Dear sir, last 4 month i have problem to not cut gold loan 2045647emi in my icici bank acount, because hdb bank says not eccepted icici bank my ecs mandate, but now 28 april icici acepted ecs mandate this msg i receive{ dear customer, your ecs mandate for hdb financial services ltd has been setup under the mandate no. Icic[protected] on 28-apr-17.} but still not cut hdb bank emi in my icici account....

I had take a loan from nov.2014 from hdb finance, chittorgarh, rajasthan branch on my vehicle which registered no. Is rj 09 ga 5098.
Loan has completed in january 2017.
Hbd finance brach chittorgarh yet not given noc of rj 09 ga 5098 and it's loan account no.
Branch manager also not give us proper feedback.
