          Being an ex employee of hcl technologi, the company has not just delayed my eps amount from sep 2017 but also failed to update my kyc info at epfo despite sharing complete details long back, that in turn obstructs withdrawal process and further delay the things

              I am an ex-employee of hcl tech. My employee id is 51763516.

              I have initiated my pf transfer and i have also sent signed form-13 to the hcl trust office, via speed post.in portal status is showing accepted by field office but i have not got my pf amount in new organization pf account.

              I have contacted pf trust regarding this issue as per their answer hcl has not released annexure k and they just closed the claim without doing anything so it is showing settled ideally they need to send annexure k but i didn't receive any response after sending several mails to their mail id they even not provided any escalation metrix their process is not at all transparent.

              I didn't get any respond from HCL can you please send reminder again
              The same issue for me as well. claim showing settled but annexure K is not provided so the PF money from HCL is not transferred to present account. Its been more than 2 years now. No response from HCL PF helpdesk.

              Pf team of HCl is very bad. Even they not aware the basic things of of rules.
              I m also facing the issue of the same . They are still not sure when they will provide annexure k for further transfer my of fund ..
              Here problem is HCLT is trust and they not provide full details. Bad experience I had
              The HCL team for ex employees and the PF team both are beyond unprofessional. After sending a chain of emails and trying to follow up, I didn't get a single response. They should learn something from Wipro, I got my Annexure-K the next day I sent them a mail.

                Being an ex employee of hcl technologies, the company has denied paying me my eps amount as multiple years have passed now and zero response by their pf team over email.

                Epfo gurgaon mentions that hcl has not even forwarded my form duly submitted to them for withdrawal.

                When will hcl start to act on grievances of its ex employee with full responsibility and accountability and when will i get my pension amount??

                      This is regarding my pf statement during withdrawal, i have joined hcl technologies on march 2010 and my pf withdrawal form showing that my contribution starts on july 2013. I have noticed that there are changes on pf number on july 2013 and the contribution made between march 2010 to june 2013 is not reflected during pf withdrawal. Kindly clarify and do needful to withdraw pf and pension made between mar 2010 - june 2013. Thanks.

                      Dropped this email to [protected]@hcl.com (As suggested on exit portal) on 3rd dec 2019 and i have no response since this email was dropped on 3rd dec 2019 (20 days). Also it is noted that to do read the pension withdrawal process on pf portal provided by hcl, however nothing written on it about pension withdrawal.

                        I requested for pf transfer from hcl technologies to current company on 6th aug 2019. My employee id is 51407231 and pf transfer request number is req-55732, but till now the amount is not transferred.
                        Multiple mails sent but no reply on current status.in hcl portal shows the status as disbursed (Received and under process), but the amount is not transferred yet to my new pf account. Please let me know the status and kindly please do the needful.

                          I have got call letter for sql dba from cognizant recruter and i reached office on time. But they were not allowing me to attend the interview because the interview is conducting for 4+ years experience. I have clearly told you that i am having 3.11 years total experience and relevant is 3 years when you called me as well as the same i have mentioned in my resume which i sent you.

                          This is not the first time it happens, earlier also i got the call letter and i couldn't enter to office because contact person was not available.

                          Please make sure that it won't happen in future because we people's are taking leave and coming after 2 hours drive for attending the interview. I tried to call you many times and you didn't pick up the call.

On 21-nov-2019, i received an updated stating my request has been successfully "received and is under processing" by the pf team, and pf amount will be disbursed in my bank account within 20 working days.                               My last working day with HCL was 24th May, 2019 and on 30th September 2019 I submitted my request online on HCL PF Portal which was rejected .
                              So on 10th Oct, 2019 I submitted the Request again which was accepted by your PF Team and from that 10th Oct, 2019 its 's showing received and under process till now .
                              Its has been long 2 months you are not able to transfer my PF where it is stuck .

                                      I have submitted my withdrawal request in the hcl ex-employee site on 3rd Nov 2019. I have not hear back on this from them and the status in the portal is shown as 'received and under process'.

                                      It is been ~1.5 months that the repeated follow up mails are unattended by their team. Seems no one is taking care about any mail over pfhelpdesk and over their online contact section only [protected]@hcl.com is available as a contact. I could not find any escalation matrix also to get it passed on to the top layer. Requesting their immediate assistance on this to get the pf transferred at the earliest.
