To, GTPL Broadband, 2nd floor, Sahajanand Shopping Centre, Opp. Swaminarayan Mandir, Shahibaug Ahmedabad- 380 004 Sub:- Compensation for the services not rendered by GTPL for the reasons attributed to GTPL. Dear Sir, I have deposited Rs. 4499/- vide recept no. 80026 dated[protected] for rendering the services of broadban from GTPL. Following to it, GTPL have provided the services at my above address. My user id:- mahidajn10 Reg. Mob. No. [protected] Reg. Name: Jayesh N. Mahida. The services of GTPL have interrupted many a times. These were attended after repeated reminders many a times. Recently, the broadband service was not available atleast from 23th June2015. I have made a lot of call to customer care. Following are some of the points of concern. 1. Every time, the line gets busy. 2. Every time, it was advised to contact [protected] even if the same nuber is dialled. 3. On making repeated complain, Phone is put under hold for long time for harassing. 4. No facility for making complain through SMS. 5. If complain is to be lodged through e-mail, it was insisted for register complain at customer care first. The phone always gets busy. Hence, it is not possible to lodge complain through mail. What a System? 6. Every time, the date and time given for compliance of complian were never fulfilled. 7. I have to make about 76 calls to Customer care, 25 calls to Nodal officer and odd calls to Apellete officer. The call details will be submitted on hearing from you. 8. I have to make more than 10 emails. 9. The phone of Nodal Officers are found unreachable many times, evenafter calling right after getting busy line. 10. The time to comply any complain mentioned by customer care is 24 WORKING HOURS instead of 24 HOURS. Even for the shake of convinieny, if 24 WORKING HOURS are considerd, then also my complain was not solved in this time limit. Even nobody has turned up to inform prior. All such efforts are required to get my connection started. Even after starting the connection, GTPL have altered mac number for harassment, which was pre-existed. My network connection remains closed for more than 15 days. Thus GTPL has failed to provide services satisaftorily and timely. I have to bear extra expenditure for making calls, hiring services from other service providers. Apart from direct expenses, I have to bear other indirect and legal expenses, mental, social inconvininece due to reasons attributed to GTPL only. I hereby submit my claim of Rs. 10, 000/- Rs. Ten thousands only and extend the time suitably mutually agreed. So, you are hereby instructed to remit Rs. 10, 000/ within a week from the receipt of this letter/mail.       I had paid for one year for brodband. Now my connection is not working since last two month and your customer care persong give me 24 hour every day. Gtpl cheat me. Engineer told me, your cable short than why they are not change my cable? You have to refund my two month charges. Otherwise I'm going in law proses. I can't understand Gtpl give service or ...         My user id is attardesm...my gtpl reg.no. is [protected] gtpl broadband is cheated with me since last month...on 9th june i register complaint...after 3 days i able to access net 10 days..after that i again complain on 18th...after 2 days i able to access for 5 days...after that i again complain on 25th...than on 1st july i able to net for 4.25 hour only...i again complain than on 4th i m able to access net and today on 8th july from mornig same problem occur...frequently i complain to gtpl for 651 error reporting...all time they told me wait for 24 hour we send technician...but the didnt send him...after so many time call to gtpl...than he go for action and send him...i demand for refund money..but they told me that we dont give any refund...and one important point...i[censored] complain and i[censored] able to access net for 4 hour only, than their department resolve your old complain and register new complain...as this way they cheated to so many consumer... i consern to surat department technical head MR. PANKAJ also...but he also misguide to me...he said within half hour technician will be at your office..bt till 2 days his half an hour not pass... i complain to gtpl sales department head MR. JAIMIN PATEL on [protected] number...he also give me commitment that till evening your problem will be re solved by us...their local customer care number [protected] and 700 is chargeble...and always got busy...and finnaly when u connet that they have only one answer that wait till evening... ...i have 24 audio recording file of all gtpl executive and head of the department, so that i can prove that what i wrote is fact...and your know what...they dont give any grace period for disconnect time at the end of the plan...they said that i[censored] renew our connection than we can give u grace period...this is harrasment department for the users... ...i gave 6 month advance money to gtpl...and not satisfied with service...so last and finally i want to complain against gtpl to the consumer court..because if gtpl not able to give broadband service to customer that they should pay refund on that situation...

            I had taken 2 mbps plan so I should get download speed of 256 kbps and upload speed of 200 kbps but instead I am getting only 60 kbps of download speed and 4 kbps o[censored]pload speed. I had complained about this many times and no one is responding. No one is giving proper answer. When I asked about the status of my complain they are just telling that there is some technical issues but these issues had never resolved, they are just faking. It's about 2 months of problems and am not getting justice so I have complained here. Please help

              I m so much tired from gtpl broadband conection..from last 5 days my net connection is disable..when calling to their office an employee reply does not properly. Nd sometimes they put up their phone on switch off. An employee's behaviour is so rude with customer...so please do something against to the gtpl office from vadodara.

