I got a GTPL WiFi connection in first week of March, and it's been just few days I'm facing issues, somebody there's internet speed issue, someday there's no internet at all.
I'm working from home. I'm working in American company do I have to work in night shift. I have to be available on zoom call non stop with clients.
Suddenly last time at 01:00 AM internet stopped working.
I had no other option, so that I could continue my Work. My work can't be done by using Mobile data. I need a fast internet speed for my work.
I complained, but didn't hear anything from the service provider. Today morning when I called the person who sold me the connection, says "Raat ko kya kaam hota hai" They don't know how to talk to their customers. Before taking the connection they'll butter you, that there won't be any issues Sir, you can trust us. And when we trust on what they say, they don't care once the connection is done. Company forces you to take long term connection, I took 6 months pack, and I feel cheated.
When I was not getting the promised Internet speed, I called them the next day and asked if you can't provide internet speed as promised take more money and give me Faster internet speed, just upgrade my connection to Faster internet speed pack. They say once the connection is done I can't upgrade till your validity expire. And when you complain, they say, technician are on strike, technician are on leave. What I suppose to do if their technicians are on strike or leave.
Pathetic service.
"Dear GTPL Customer, your complaint with reference number "8685512" is registered. We assure resolution within 48 hours."
I got this message only, and GTPL guy says technician ka number bhi aata hai msg call him. But I didn't get any number to call. Now to whom I should call. Who'll solve the issue. I have no idea.
