[Resolved] Havells India — Ceiling fan | |||||
I have a ceiling fan from havells. For the past few days the fan is not functioning properly. So i lodged a complaint but no one showed up. And they just closed my complaint as resolved.in the last one week i have called havells 4 times. Every time i had to hear the same nonsense that the engineer would come over and i would receive a call but nothing actually happened. This is extremely poor customer service and i actually regret buying a product from your company. That too when my product is in warranty. No wonder your customer satisfaction rate is so low. I have been complaining about the problem with pump purchased in march 2016, the products has 2 years warranty.
even after complaining 3 times, there has not been single visit and the complaint has been closed stating the problem as been solved.
