Hi Hathway,

Since last day I'm keep trying to contact with Hathway cs department to process the Cancellation/disconnection but no one responding, Kindly look into it nd send your tech to collect the device.

I have disconnected Hathway internet connection an year back and returned their modem. Still I am getting numerous promotional as well as calls asking for renewal everyday. Many times, I have explained the situation to the call centre representatives to not to call again. Still, they are calling me again and again.

My internet is off since last 11 days. I have registered complaint thrice for this but they are closing the complaint without resolving it. They are not picking up any call on customer care nor they are sending any executive for resolving it. Any leads if I can file any defamation charges or civil lawsuit against the company?

Using GTPL broadband is the WORST experience I am having. Since May 17, 2021 my connection is not working properly. After that my connection worked for almost one day only or so and since May 23, 2021 my connection is not working. Every day I am doing calls on various available numbers and no one is bothered to resolve issue, even not attending calls. After lots of attempts I can connect with executives and but as usual getting standard replies. Even not able to contact seniors, after requests to executives. No one is ready to talk or resolve. When called customer care no senior is available to talk, and get answer you had a talk for 4 times so can not talk to them. Are they VIPs to or extra ordinary persons with whom customer can not talk??? If so they why they don’t provide solutions?

Because of all this, my office work is suffered a lot and I am not able to complete work on time, online classes are also suffering.

No net since last week in Amraiwadi area on complaining the customer support, they just read out an opened ticket number which we have opened in the GTPL app support section and assure us that issue will be resolve at high priority and automatically close the ticket tagging it as resolved/closed at the end of the day while nothing happens at all, Even the technician haven't showed up till date. I have paid for the services a month ago for an yearly plan but still no response at all.

I complained about this and within a few days, my problem was solved. Therefore I have marked the complaint as resolved. But after a few days, my internet doesn't work, and Gtpl never sends an engineer to find the problem. My internet doesn't work for 3 to 4 hours every day. GTPL gives the worst service.

I have been facing issue of no internet connection from last 10 days and I have done complaint continuously but there are no proper resolution from the GTPL.
I have visited more than 5 times to offices of GTPL, I have done so many mails regarding my complaint but everything in vain.
Yesterday (26th May, 2021) I had again visited to your office in Sarovar Enclave and I met and complained to your executive named Bhavesh Mehta. He has assured me to have technician to my home yesterday only and given me the number of technician but he was not picking up my call I have done so many calls, whatsapp messages and also text messages but technician named Vishal Patel has blocked my number and not replyed at all. I also have proper proofs regarding my complaint.
I don't know how this type of companies is providing services to customers. I really want to complaint about not only no internet connection but also for not listening to customers and do mental harrassment to me. I am really stressed by calling and visiting the customer care centres so many times.
I want resolution and also I wat to claim compensation of my harrassment my conveyence and my balances I have done for extra internet due to no internet connection.

I reached out to their appellate officer and no one picks up the phone there. I emailed them at appellateauthority.[protected]@gtpl.net and [protected]@gtpl.net to my surprise I only get auto responders and no updates from last 15 days.

Since 3 days after complaint about LOS with GTPL broadband internet is not work. Whenever I called executives answers it will take time. Technical team working or not on my complaint.
I'm working from home and it's Heathcare process.

my self Bhavika Oza, I have purchased my new GTPL connection dated 24 May 2021, i paid money for 60 mpbs speed and necessary documents to GTPL sales persons name Raj chavda, but still my new connection still not started, i asked twice time in helpline number but they not given proper answer to me, my husband has visited to GTPL Jamnagar office they assurance to start shortly but still i suffer problem, my neighbor has connected same day and it is start withing one day, my work is very important so i take optical fiber 60 mbps plan but still i have suffer every day problem please solve my problem

Internet has stopped working since 19/05/21. On the same day I have registered a complaint but ever since all the tickets are been closed without resolving problem. They sent message that Engineer will visit your address but no one visited the site to fix the issue. Today is 26/05/21, I have registered four-five complaints and they were all closed without resolving. I have not paid for internet dis-connectivity service. Kindly provide the service or refund my money.

My #Broadband connection is not working since last 9 days. Complaint is lodged and there is no resolution till now. Please escalate matter asap.

GTPL Customer care [protected], [protected] Iss number par to last 9 days se call nahi lagta, aur bhi koi other number hai kya? jis par main internet ki complain kar Saku??? Mera broadband last 9 days se band hai.

I am amit kale and i have stopped using hathway broad band now as my shop is closed. Still i got so many calls from different hathway numbers daily. Please stop such calls or i have to take necessary action against hathway broadband

I receive spam messages from hathway everyday.. I dont live in India anymore.. have deactivated my hathway account 5 years back. Kindly act responsibly and stop spamming my number. Every morning your sms on my number creates more hatred for the company.

Working work from home as Got new connection last month for 6 month plan.

There are lost connection in a week for 2 to 3 time and not resolved the problem by GTPL Ahmedabad.

Complain many times but no responses.

From last 2 days my connection is lost and no response from GTPL team.

On May 15th, I requested for the stopping of harassment calls for recharge renewal as I have already returned and deactivated my account on April 25th and they replied that the calls will stop within 7 days but today is 26th and till now I am getting these calls . After 25th April, I recieved 100 of calls from Hathway for recharge renewal and each time I said the same thing, I have deactivated my account, stop calling me and all that but it seems these guys didn't took me seriously so Now I have to take some serious step . I already saw various posts on Google reciting the same reason how your company is troubling them for this same reason .Till now I said that I will take legal action but now it's going over and I am complaining here because I cannot take this ### anymore.
I have the pickup boy contact number also who picked up the modem from my home on April 25th .

I have raised many complaints to Hathaway customer care to stop calling and sending messages, but still receiving calls and loads of messages.

Customer care people saying its automated calls and messages so they cant do anything about it.

Hello, I previously had subscribed to GTPL internet connect which got expired in December 2020, However i asked for renewal of the services on 24th May 2021, but the agent said that it has been expired long so renewal wont be possible and will has to request for new connection. I agreed to it and made an online payment of 1990 to the link sent by the agent. The internet service is still not started. Please look into the matter
