Hi, I raised raised the request to Hathway to disconnect and dismantle the connection at my home. Neither did the team attend to my request nor they supported. Instead they are calling innumerable number of times every day until I pick the phone and respond, stating it's an auto generated call. And the person representing hathway broadband forces to reactivate. I am not able to believe if this is even ethical?

PLEASE STOP THE CALLS AND DISMANTLE AND TAKE BACK THE ROUTER ASAP. MY ACCOUT DETAILS:[protected].

    I deactivated my hathway account and returned modem in 2017 as I am relocating to Bachupally near. I am continuously getting calls from hathway people from last year May to till date and asking to reactive my account. As their services are not available at my place I informed the same. Irrespective of my note they are frustratingly calling every day 2 times and asking for the reactivate. Finally I requested to terminate the service for the given account number on Nov 10, 2020.
    Reason: To avoid calls.
    (Radhika) is the person who initiated the request from hyd office. service id : 26112020W55110256, Transaction id : [protected] and also they informed once the account is terminated they will refund my amount. We called so many times to customer care no response. Everyday these people are calling and asking us to return the device for the account that got recently activated in Dec 2020. Without any connection how they are asking I don't know. I paid 425 rs to terminate and these people are saying they have provided the new connection recently and asking us to return modem for the new connection provided. And the girl Radhika played a very cunning role and she activated my account instead of termination.
    When we called to customer care they said the same thing but they did not take any action. One of the customer care person is calling now everyday and talking very rudely and not listening to my problem any more. They are just playing with the people and not bothering about the actual issues.

    Resolution : I want my account to be terminated permanently and refund my 425 rs

        Hi,

        I use to have hathway internet prepaid connection still March 2020. Due I have left Hyderabad came to my hometown visakhapatnam where, there the hathway is not available. I requested to disconnect the service via email in the month April 2020 even though I paid August 2020. However there is no response from hathway.

        I am getting daily calls and mails from renewal of the connection. They even sending legal notices stating that "Submit Device urgently to legal Hassles"

        They provided contact number "[protected]", call anytime NO one will ans

        call.

        They are giving me mental torcher.

        Cindly help me out from this... Please

          I get at least 1 call everyday and multiple SMSes asking me to recharge my internet in a City which I LEFT an year ago. I keep telling them to close my account & collect the device from watchman. They never do.
          Customer support agent always assured that s/he has marked in their CRM as do not call. It never works. Sometimes I get a call within an hour after that promise.

            Worst customer service. The technical person told me to recharge to activate and reinstall the device. Then I have recharged my account, after that the technical person stopped picking my call. They did not reinstall the modem. It has been two days since I recharged my account. I haven't received any information about my account activation status, router installation, and my recharge money. The technical/point of contact is not picking up my call at all after i have done the recharge.

              I have relocated to other place where Hathway connectivity is not available, daily i am getting call and telling the same and asked to stop calling me and remove my number from your list but that is not happening. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge

                I have deactivated my hathway account since I no longer wanted to continue their service. I kept recieving calls everyday, even though I requested them not to call me again regarding renewal and clearly mentioned that I don't want their service anymore. Please help.

                    Hi,

                    I'm a hathway customer with id [protected]. I've recharged my Hathway account on[protected] but still now my account is not reflected online and no internet access to me.
                    I called customer care and raised complaints regarding this but still not solved.

                    I request them to terminate my account and refund my money but they're not responding to my complaint.

                    I need an action to this issue so that others cannot face similar issues again.

                        I took Hathway Broadband connection on 26th March 2021, and 3 days completed no one came and provided router, cable connection, configuration and internet connectivity. When I call customer care tam they are raising request and closing it in 5-6 hours without any response. I am not able to reach out the Sales person or other Hathway team as they do not lift the calls and respond.

                        I don’t know whether this is their real behaviour if cheating customers after paying money or they do not want to turn up on time and do the service.

                        I don’t know how to get my connection.
                        Please let me know how to proceed to get connection.

                          I have been using Hathway Broadband for a while. Ever since i started using their internet, it is always slow or no internet. I reported - reported and reported many times and their worst service never ever resolved. Going through another internet connection is again a big process, so i thought i will increase the speed by some extra money. I did. My previous plan was 50mbps where i was getting 5 mbps sometimes 10mbps sometimes. I upgraded to 100mbps and i am getting 10mbps and 15mbps. This is their service. I called their customer care and got connected to someone. They told me to restart the router, clear my system history and cookies and told me to go to speedtest.hathway.net and check the internet speed. Boom! internet suddenly increased to 90mbps. My mind blew away. That customer care agent asked for the ID of that speed. While i was on call, i tried to test again, thats it the speed again gone to 10mbps 7mbps... i told the agent that i tested again the speed is suddenly gone slow. Then that agent started shouting why did i retested it. I said, why what happened, she then without listening to me, said transferring the call to backend team. i was stopping her, she without listening disconnected the call. So this is what they are doing.

                            Hathway security deposit scam

                            Hathway Broadband is one of the biggest scamster when it comes to refunding the deposit amount.

                            During connection booking, I had paid Rs.400 as security deposit which was said to be refunded at the time of termination of services.

                            After terminating their services, I had asked to refund the amount, but they are saying it would refunded only after 3 years of being in their network.

                            I am continually receiving renewal messages from hathway, I have already closed my accounts 6 year ago . I do not even live at that locations, but still receiving calls and messages daily . Tried to raise issue to hathway consumer, tried changing Mobile no on accounts but to no effect. Hathway just don't care, it's like harassment now.

                              I have requested the Hathway company to disconnect my services and informed many times. nobody responded and everyday i am getting calls and messages.
                              Some of the call center guys calling and telling like for taking the router back we need to pay amount and 2 times i paid 430 and 430. But still issue not resolved kindly resolve the issue and close my account.

                                  I have opted for the Hathway broadband connection with 3 months plan in the Month of Feb-21 and I have not received any Invoice for the same.                                   I have selected Hathway prepaid broadband connection for 3 months and my last recharge was on 29th Oct but I don't see my invoice . All that I see is 'invoice not found'. I have no clue how to reach out to you guys. Its very important for me to get my invoice bill as I have to claim for internet reimbursement. Please help !!                                     I have made a payment to activate my broadband service. However, I dont need it right now as wfh got canceled last minute.
                                    I need a refund of my money as I may never active broadband service again.

                                    Hathaway customer care executive are not professional, They have been disconnecting my calls and the do not speak well.

                                      I have called the customer care and requested for deactivation of services as I'm moving out. I got 1 sms notification stating deactivation request submitted, However no further action taken.
                                      I receive over 3 calls a day for renewal and not 1 customer service executive is able to assist.
                                      Every call is from a different number and a different executive so its hard to ignore these calls. The calls come at any hour during the day and it is mentally frustrating cause no approach works.
                                      I have looked online for solutions and it seems multiple people are facing the same issue with Hathway as this being discussed in multiple forums, however Hathway has not responded to any of these complaints.
                                      Hathway needs to take service ownership and respect customer wishes.
                                      1. provide an option through process for deactivation on your app/ website
                                      2. Provide option to receive notifications only through email/ sms
                                      3. Better Call Centre process where 1 person calls you and not 100

                                      There are multiple different solutions out there for Hathway to explore but seems they are just unwilling to.
