i worked in HCL from 2.7 years in consumer electronics domain
please atleast provide exact details how to get this form
As per government regulations we cant withdrawn also, if you know any routes to withdrawn let know

I have submitted my withdrawal request in the hcl ex-employee site on 3rd Nov 2019. I have not hear back on this from them and the status in the portal is shown as 'received and under process'.

It is been ~1.5 months that the repeated follow up mails are unattended by their team. Seems no one is taking care about any mail over pfhelpdesk and over their online contact section only [protected]@hcl.com is available as a contact. I could not find any escalation matrix also to get it passed on to the top layer. Requesting their immediate assistance on this to get the pf transferred at the earliest.

I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -

I am an ex employee of hcl and requested for a pf transfer and it is also credited in my current organisation account.

But in order to transfer the amount to my pf account, i need a annexure k from hcl pf team.

I was been following up with pf team from a very long time but they are not responding to my mails.

I have submitted an online pf transfer request in the hcl ex-employee site on 14th aug 2019. I have not hear back on this from them and the status in the portal is shown as 'received and under process'.

I have raised a of transfer request on november 12, it was approved by hcl and then epo office and the amount setteled date was nov 12th, still the amount is not credited to my present company of account. Have raised a complaint with epfgrievience but, no luck because hcl of accounts managed by trust so, they can't do anything here.

Have sent multiple emails to of admin and of help desk in hcl but, no response. Let me know when i will get the amount. My uan is[protected].

I would like to inform you with due respect that I am Ahmad Raza trainee hired by nukari.com in HCL Technology and Iam (ahmad raza) pay 44840 rupee for join the company.
And at starting time company (hcl) say your ammount is refund if join the company but I am not get any document for join company and not get ammount.

Hi All,

I had submitted form for transferring my provident fund and pension transfer to hcl in 2016. The pf was transferred to my UAN in 2016 but the Pension was not transferred to my UAN. I had tried contacting HR multiple time but did not get any revert. I also tried the helpdesk but i didnot receive any revert.

My hcl employee id was 51431265.
My last working day was 25th July 2014.

Hi I am an ex employee of HCL TECHNOLOGIES i have applied for PF withdrawal after 60 days of exit from the company and provided all the documents in online hcl pf portal for pf amount disbursement to my bank account they said amount will be disbursed to my account after 20 working days. after 20 working days still pf amount is not disbursed when i requesting status of PF withdrawal they are not responding properly i have urgent requirement of my pf money please solve the issue ASAP.

I have applied for pf withdrawal due personal emergencies but i have not received the pf as yet, not even an update as well. I have sent lots of mails to pf team and its futile.

I am an ex employee of hcl technologies my sap id is 51397820. I left the organization in jan 2017 and after that i have submitted my pf transfer request. Hcl shared the ann-k with wrong pf account detail due to that mypf didnt transfer. After that i was keep following since last 2.5 years for correct ann-k. Now i received the correct akk-k on sep 2019. Now i am asking about the 2.5 year interest on my pf amount but not getting any response because in shared ann-k its showing the only 31-aug 2017.

Hcl - pf transfer issue:

My years of service and pension contribution amount was not credited to the current uan. After so many investigation and follow up with the cheenai office, they said the annex-k form received from the hcl is not having the utr number. Chennai pf office said, they need the annex-k form with the utr number in the annex-k form. Kindly share me the same

I was the part of hcl from 21st of june 2018 to 21st august 2019, after relieving from the hcl i have submitted the request for pf settlement from this link (https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx), but i didnt get any response or update till date, it has been 30 days from my submission. I have tried to reach-out the team with the provide email id but not getting any response ([protected]@hcl.com). I would like to request again please help me with the update. I was selected for order management process (Email support) at a22, noida on november 10th. I was called for documentation and salary discussion on november 12th 2019.
