above is the message that appears on each and every channel, even if I paying my channel bills regularly, in my entire apartment I am the only one having this problem, tried to contact local cable operator which rarely answers the phone and said don't call me after 6 pm, dont know what else to do, please have someone look into it. GTPL

    Request to everyone. Dont take this fraud connection. Have called customer care but no service. Local office - sales person Mr. Manish - fraud person. before giving connection, says there will be no issue and after giving connection, no service. Mr. Manish also works out of the office and provide routers too, but that routers are also frauds / failed. not at all working. when came to provide router, he himself discarded the box and afterwards says give me the box i will exchange. from where should we get the box? Total loss ..!! I am running of loss amounting to INR 16000. Fraud company. I will sue on them once i get the procedure laid down. Mukund & Rohit - +[protected]

      I am using gtpl broadband from last 15 days, in the fifirst 10 days they gave good service but then once the Internet stopped, they don't even receive our cacalls and from the last 5 days the broadband is not working, I even went to their office but there also they kept on saying that our employee will come but it was of no use.

        Hello sir, I urgent required internet and net was not connected since 15 days. i complaind 4-5 times and also call to engineer many times but they given us only new timing but not come to home and start net. we are very angry with this service. at any cost we want internet. Plz do any thing but start our internet fastly. my last complain no: 523225

          Hi gtpl...i am from nadiad/gujarat...Ur broadband experience is good...but when i start clash of clans in my smartphone..it filled up loading till its loading...abd when i use my mobile data...its working...but when wifi enabled it doesnt start...plz reply ...what i need to do for this problem

            Regret to tell this thing, your gtpl broadband service is nothing, as attached photo proof,


            I have paid 1000 rs in beta fair in vadodara, regard to activate Internet service, on 28/01/2014, though service not been activated due to some reason as discussed with gtpl representative, i called more 30 times, but gptl didnt provide service


            As representative was commited to provide service within 2-3 day, unless i need to go in consumer court

              GTPL Internet connection has issue with routers, net doesn't connect with routers and when you call to the customer care, they will tells you for direct connect cable with pc and net will be connected then you will be advised for router is damaged or replace it, on the other hand they are making fools to customer. Because everyone facing the issues of router and modem however they tells everyone to change or check your hardware. So opinion for GTPL is worst net connection and also worst service because they never take your calls in first time, every time busy, and no answers for problem, they just doing job for money not for your better service, so please don't choose GTPL. I want my money back.

                Hi! This is Manish and currently out of India, I have taken GTPL BB for 1 year. I am aware about GTPL poor service because using it at my office and operations and services are very much mismanaged. Mr.Amit from Vadodara office has come to fill my form and same time I have explained about your service. He has committed will give you good service and can contact me anytime for further support including router problem. As discussed with him, he has to provide full coverage at my home with configuration of router and booster. Now 2 moths over but now no one responded properly. Currently I don't have any receipt and any other information about user ID but its below mention address.                   My HD settop box showing no signal in most of the regular channel though i was paying for HD channel, I complaint to my cable operator he was saying if you want to see HD channel than take airtel settop box and also not giving us any card for this year payment which he has taken from us, they were not listen our any complaints and its going worst for us to watch channel So these is my request to give me feedback about this problem as soon as possible

                    Hi, I am Parth Patel, sending this message from Canada. I have recently installed a plan for a year from GTPL for my parents. Couple of days ago they encountered a problem with Internet connectivity. Wifi signal in their laptop shows limited access. Since they needed an immediate help, they called gtpl customer service. A service rep. was asking my mom to follow troubleshooting steps. Now my mom couldn't understood their complicated steps to resolve this poroblem. My parents have been calling for a help for weeks now, but no one showed up there yet. Is anyone out their who can help them to resolve this issue...? Thanks. Parth.

                      sir i have 300rs gtpl plan and in which star sports2 and 3 included in package as showing online. so plz provide me star sports2. and i am calling my area operator for complaint about it, but he was saying came today, but never came. mr kiran whose mobile no is[protected] response is very poor. i called him from last week in morning and evening but he came today, and says him he have another customer. and says me that star sports came in another package. so plz provide proper service in my area. so problems can resolve within time and ur gtpl representative gave proper answer. i[censored] cant provide service then tell me i switch to other one. there is another provider in market who can give better service. my mobile no is [protected]. 34 kirtidev society ioc road chandkheda ahmedabad

                        i am a customer of GTPL since many years..i am living in navrangpura area of ahmedabad, Gujarat. i have a popular package of GTPL in my TV.. The charges is showing on your website for popular pack is 270 rs.. but my cable operator charging 350 rs for that pack.i called customer care, they also told that charges for popular pack is 270 rs .. Even my relatives and friends who are living in different area, they are paying 270 rs for this popular package..than why my cable operator charging 350 rs..???

                            S Box No, FCBCHCHGS MAC 34BDFASBDBB7 Sir, I am regularly paying the charges in time as well as in advance for 3 months - six months since beginning but so may times your Baroda office Air link Communication Tel:[protected] & 2515589 is disconnecting my line.When I approach them, they are not attending phone and office has been closed on 6.00pm so that cable operator also can not contact them. When I returned from office at 8.00 hours my connection not worked and so that I have not enjoy the match of 20.02.15 between England and New zealand. Very surprise matter is that the so many customers are not paying their charges in time always but their GTPL Connections are always in order while I am paying your charges in advance, so may time my disconnected WHY ?                               i am GTPL internet user username : yogesh_br i am sick of this internet speed its almost equal to 0 internet stops sometimes and speed of this internet is i want my internet speed as per my payment if i dont get better speed i will disconnect GTPL connection of mine and many more plz do something really quick

                                Dear team, my another home in as new in visat highway next to motera ahmedabad. it's amazing and well maintain system provided by gtpl. but my old home in drive in road indraparastha tower issue is still continue.i ll require GTPL colorfull pamphlet regarding a new plan about channels.your net vision agent minesh has come and send it to me but it's zerox copy and also it is not properly visable., and also not showing in the our name of GTPL.print.2nd is picture come and go problem again and again.may be in wiring problem in back side or plug pin side.and 3rd is can u please tell me what plan in GTPL TV chanels is in today's date.request you to please do the needful from your site as soon as possible please.kindly call me and confirm me for the same.                                     Hello sir myself Juned saiyed, Here is my GTPL Login ID: Juned4 After installing your gtpl connection i am constant facing net problem and i make constant complaint for that even though from company side they can not take any action for that. Here is my Complain IDs (651 errors): 511665 508708 503263 490833 489617 487922 481918 480078 i have already requested for cancel our gtpl connection but from company side they have not given any response to us. I want cancel my connection and refund our money at earliest. i have mailed on 3 times in this regard as guided by gtpl customer care executive on [protected]@gtpl.net inspite of that there is no satisfactory action taken from company side. If company executive are not having the intention to help and solve our problems, then how can the company expect to join the new customer and continue for a long time. give my money back immediately and take away the connection. if there is action taken from company side in 24 hours working days as said by cc executive, then we will go legally by law for not refunding the money, providing degraded services against advance money taken. contact: [protected] Name: Juned Saiyed

Your executive told me to fill up form in our website because of network issue. I filled up and then wait your reply but nobody reply me. This scenario repeat 4 times with me. But no reply at all..                                         I have gtpl connection from last two years, In beginning (for first 4-5 months) it worked very well, but that after the internet connection is regularly got down. and the when we call for customer care the call can't be connected many times. another problem is that some website i.e. www.onlinesbi.com can't be opened in any browser, and with other service provider it is opened like, BSNL, Idea, etc. customer care executive didnt answer for...
