      Hi Team,

      Hathway — Telecallers disturbing continuously.

      I have inactive my account for a reason... and I explain the reason to the telecallers to inactive my account. But still they keep on calling me every time.. I have received more than 30 calls it's very irritating.
      please resolve this issue.

      Many time I request the telecaller to put my mobile no in DND mode.

      I have shared the details.. but no updates.
      Still I'm getting calls from the telecaller..

      I'm planning raise complaint or case in consumer court.

      I'm going to take advicea and rise a case against Hathway in consumer court.
      I'll provide my Hathaway account no.[protected] from Chennai city..

      Till I'm receiving N no of calls.. it's irritating like anything.. very very bad.

        I have been a past subscriber of Hathaway Services with my Account Number A/c No. [protected]. I terminated the subscription several months ago and was informed that Hathaway Personnel will transfer my deposit amount to my Account and receive their Modem/Router. However, no personnel from Hathaway have come to receive the modem. Whenever they have called in the past, I have also shared my location however the concerned personnel have not turned up at the location. Now I receive an email citing that I am withholding possession of their property from Santhosh.P NAME: SANTHOSH.P Address: Hathway Cable & Datacom Limited, Good Shepherd Square, 5th Floor, No-82, Kodambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai- 600 034 with unknown designation. This is totally against my intention which is to return the modem and collect the advance paid towards it at the time they receive the modem. I have also escalated this to the Nodal Officer for Subscriptions. I would be much obliged if this Forum can expedite the return of the advance amount paid to Hathaway and receive their modem at the earliest.

        Dear Sir, My Hathaway modem was received by the agent on April 10th and I was promised that the bank account would be credited with the advance payment within a week.         Dear Sir, My Hathaway modem was received by the agent on April 10th and I was promised that the bank account would be credited with the advance payment within a week.         Thank you for your support. One Hathway representative by name Madhu  came and received the Device and the Adaptor in good condition yesterday ( 09/04/2021) evening ( Mac ID OC3747B2733E and Serial No. ZTEGCB000E16 ) . He also informed that the Deposit Amount will be credited to my Account in 7 working days and I should receive an SMS to that effect soon. I haven't received the SMS but am looking forward to it and hoping to receive the refund soon

            I have been complaining since long but GTPL is not even bothered to look into it. They act like some local scamster who just collects money from people and avoid people when they need proper service. I'm using their service since more than 5 years and currently have 50mbps plan, but the real speed that I'm getting is 0.07mbps download and 0.01mbps upload. I have raised complaints from Mobile app as well as from customer care call center and email id for N number of times but people out there are incompetent to solve the issue. I'm attaching herewith the snippet of speed test.

              I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of Delhi. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge.As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

                I AM REGRETTING TO BE PART OF HATHWAY CUSTOMER.

                I have been waiting from 1 week. No one is looking into my account activation issue.

                The person (Raju: [protected]) whom I submitted documents, saying I can't help, don't call me and resigning the job.

                The manager of Raju (balachandar - [protected]), he never answered my calls/messages (15 times).

                All Customer care guys saying same thing " give us one chance it will be done today and I will make it high priority" from 1 week.

                And here in email, no one is responding with proper information what is the issue and why its been delayed.

                BY ALL THIS, I AM LOOSING MY HOPE THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE ACTIVATED.

                I HOPE ATLEAST NOW THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON IT.

                Even yesterday night I have notified nodal officers through email about account activation issue.
                I hope this issue might be fixed by EOD.but don't know why they are doing too much delay to fix it.
                Atleast they are not letting me know what is the issue.

                  I hardly had services for one for my 3 months of services, rest 2 months of services are disastrous which I barely used. Then I was offered to pay for one month then I will be getting 3 months of services. I clearly explained I will not be using the services at the same location, hathway representative said they can switch services to different account or different location. I recharged the account, no internet called hathway there is a flash news it would takes 7-10 business days to transfer services. After one month there is a update stating they would not be able to do that instead they can offer me a refund. In order to get a refund I have to pay money so that I can get refunded, seriously? Such lame representatives promise. Now I did not get my two months of services and top of it my recharge for a month. I would like this to be resolved.

                      THE Worst service from the company.
                      Cancelled hathway a month ago and still didn't receive the refund. Never expected to be treated this way. Would recommend non of you to get hathway broadband.
                      Not even a single call from the customer executive to ask about the cancellation and refund status. I have been trying to call the number 4028 4028 for a long time, they have kept robot to respond.
                      While installing and taking back the modem after cancellation, all these were done so fast and they maintained their time management there. This is so disappointed. Take the action immediately otherwise it will go worse.

