      I am having internet connection of Hathway bearing the subjected account number.

      From last 1 week I am facing poor internet connection.

      Last week I raised the complaint and was given the below ticket numbers which was closed without my confirmation.

      15042021B022494- raised on 15-Apr-21 and closed on the same date
      16042021W054309- raised on 16-Apr-21 and closed on 17th April
      21042021W153173- raised on 21-Apr-21 and closed on 22-Apr-21

      The above tickets got closed without my knowledge. While raising the last ticket, when I spoke with CCE she said that she cannot arrange to speak with her Manager right away since they are working from home. However, will arrange a call to speak with her Senior on priority. But no one called me and was told me today that ticket was closed by technical team since issue was resolved. I don’t know for whom are the complaint numbers given and how can technicians take the complaints so casually that they close the tickets without asking customers if they are still facing issues.

      Now I have received another ticket number 22042021W166037 and I am told that she shall arrange for technician home visit to resolve the issue today itself. I still don’t know how far should I take this seriously.

      Please note that I am working from home and my work from last week is badly affected resulting in backlog in my work due to poor connection. Today my children already faced interruptions during their online school and my husband was also not able to give his online tuitions. While I check the speed test I get error as Úpload test error’.

      Please note that I have already paid hefty fees for better internet connection and still if I am going to get this service, is it really worth paying so much? To be very honest, I have faced very poor response from Customer Care Executives always and I must say that Hathway is not giving basic Customer Service at all. You should plan to improve the same for better satisfaction to customers.

      I am very disappointed with Hathway.

      Appreciate your response on the suitable solution for my problem at the earliest since my office work is getting affected highly.

        I had an account with HATHWAY my plan got expired and i shifted from my apartment where i lived ... I called the customer care and told them, I don't want to renew it, please collect your modem as I am shifting to a new location . These phone calls are coming even after 6 months . But I kept on receiving calls regarding offers every day till now i have blocked more than 100 numbers belongs to Hathway but they still call me .

            I was using Hathway connection and gave away the connection after the mandatory 3 months period, I also has returned my router but did not get my deposit back.

            Till now I am getting calls from their marketing team, asking me to get the connection again, they're trolling, using profanity on call. Justifying they are doing the right thing by harassing.

                  I have been asking the Hathway customer care guys to disconnect my connection but I keep on gety calls to renew the service.Kindly disconnect my connection and don't call me again to renew the service.

                    I have a hathway wireless connection: [protected] in noida rental flat provided by the agent : Shiva Pujan Tiwari (+91- [protected]) and. In lockdown while leaving the flat I submitted the devices to him. Now, I am getting a call everyday from hathway for recharging and they are saying me that devices are not submitted.

                    While I am having a whatsApp chat with my agent where I am requesting a slip from him and on the other side in between when I am getting a call from agents they are saying your devices are submitted. We are just call you to told the offer.

                    I requested Hathway to look into issue why I am getting calls, please terminate my connection.

                        I have been recieving atleast 10 calls per day from telecallers for renewal which I am not going to do for the harassment mentally this company has given by so many spam calls.

                        I want Hathway to remove my number from the database and to never call me again.

                          It has been more than 2 years since I had cancelled out hathway internet plan - but have been consistently receiving calls for renewal. After denying on call, and clearly communicating to remove my contact from this calling list. They call me up the next day again. Keeps happening for such a long time now.

                            I am from Hyderabad, My internet is getting very low especially after 8pm daily, when I raised request through app they are closing without any solution provided. Even I called customer care but no luck, the IVR saying there is one complaint already in progress. This is very pathetic and poor support by hathway internet. Complaint numbers as follows.

                              I have taken a hathway broadband connection from hathway and paying 1179 rupees monthly. The sales person said we will get 150 mbps but I never get more than 30 mbps on wifi and 70 mbps on lan. When trying to raise complaints about bad speeds on app, the app says complaint number so and so has been created but it does not show up on the dashboard meaning that their automated system creates a fake complaint number so that the customer is pacified. When I raised a a new complaint on device not working, only then the complaint number was reflected on my dashboard and I got an sms. I think they are cheating customers by pacifying them with a fake complaint number generated for low speed complaint

                              Also the customer service person I spoke to, Mr Devaraj, was extremely rude and tried his best to justify things. They hathway company cheats people stating that they provide very fast internet at high speeds but we never get high speeds. When you speak to customer service they say on wifi the speed is divided by number of devices connected, or you need to be near the modem to measure the speed, or will ask you to choose your town as option on speedtest.net so they can show that speed is high but in reality we are connected to you tube and so many sites outside of India, or the customer service says that you will get high speed only on LAN.

                              These things are not part of the advertisement and nor do they state such things on the products being sold. If this is not written, and customer is not duly informed then it is basically cheating the customer in legal terms. I will file a legal complaint with consumer court for outright cheating customers

                                Hello Team,
                                I have been trying to raise a request to shift my Hathway broadband connection ( [protected]) from my old house to new house. But nothing is happening, I have tried via mobile app but no use it crashes upon me, tried to call customer care( which is very worst experience) they only take care of new connections, tried to reach out to near by office still no use, emailed them no response.. this is costing my office work..I have already paid for 1 year plan .. And it's active...

                                  There is no internet from last 35 hours which is almost 1 and a half day now. I am getting no response from anyone. I tried calling the customer care but they are not responding as well. Who's going to compensate these days when I am not getting the services. No one is getting in touch neither I have any clue regarding the services.

                                    i am facing worst internet problem from hathway and i never seen this type of worst service from any internet provider your staff members and customer care person giving fall commitment on call .but they never send any person to solve my problem .from last three days my internet not working and i am continuously call your call center and your staff mister kapil mob.no-[protected] nad your it engineer mr rahul bwardwaj-mob.no-[protected], every time they said me we come with in hours from last two days ..before i not recharge your internet connection because of your worst service but your person kapil assure me .sir don't worry i am personally give you assurance now never come any net problem and if any problem come i will personally take care, , i have all call recording and chat your staff member and now thay not pick call, your call center never give real status so now i am file complaint against hathway and your staff in gautambuddha nagar police station . i am also sending complaint in consumer court against you, because your company give fall commitment about service and now harassing me, my childrens are not able to attend online classes and i am not able to do work from home

                                        I have raise a termination request on dated 11/04/2021, but till now I haven't received any confirmation message nor any executive contact me. I have to move to Lucknow but they are not responding. Today I am going to Lucknow and after today I will not present at my current address for returning of router so, please arrange an executive otherwise I am not liable for any charge.
                                        For this I have mailed multiple times but there was no response and also there is no method to directly contact to your executive. Kindly look into this and resolve today.
