no : [protected] location is in bhayander east a complaint has been launched through app but the app and its complaint launched over the IVR is useless please send some technician tomorrow quickly and get it fixed as today no Internet means no works can be don't wfh especially

            Dear sir/Ma'am,

            It has been more than 48 hrs since I subscribed for your broadband service in Bharuch, Gujarat. I have paid 5500 rupees for your 40 Mbps plan. It is extremely important for me to get internet due to work from home period in my organization. I have tried to contact your service provider Mr. Naeem but he didn't pick my call. Again trying with different number he picks up call and just turned me around. Kindly, consider my request for cancelation and proceed further for refund.

              I have closed the connection and returned the modem, still I am getting multiple calls daily for past 40 days.
              I explained them so many times but they always acknowledging and doing the calls daily.
              I am working in second shift, daily morning they are calling, disturbing and giving mental pressure.
              Daily thrice they are calling and even disturbing my entire family.
              I have activated DND in network and in Hathway...

              The user of hathway broadband internet services, my account number is [protected] as i requested to shift my connection, Nobody is going to take action against my request, and telling that your requested location signals low, then i requested to refund my amount for unused data, or provide me a connection at my location. For that the customer care executive told me that "you won't get any refund and won't get a connection at your preferred location its take 2-3months times. My neighbors have hathway connection. What can i do right now, please look in to solve the matter.

                The complaint I made is still unresolved. An engineer (Dilip Bhai Bharvad) came from GTPL, but He did not solve the problem, and without solving it, he said "I will come" but he did not come again and stopped my request without solving it. I have been facing an internet problem for the last 15 days. If GTPL can't solve my problem and can't provide good internet, then refund my money.

                  I used the Hathway internet connection when i moved to mumbai 2 years back, in a rented apartment . It was for a very short period of time. Its been more than a year that i left mumbai and till date i get the most irritating calls and messages from Hathway to renew my plan and take a new connection. I have already complained to them on call that i am NOT INTERESTED. Still the harassment doesn’t stop. Made a huge mistake opting for Hathway. I want this to stop immediately.

From past two months i am getting calls from ur telecallers i have told so many members to not call back again. but they won't understand the problem... Please stop calling me. Iam very much irreted by ur telecallers. So, kindly remove my phone
                    Number and account and take ur moderm and etc stuff from my home.please refund our Subscription amount which we paid Rs.2124.00 on 03-SEP-2020. I hope this message will get to the higher authotity of hathway broadband hyderabad.

                                Hi, I did a recharge for for 3 months and got two months plan. Called them several times but no use.                                   His is regards to the payment that I have made towards the Internet connection renew for my factory at P17, victoria estate, kathwada gidc, ahmedabad dated 26/05/2021 with the receipt no:- cr/def000000000000000001950582. I have been told to get the refund of the amount Rs 5500.00 this mounth and also last year 5500 rs total 10000 rs.your agent we are last 4 days 30 call he give bad reply tht mobile no. is [protected]. The connection which was done wirelessly at my location was not removed for one day and I have called the concern person to remove it immidiately.this connection not working last 6 mounth properly check your data. I have been trying to contact the local office of and also local area manager again and again but no one is replying me in a satisfactory manner and getting the unwanted excuses for the same. So, I request you to look into this and get back to me with the satisfactory reply.

                                    This is Anil singh. I was staying in chennai. I bought hathway broadband for work from home. Now due to covid situation I have been moved my hometown. Actually I informed to local service provider that I am leaving on 8th may 2021 so please visit my address and collect modem but he didn't came. Now I am getting unwanted call from hathway and I informed them that please raise a request to remove my connection. But still I am getting ### call from them.
                                    So I am requesting you please dont call me and just disconnect my connection. Inform to your guys dont call me again and again otherwise i will use very bad words to them on call .
                                    Seriously hathway is providing a ### service
                                    Just disconnect my connection.
