This is regards to the payment of Rs 6000/- ( Reciept no:- R[protected]) that I have made on 3rd February 2021(Mayank ASNORA) house no:- R-10 kirtidham society, vavol, Gandhinagar. I was promised a broadband connection for which they later said would not be feasible due to the location for which the agent(Mayank Solanki) kept lying for some 10 days saying "kal lag jayega sir", and later refused the connection, when asked for refund he said it will take 10-12 days on 15th February. its been over 20 days now when tried contacting him he mentioned he have already left the job and his superior( was not at all helpful and completely rude) said it will take up to 45 days, seriously!!!. all I now need is the money they have kept so that i can a better ISP.
Just to add GTPL is the worst never not ever go for this, from lying agents to even worse and rude superior and not to forget peoples in there customer care who seems to have no idea what they are doing, seriously they take promise to give connection in 15 days an i know peoples who are struggling for over 2 months to get the same not to forget again the refund policies, which they should mention beforehand.
Would like to get the Refund ASAP, also an apology won't hurt.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