                      My account number is [protected] and contact number is [protected]. I tried to call 40284028 to disconnect my connection it's robot responding. Its ### network and daily executives calling me to recharge am getting 3 calls per day and sometimes am shouting them badly. Thank god as I have not recharged for 1 hear or long term plan. If I recharged and if there is issue on network, our money will be gone. Hence check and refund my advance money immediately.
                      I have taken new connection on 12 Jun 21, before making payment, I have clearly told the requirements of 50mbps upload/download speed. Your reps suggest 3 months plan which is as per your requirement and you have to pay Rs 3009/- same have been paid but today after connection I can't do the stream, when I checked out the speed it's 50 mbps upload but download only 5 mbps. I asked the reps he said he will check out with service engeener, after half an hours received a call from your reps Mr Netaji said that you will get only this much speed only. Why your reps didn't tell me this before, he is the one who suggest after told him my requirement. Now it's is my humble request as a special case following may be considered:
                      a) My requirements at least minimum 15 mbps upload speed.
                      b) Download speed can be reduce to 45 mbps from 50 mbps.
                      c) If not feasible, request disconnect the internet connection and refund my amount.
                      Early action highly appreciated.

                          Serious Network Issues in my Hathway Broadband

                          Hi Team

                          Writing to you as i am facing serious issues in my internet. This has been consistent from July 2020 onwards. This year post my renewal in Jan, it's been worst. I have tried to connect with local team but no help. Experience of hathway has been very poor. Please help me resolve. Last 2 months i am using my hotspot mobile for my office work. This is really not acceptable given high charges paid monthly.

                            I had taken hathway connection in 2019 at bangalore and was an active customer since October 2020, but due to this covid situation I came back to my home at Noida and now offices hasn't reopened so there is no point of me going back to bangalore. However once I'll be back to Noida I'll recharge the same. I told this several time to hathway personnel but still I was keep getting call from hathway. And now I have start receiving whatsapp messages asking for safe custody charges which I am not able to understand because at the time of taking hathway connection they said that If I pay 3 months charges then router and connection will be free. I don't know why they charging me for. But keeping pandemic situation in mind we should support eachother and not try to make money. I request hathway team to take my complaint seriously and understand the situation.

                              From the last 3 days GTPL internet is not working. From the day I have taken GTPL broadband connection I face this problem every 5 days. Whenever I contact at customer care they use to reply me that there is system update. We are not fool that every 5 day there is system update. I have paid money for it but it seems like they dont provide proper service. This is acceptable. We have paid you such big amount but you dont provide with proper service. I would never recommend anyone for GTPl connection if this happens continuously.

                                Since our plan is expired now your Hathway employees are calling us 5-6 times in a day to renew our plan. We told them that we don't want to renew our plan now as my brother have 12th boards exam so we will do after 1 or 2 month. But then too they don't stop calling and we are just irritated now. Please see to this matter as soon as possible.

                                  On 2nd april, i received a call from hathway broadband service provider regarding the renewal of my internet connection. I was offered a plan of 50mbps speed for 4 months @ 1415/-. I repeatedly asked them whether the plan is for 3 or 4 months and they assured me that the validity is for 4 months. I asked for a contact number for queries and was provided with one. But now after payment, the plan validity is shown as 3 months in hathway app. The contact number they provided is probably a fake one as it is always out of range. I tried contacting customer care but they are not at all helpful. The only time hathway service is most active is before renewal of data pack. After that it is impossible to connect to them. I will provide the contact numbers that i've tried and payment proofs below. I demand my plan to be extended to 4 months as promised.

                                    My A/c no:[protected] .IAM not using from 4 years beacuse Iam left from there.i don't wether the modern is using are not . But peoples so much irritated with calls... I paid for cancellation fee also 3 times each time Rs.425/-.. costumer peoples told their names also wrong because I asked someone to you know this person they are telling nobody's there you have a wrong call... Like... Please look at this issue... Deactivate my account with my mobile number... Stop calls and messages...

                                      I paid the for cancellation 3times (each time 425) but they are telling before sending money we will stop your connection and now onwards no calls and not send msg any messages to you like. but whenever money credit those simply doing recharge and irritated with call s and messages...
                                      If IAM not ready to send money they are telling you are facing legal complaints and all like... Still am receiving messages... And one more they are telling one time one person calling in case IAM asking one person name they are telling no sir nobody is there with that name like..
