I have a hathway account of the number :[protected]. I have stopped using the broadband service since november last year and have repeatedly told the customer care executives to terminate my account and take the router but it has not been addressed. My mother has been repeatedly receiving calls harassing her regarding legal action when all our dues have been paid. I even made them a payment recently when i told i dont want the connection anymore but they said i had a due with them. I request you to please get back on this matter at the earliest.

    I cancelled subscription before 5 months with hathway due to their poor service and worst customer service and returned back modem immediately after cancellation. I kept receiving calls from them to renewal and I said to them many times I’ve cancelled and returned but they hung up and call back next day. They have no purpose but just to cause trouble for no reason. I’ve raised tickets also but no use... such a worst customer care from hathway. and they have to Give me 400 rs refundable amount according to agreement

        Hi my Hathaway account number [protected]. I stopped using their service long time back and I asked the Hathway team to disk continue my connection permanently but still they keep on calling me and irritate me for re-joining back their services. Hathway broadband connection sometimes pisses me off and really irritates me with their annoying calls even after scolding them multiple times they don’t understand And continue irritating their customers by calling again and again. It is a sincere request to you kindly permanently delete my Hathway account from your end and I don’t want to receive any more calls or messages from Hathway. I hope that is clear enough because I don’t want to take any legal action against the company.

          I got a GTPL WiFi connection in first week of March, and it's been just few days I'm facing issues, somebody there's internet speed issue, someday there's no internet at all.
          I'm working from home. I'm working in American company do I have to work in night shift. I have to be available on zoom call non stop with clients.
          Suddenly last time at 01:00 AM internet stopped working.
          I had no other option, so that I could continue my Work. My work can't be done by using Mobile data. I need a fast internet speed for my work.
          I complained, but didn't hear anything from the service provider. Today morning when I called the person who sold me the connection, says "Raat ko kya kaam hota hai" They don't know how to talk to their customers. Before taking the connection they'll butter you, that there won't be any issues Sir, you can trust us. And when we trust on what they say, they don't care once the connection is done. Company forces you to take long term connection, I took 6 months pack, and I feel cheated.
          When I was not getting the promised Internet speed, I called them the next day and asked if you can't provide internet speed as promised take more money and give me Faster internet speed, just upgrade my connection to Faster internet speed pack. They say once the connection is done I can't upgrade till your validity expire. And when you complain, they say, technician are on strike, technician are on leave. What I suppose to do if their technicians are on strike or leave.
          Pathetic service.

          "Dear GTPL Customer, your complaint with reference number "8685512" is registered. We assure resolution within 48 hours."
          I got this message only, and GTPL guy says technician ka number bhi aata hai msg call him. But I didn't get any number to call. Now to whom I should call. Who'll solve the issue. I have no idea.

            I have GTPL broadband internet connection and it is not working from 18 March 2021.
            I have called custermer care but they are not registering my complain and saying resolve issue in 24 hours but issue not resolved.

            I have checked online thate there is showing virantnagar switch device port issue. I told them please replace device but they are not doing any action.
            So please resolve issue ASAP.
            Also give refund or extend service.

              I have stopped using Hathway internet since Jan 2021 and also informed multiple people who called me to take away the router as i am shifting to new place. But they never heeded to my request and instead call me 3 times every day starting at 8 am in the morning. This is becoming very frustrating each day. I have 2 accounts in hathway and have to disconnect one.

                I have get gtpl connection which advance payment I have done for 1.5 year due to issue in speed as I have change my router but after change my router all problems start. First net not working I have call gtpl costumer care service and they say in 48 hour it resolve so I wait after 48 I call they say we will assign engineer to you wait for 48 hour I wait after that engineer call come and he say your connection not come under gtpl so I can't come and resolve your issue so I complaint same to gtpl by toll free no and mail same reply after 48 hours I wait same then same thing another eng. Appointment same answer same process after 48 hours more than 10 days no issue resolve and I have request to cancel my connection and give me my remaining money they have no policy for refund what I can do.

