Hi

It's been 2 day's I haven't gotten any resolution for the slow internet connection and I have tried reaching out to the customer care sevral times, after getting connected after an hour the agent Dharmista, didn't helped me out saying the system is getting updated, very frustrating and aprart form that when I have asked to transfer the call to the supervisor she denied nor help me out with anything, it's been a really pathetic experience had with gtpl I would now be willing to file a formal complaint in the consumer forum regards such a scam running on in the name of a stable internet connection with 60mbs, giving such a pathetic speed which is lower than my mobile data, also the custom service and the system to help out the customer's is a real failure, tickets where closed without resolving issue and numbers are not getting connected have to try a sevral thousand time.

I need this to be resolved as soon as possible,
I look forward to hearing from you asap.

    I had hathway broadband connection, which I disconnected because I didn't get the service I was expecting. When the pack got over, I started to get calls from Hathway saying to renew the pack. I said them that i have got a new broadband connection and to remove my number from the list and stop harassing me, but they wouldn't stop. They have many numbers and I blocked almost 40-50 numbers. Every time I ask them to remove my number from list and not to call me, but they never listen. I have the list of all the numbers as well. If again I receive a call from them, then I'll have to take this matter to police station. Please help to resolve the issue.

      I have complained to Hathway for very slow internet speed since many days. Speed is less than 5Mbps, sometimes, it is less than 2.0Mbps against 50Mbps package, but no action is taken to resolve the issue.

        Hello sir,
        I got Hathway Broadband connection (Pre-paid) on 19th February 2021 my Account No.[protected]. Hathway executives torturing me through phone calls every day to recharge for coming month i.e. March 2021 before due date i.e. earlier to 15 days of due date. It is very inconvenient to me. So that I sent an email to terminate the connection, email dated March 15th 2021. So far no action has been taken and till now every day Hathway executives torturing and compel me to recharge. I'm 62 years old and i'm getting 4-5 calls everyday from hathway executives, I'm requesting them to terminate the Hathway Broadband connection but their executives are telling that we cannot terminate the connection for this reason. I don't know what to do. So I request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible. Thank You.

          I keep getting calls from people saying calling from hathway and that since I am out of state for some time and holding the wifi router, they will charge me with legal action or else i can pay 425 and can close the account. I did not believe them and raised a ticket in hathway app to inquire about this. They confirmed that this is the correct process so when next time support team called telling me that you have raised for internet closure i believed that. I made the payment which is even showing in hathway app. I was told immediately after payment i will get an email with all the account closure detail and about router that that will be collected during weekend. post payment, no emails was received and the support person who shared there number are not even taking the calls. I am pretty sure i will get a call after 1 month for next 425 rupees. Such a mistake taking hathway connection. By the way these are number from where these support team called me. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. they know lots o[censored]sers are not using internet connection as most of them are at native places due to covid and they are misusing this.             From Past 2 weeks im getting 80-90 ping while playing online games such as valorant .I live in Bangalore before I used to get 28 ping on mumbai server now its 85.. it used happen only after 9pm but now(Lockdown in Bangalore from 28th April till 10th may) the ping goes to 85 from 12 pm itself ...Competitive games cannot be played with such high ping ...and the customer care is worst because after raising a complaint they call me twice a day and after describing my problem everytime they call they just tell me that senior technical team will contact me ...and the cycle repeats but the problem never gets fixed
            I have done speedtest and ping test on ookla and i get 12 ping in the morning and it goes to 60 on eveings ...The speed too reduces to 12mbps but the plan is for 60mbps

            PS. My friend has hathway connection with same plan, he lives 2km away from me but he faces this issue rarely but for me its an everyday problem ...and the thing that pisses me off is that i have paid for 4 months subscription so i cant change ISP...