                  *I am Feeling cheated. *I have Broadband connection at Ahmedabad. *Previously I was using Limited data plan in which they provided very good speed so data consumed very early. * Now I changed the plan to unlimited. * For this First I m not getting proper speed(Though with limited data it was consistent) * NOW EVERY NIGHT AT 11:00 - 11:30 They Disconnect my connection till morning 7-8 AM first I though it can be a random problem but its regular now. AND HOW COME IT HAS FIX TIME AND IN MORNING AUTOMATICALLY GET OK. I AM SURE THEY ARE CHEATING AS I HAVE UNLIMITED PLAN. I m not able to use net connection at that time. * Moreover by any mean u can not get it ok at NIGHT TIME, Customer care always say all executives are busy. * At day time when I spoke to customer care they responded well but day time I dont have any problem. WHAT TO DO AFTER 11 PM, NO BODY TO LISTEN ITS HAPPENING SINCE LAST WEAK. I AM HAVING BROADBAND CONNECTION FROM GTPL Communication NEAR SATADHAR CROSSROAD AHMEDABAD my user id : gbsharma19
                  Hi It seems typical GTPL thing, They do provide speed but with the caching of content and peering, that is the all intranet, In real world Internet scenario the speed is pathetically low just 2-3 Mbps on 40Mbps plan.

                  IN YOUR CASE IT SEEMS THE POWER ISSUE, YOU GOT MDU DEPENDENCY, JUST ASK CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DELIVER YOU POWER MODEM OR POE ADAPTER, THAT WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE FOR SURE.
                  Same GTPL problem facing in Mehsana
                  At my house . Broadband unavailable 10-11 pm to 7-8 Am . I complen issue, the technical person told for install extra some power adapter . Let's see what next after install power adapter.
                  This is the same thing i am experiencing at Sarkhej, Ahmedabad.

                    I did online transaction of rupees 3850/- to recharge my gtpl broadband service on 29th june at around 8:30 pm with my sbi debit card through their official site.And from sbi I have got the confirmation msg at a very moment with transaction ID:[protected]. But on the next day when i called GTPL customer service they are saying there is some technical issue and tickete is being generated by the system.And today it is almost one week and still they are saying there is some technical issue. I dont know what kind of poor service they are providing and I have no clue of where my money is?The worst experience i have ever had during online transaction.

                      Digital cable connection is very poor service. service before that is very good. Due to Digital Set top box always getting connection problem in every day 5 to 6 time. What a modi's Digital India movement. I am from Gujarat. Modi is Faker. He is making false promise to indian people. He said that we started service. does he keep eye on watching how this service provided to end customer.

                        After getting tired of calling customer care of gtpl again and again for the same reason. My complain is that why my network disconnects daily? They give me complain number daily my problem solves for some time and problem occurred again. I am fed up now from there services. They do this because we pay there money in advance.                             Due to power supply failure in hd set up box, we have inquired to repair the said set up box but it is not repaired & we have to purchase new hd set up box. New set up box is not working for last one week. We have already contacted local gtpl representative but he doesn't come to check what is the problem. We think they are very busy to avoid customer service.

                            Please provide prompt help to resolve the matter.

                                I am living in gotri area adress;8, avanipark society, opp;rajeshtower, gotri i have gtpl brodband connection since 12 days my cust id is - rameshchandra8 since 6 days my net is not working deu to error 651 i have submitted my complain in cust, care at following dates but prob, is not solved sofar pl. Inq, the same and give me feed back. To solve the my problem. Date of reg. Comp. 24 / 06 / 2015, 27 / 06 / 2015 id. 689988, 27 / 05 / 2015 ser. Req. Id. 639600, also req. Somany time on phone. But problem not solve sofar. My net is not working till date.

                                  hi i baught gtpl on 23 th june 2015 . but the installation started after 3 days. once setup that night speed was awesome upto 1.8 mbps the very next day it was off for 2 hours then started again. the same was the issue while using with router though i have added my mac by calling gtpl customer care. finally the disaster day come to me. on 29th june 2015 my connection lost . i have checked on two different laptop and one desktop machine same error no 651 was raised modem not responding. i called the lodged complain on gtpl customer care(remember their toll free no only rings once day other wise you need to call to paid no only where they disconnects if not connected to any customer care after 3 minutes) customer care person was polite though lodged complain. then my call chain process started . after words today on 30 th june 2015 i called almost 20 times to customer care. no technical person was send yet on my address for solution of connection. meanwhile let me share i am technical person itself have checked all aspects from my side . only reason why connection is not availble is from isp side problems of dp or switch. i have checkd on my terrace of flat switch is responding to connection but still no internet is working. all 3 connection of my flat is not working at all till date they are generating every time new ticket for complain saying me we will solve it within 24 working hour it means 3 days of 8 hour working will be taken to solve complain . so their complain 24 hour mean to us is 72 hour ( 3 whole days) keep aside and dont think about internet . just take some bell on hand do pray of god its internet isolation day for me as i have gtpl connection. hehe.. i dont recommand to buy this connection if you have not technical support along with you. otherwise over all speed is very good if connection is with you remain intact.

                                    Hi, I had bought GTPL broadband 10mbps plan last week but i am not getting proper speed so i had complain to GTPL customer care but i am not getting even single reply of complain.I had also call to customer care number but then also problem not getting fix .I had even try to contact nodal person but number which mention in website is not working and when i had send mail on [protected]@gtpl.net then only received auto generate mail and not getting any response from anyone . GTPL service is rediculas and even for getting connection i had to call more than 5 times then after technical person was came . Please take some action this type of issues so other people can also get proper service from company . I have attach speed snapshot so you can check and if you need more further details like call record and all then also i can provide you . Company told me speed will be get around 7 to 8 mbps but getting 1 to 3 mbps and sometime less than it. Thanks

                                    Very Bad service. No manners to talk to customer. No approach that reflects problem would be fixed sooner. And yeah with small wind or rain problem it will stop working!!

                                    Last 2 months cable not working properly and many more time complain register local office and try to contact in landline GTPL office but not pickup phone and local office boy such irresponsible talk with very senior people