                  I have informed multiple times to Hathaway that I am not in Bangalore and asked them to disconnect the service temporarily. However, I am getting at least 5 calls from different numbers from Hathaway executives asking me to recharge the plan. I have started to record all the calls and planning to file an FIR for harassment if the calls don’t stop.

                    I am receiving phone call weekly thrice from Hathway broadband to avail their Broadband connection.

                    I requested to stop and delete my contact from their database as they told there is no service from them for my area.

                    I received call again from [protected] and when I requested him to stop calling me he abused me and also used harsh language.

                      I am holding Hathway Account Number: [protected] and requested to terminate the service for the given account number since few months and in January one of your executive gave me a call and suggested to keep the account on hold by paying around 430rs has rent and said your account will be kept on hold no rent will be charged for the router & you will not receive any calls from the hathway until you wish to renew the account. But i am getting calls from hathway everyday and asking to renew the account. Today[protected] one of the executive gave me a call and asked to pay again rent on the device when asked to terminate the account and free me from all these calls. I had raised tickets multiple times through the customer care number to terminate my account but no action is taken till now. This is really annoying

                        Last year (January 2020), we stopped using the hathway broadband connection. We keep on calling the customer care for termination of our account and asked them to come and take the modem. But they kept calling me for renewal. Everytime I called them, I told them to terminate the account and they didn't do it. In the August month they charged me Rs.420- as a penalty for keeping the device with us for long time and told us the account will be terminated once the penalty is paid. But they activated the service and nobody came to take the device. In November 2020, they sent their technician for retrieving the modem and they took it back. But I still get calls for renewal even without having the modem. They even charged me again Rs.420- in the January 2021. I paid that amount again to get the account terminated and it is still not done. Now again they want me to pay another Rs.420- as a penalty. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible and the account to be terminated immediately.

                          They asked for payment when I was in need with urgent net connection coz of wfh. But they not gave any services. No one come for the connection for 2 days. I also visited main office . But still they not provide me assurity for connection . When I cancelled it now they are not refunding my money also .

                            I have been cheated by Hathway Broad Band connection boasting itself that its the fastest speed network. Reality is the local broadband ppls connections is even more faster than HATHWAY. AM not able to browse YOUTUBE, GMAIL AND OTHER GOOGLE SERVICES. On enquiry they told that it is problem with google back end not with them. So my question is google back end problems arises only with so called hathway not with other broad band users. AM using airtel broadband, with simultaneous with HATHWAY not even a single day i could able to browse youtube. so planning to drop my connection with worst kind of HATHWAY SERVICES.

                              Its been a month since i switched to better Broadband service, meanwhile Hathway telecallers make minimum 5 calls daily for renewal. I've told them many times that i've switched but some one new calls every day asking for renewal. Its very very very frustrating. How come these hathway dogs don't change this norm! I'm not the first person reporting this, there have been many people all around the internet shared this experience.

                                The sales person has NOT mentioned like no security deposit refund if the connection is terminated before 3 yrs of network. I have heard many customers have been affected by the same cause. Kindly take necessary actions against the sales reps since they dont show the CRF form to customer and only forcing them to pay the initial new connection charges in full through online.                                     I have disconnected the hathway broadband . I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting calls and messages from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this calls? After requesting so many times to unsubscribe me from this calls and messeges, now i am fed up . I fact now I never recommend anyone to use Hathway

                                      I had subscribed for half yearly plan on which I received 2 months extra. Thus subscription was for total 8 months.
                                      After 3 months into the plan, we had to change our residence and unfortunately Hathway doesn't provide service in the new building.
                                      Now instead of swiftly refunding balance unutilized amount, Hathway is strong arming me and saying they don't give refunds for prepaid orders.
                                      This rule is not part of any communication by Hathway or their website. Nor while taking money from me they mentioned in Terms and conditions that there will be no refund in case of cancellation.

                                      They are taking complaints on customer care but there is no resolution as the call I receive is from a technician who only knows how to fix internet not working.

                                      Please help in getting my 3000 ruppees back.

                                        They are irritating people who calls you 10 times in an hour asking you to recharge the plan. I have also told them to remove my connection as i am fed up with the calls i receive but still they don't cancel my connection and call me again for recharge.
