I have raise a termination request on dated 11/04/2021, but till now I haven't received any confirmation message nor any executive contact me. I have to move to Lucknow but they are not responding. Today I am going to Lucknow and after today I will not present at my current address for returning of router so, please arrange an executive otherwise I am not liable for any charge.
For this I have mailed multiple times but there was no response and also there is no method to directly contact to your executive. Kindly look into this and resolve today.

      I have been trying to close my account for past year. And ur representative cheated me. They asked to active the account so they can raise a request for deactivation. But nothing was done and bill is generated. U guys call 1000 times to activate the account. But no damn person will respond for closing the account. Don’t force me to file a legal complaint against you.

        Very poor service. I have registered complaint before 48 hours but still not received and resolution and even not received any communication from your side also your call centre talk very rudely and not give proper answer. Very very poor service. My complaint number is 9039287

          Hi,

          I have sent them mail on 06.04.2021 for termination, send technician to pick up the modem device to get refundable deposit of Rs.400.

          But till now it has not been resolved and no communication from their end for pick up and refund.

          Kindly help in refund.

              Hathway is torturing me with constant phone calls asking me to re activate the connection, even though i had cancelled my connection. They are harassing people with stupid phone asking them to re activate the connection

                I already paid whole amount to Hathaway for new connection, now local agent he is not set modem still now just give fake promise to not arrange modem this is not my problem why should i lesion this kind of excuse my worked stop and still am really frustrated if you not going set modem don't take money from customer

                  This guy GTPL is simply looter. I logged complain on Sunday. They simply ignored and doing nothing. My internet stopped working since Sunday. I'm working from home using their internet.
                  Till this moment internet is not working. 9012175, 9031206 are ticket numbers.

                  Can someone suggest what I do now

                    Team,
                    This is regarding Hathway Broadband account [protected]. I have taken 3 months plan from them between 18/06/2020 to 17/09/2020. So, paid them 2124 rupees for that period. From 18/09/2020 to till date they were harassing me with their calls daily on 2 things. One is about for plan renewal and other one is about returning their modem. When I taken 3 months plan from them they didn't mention me to return their modem if I stop using it. Later, I shifted my house. So, I didn't carry that modem with me. Now, daily they are mentally disturbing me a lot with their calls. Recently, I got call from them saying if I pay 425 rupees they will stop disturbing me further on this as a resolution however, still they are mentally disturbing me though I paid 425 rupees on 26/12/2020. So, raised my concern to Hathway Team many times via email and in calls but, no use. So, please help me on this. Thanks in advance.

                        Dear Sir, I am Anuj Gupta from Delhi and my account id with Hathway broadband is [protected] and i have stopped using their services in July 2020 and requested to collect their modem as I have no dues pending. Ever since then i have been receiving calls from various type of customer calling centres to renew connection. I have mailed them twice as well regarding this harassment, but they just send a mail with a link that does not work.
                        Their call centres starts calling me from 8:30 am in the morning till 9: pm in the evening. Almost 6-7 times a day from past 6 months for renewing the connection. Their IVR system does not let you opt the option of DND (DO NOT DISTURB) and in reply says this is incorrect option) if you can please help. Please do so. I do not understand why they have given/sold my details to so many call centres, and I am really upset. My privacy is being intruded tremendously by them.

                          I have registered a new broadband connection from Hathway Broadband and I have paid the amount Rs.1580 on Apr 1, 2021. As of now (ie., 13th Apr, 2021), they have not yet provided the connection and they are not responding

                            Hathway service is worst whenever you try to contact customer care for technical assistance they always say under maintenance and will take 4 hours to solve the issue but the issue is never solved. And by chance if the call is connected the technical people are illiterate they don't know what the issue is and always says your area is under maintenance and they hung up
                            I am fed up of their service but during payment they always irritate regarding payment from prior week of due date itself. For that these scammers dont have any technical issues this time their connection is fine and everything is fine i wrote email to Hathway they also said that the issue will be resolved and it get resolved but again after 2-3 days i am back to square one . It has repeated like for almost 20 times noe
                            Seriously worst ever service even the word "worst" is small for this scammers
                            Please consider any other broadband expect Hathway its the worst thing ever

                              Return and refund of security deposit of the router

                                Hi team,
                                I have moved to another broadband service last year. I have requested for Device collection multiple times. And we have always been available at home due to covid. However no technician ever came to collect the device. Now I am being informed that I need to pay the penalty for not returning device and only then they will collect device. the exact response of customer care was.. unless you pay we will keep calling you daily.

                                  I have recharged my internet plan for 5998 Rs. from my GTPL account on website. Payment was immediately deducted from my bank account. As per Gtpl, it has not received amount. I got confirmation from my bank about payment credited to GTPL account. i have forwarded bank's email of payment confirmation to GTPL account. GTPL now realized the problem at their end but not refunding my amount of 5998 Rs. It's pending since 15th March 2021.

                                  Here below is a sms from bank.

                                  "Ref Complaint No. AHDC[protected] : Transaction dated 15.03.2021 @ 04:50:01 for Rs.5998.99 is successfully paid to the merchant on 15.03.2021 -ref no:[protected]. To check status or refund, please contact merchant. Reach out to us at [protected] for any further help."

                                  To continue internet service i have recharged again with 5249 Rs. which is currently working. So my initial online payment of 5998 Rs. should have been refunded immediately .

                                  I want my refund immediately and a compensation of 5000 Rs. for being harassed.

                                    I have disconnected my hathway broadband and returned the modem after using it for approx 2 years and 7 months.

                                    I have paid Rs.400 as refundable deposit at the time of taking connection.
                                    However now when requesting refund to hathway, i am surprised by their new theory that refund of Rs. 400 can be processed only if i am in the network for more than 3 years and asking me to refer the terms & conditions clause in the CRF form.

                                    I have never signed any term and conditons like that. Also, requested many times hathway to share the CRF form so that i can see what is written in it. No response from them.

                                    Kindly help me to solve the issue.

                                      This is to bring to your notice about the service quality Hathway is offering. Since last 3 days I am following for activation . I have WFH and internet is essential so I trusted your service but not noone is responding. The sales executive is vanished after the payment is done. There is no proper customer service center to talk with customer care executive to lodge complain. They are only giving paid advertisement and making money by fooling customer giving them false commitment

                                      They don't know how to respect customer time and money..