              Hi, I am using hathway from past 2-3 years in Hyderabad and from past 1 year am facing so many internet issues. I am paying 779 every month for nothing as the internet doesn't work and buffering all the time. During lock down I faced so many issues and tried contacting Hathway but no use as they dont have any customer care. I tired contacting for around 1000 times, registered complaints but no one responded. Its impossible to reach Hathway so I want this worst service to be ended immediately and get the refund for the router and for the service which is for no use. Please help me in disconnecting the services.

                  Dear Team,

                  I was using the broadband for while, due to poor support, I have discontinued the service and the modem also take away from my home. Unnecessarily I am getting a call from the Tele Callers a minimum of 10 call a day and 10 messages from hathway, I request you please remove my mobile number in you data base. [protected]

                  if once again I may get a calls or messages from your end, I will directly complain to police or a consumer court. stating that you irritating and unnecessary disturbance.

                      I have tried to call the customer care number to Disconnect the Services but still the the services are not disconnected. And I am getting 5 to 6 calls a day to renew/reactivate my plan. Please disconnect by services. Its very disturbing that i am receiving calls at 9 PM. Please stop the services and the calls to my mobile number.

                        I have tried to contact 10 to 15 times via mail, phone and mobile app
                        They are saying on location internet is down.

                        My internet is down from 24 April 2021, every time they are saying area problem. my neighbor has installed fresh plan his internet up and running there are other 3 GTPL customer whose are my neighbor all of internet up and running except me
                        how does it come location problem if connection is taken from same TP

                          Am using hathway broadband network in Hyderabad alwal Vasavi Nagar. Since Saturday April 24, 2021 i was not able to browse the internet. i called the customer care and registered a complaint 24042021W203874. But till now ni one called me, no one came to resolve the issue. Daily am calling the customer care but no use, my wife has to do work from home, now we depended on mobile network. Because of Hathway her job Targets were not reached, she was blamed because of the network issues. Moreover my daughter has online classes. She was not getting mobile signal properly inside the house. WANT JUSTICE FOR IT

                          Dear Consumer Complaints, 4 weeks done but the problem is not resolved yet. Please look into it and do the justice for me. The message that any consumer received after Raising a complaint is " With in 24hrs the problem will be solved" This is not done even after 4 weeks. ITS COME UNDER CHEATING CUSTOMERS

                              Many times registered many compliments but never get appropriate solution.

                              I have huge loss due to this who will responsible for this loss and who will bear this lost

                                  My account with GTPL broadband is under aw1141 and registered email id is [protected]@hotmail.com with registered phone number [protected]. I raised my complaint on 21st April stating Internet not working. When I called they informed me that it's their optical fibre issue. They closed my complaint on 24th stating RESOLVED however, my complaint was never resolved. I opened another ticket on 24th and called them back but they were still not able to give satisfactory answer. I spoke with a lady Yasmin Seth and asked her to transfer to supervisor but she said the line is busy so cannot. Moreover, the link they sent me via SMS for tracking my complain is giving error as INVALID TICKET NUMBER. When I asked her about the same she couldn't answer anything about this.

                                  They just send the visiting technician's name but never send their phone number so we cannot contact them. My broadband connection is still not working.

                                  They always give robotic answers. They are cheating their customers.

                                  After my complaint, Internet worked for a day only and again started facing the same issue. Opened another ticket today and it's showing 24 hours time frame.

                                  Their infrastructure is very poor.

                                        Due to pathetic service, I decided to discontinue with Hathway internet service. The same was communicated to Hathway team and tele-callers on several occasions, however, they keep calling and harassing me from various unknown and random numbers. During the pandemic times when I am expecting random calls for emergency, this company is harassing me by continuous calling / messaging to renew their internet service. I must have blocked about 50+ odd numbers but still these calls persist on a daily basis. Had you put so much amount of efforts in your internet service I would not have left your services in the first place. You do not even have the decency to let go a unsatisfied CUSTOMER. Disrespectful ###! Stop harassing me & my family.

                                        HATHWAY MANAGEMENT - DELIST & DELETE MY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY FROM YOUR SERVER ELSE I WILL FILE A HARASSMENT SUIT AGAINST YOU.
