Sir i avail an loan of RS. 20000/- from Bathinda Branch in nov. 2016 now in april 2017 i close my loan by paying all the dues the banker have charge me a huge amount for force closing charges the bank sales executive did not explain about forcce closing charges on the time of loan so please refund my force closing charges. secondly bank debited an installment after loan clearance from my acount and there is not any refund after 18 days please refund my total dues immidiately

Due to some problems My ECS is not updated.. I don't know what happened but I want to pay my Delay EMI thorough net banking.
Somehow what but my loan account number or any passbook towords it is not provided to me.
Now how suppose to I pay your EMI though online payment as I don't get loan account number.
I tried to call your customer care helpline for my queries but this Vodafone number is out of service is the answer I get back.
Please provide customer care number where I can ask my doubts and queries.

They mortgage my 1.3 lacs of gold. They promise me to give 60000 of loan amount against that gold. He said me sir you may go now u will get the loan amount tomorrow in your account but frm last three days no body in their branch recieving my phone. When i visit the branch n asked tht what hpnd for my loan amount he said me to give 400 rupess then they will senction my loan amount. I request you to kindly return my gold as possible.. I dont want any type of loan from this bank.

I have a (Cv) loan in hdb finance.. I clear all amount of this loan on 24-4-17 amount is 4910 slip number is 3323166 and the collateral name is jatinder singh (Hdb23660).

I went to bank to get a my n. O. C of this loan. Bank person told me that n. O. C will be generate in working 10 days.
But after 15 days...

I have submitted the fee for admission of 2017-18 of m.com through hdfc payment gateway, on 10th may 2017, i got my balance deducted from my bank account but can't got my transaction successful,
I got rs 1000 deducted from my pnb bank account.
Kindly redress my grievance as soon as possible

Dear sir, last 4 month i have problem to not cut gold loan 2045647emi in my icici bank acount, because hdb bank says not eccepted icici bank my ecs mandate, but now 28 april icici acepted ecs mandate this msg i receive{ dear customer, your ecs mandate for hdb financial services ltd has been setup under the mandate no. Icic[protected] on 28-apr-17.} but still not cut hdb bank emi in my icici account.

I had take a loan from nov.2014 from hdb finance, chittorgarh, rajasthan branch on my vehicle which registered no. Is rj 09 ga 5098.
Loan has completed in january 2017.
Hbd finance brach chittorgarh yet not given noc of rj 09 ga 5098 and it's loan account no.
Branch manager also not give us proper feedback.
Kindly please take action on this and give us the account no. And noc of my vehicle from the branch.

मेरा नाम समीउद्दीन अंसारी है जिला बरेली के क़स्बा फतेहगंज पश्चमी का निवासी हूँl आपकी बरेली शाखा के ब्रांच मैनेजर, फील्ड ऑफिसर अजय ने मुझसे लोन दिलाने के लिए जो भी कागजात मांगे बो मैंने उपलब्ध कराये। मुझे आश्वाशन दिया गया के आपका लोन मंज़ूर हो गया गया है| उसके लिए 10000 rs और 4800 फ़ाइल चार्ज लेने के बाद कल दिनाँक[protected] को मुझको कहा गया के आपके पेपर ठीक नही है जबकि मैंने अपनी प्रॉपर्टी के पेपर जब दिए थे तब अजय ने मुझसे कहा था के आपके पेपर में बहोत छोटी सी कमी है उसके लिए आपको 2000 rs खर्च करना होंगे तथा पेपर देख के ये भी कहा के मेरी बात मैनेजर साहब से भी हो गयी है आप फीस जमा करबा दो आपका काम हो गया है तथा 10000rs की गारंटी फीस के लिए 10000rs भी ले लिए..!! मैं आज खुद को ठगा सा महसूस कर रहा हूँ अब मेरे पास कोर्ट जाने के सिवा कोई और बिकल्प नही है अगर hdbfs ने दोसी ब्रांच मैनेजर और फील्ड अफसर अजय के खिलाफ कार्यवाही नही की तो मैं कोर्ट की शरण में जाऊँगा..!

Respected sir/ madam. Iam parshuram sadafule from Pune . 9months back one of your lady agent contact 18 ladies of our colony including my mother. She told them in Maharashtra Mr Prime minister of India. Is giving 3 lacs rs personal loan for ladies to do some work or start business. You have to pay 13000rs and very less documents required to process this loan amount. 9 months before she took 13000rs from each and every one. From past 9 months every week every month she taking a new document saying that company wants this document company wants that document. When our lady is asking when loan will disburse then that lady agents is saying . ya just with in 4 days u will get your money. That's OK. But after 5 days if again they ask about money. Again she says give your that document. I'll submit that paper and within 5 days u will get money. Not a single rupee got till 9 months. Then after this headache my mother told me all this issue so I got interfere in this Matter. I meet that agent and ask she told me also the same thing in 4 days u will get money. After 6 days iam calling her she's is not answering my call.
Sir / madam pls refer to this and step out some decision. It is your finance reputation questions. Pls take seriously it's a humble request. Iam a press member in newspaper. First iam complaining u personally. So pls look after it.

I have an personal loan from your company for above said account no. Now I want to close my loan. So I met your local Officer in amritsar Mr.Ashwani Kumar. He discussed with me and tell me about full and final amount of Rs.336, 395/- on dated March 2017. Now I made DD Of Rs.336395/- for clear & close my loan. He is not accepting my DD. I am a senior citizen person. Now I am not in the position of Any harassment mentay or physically.

Hi hdb team.. This is to inform you that i am not going to pay my initial amount which is associated with vasanth&co.. This company cheated me.. I purchased a refrigerator on april 15th 2017.. Out of box it did not work.. I request for replacement and still is did not receive the product from vasanth.. It is poor service and useless cashier who did not responding to customer... Just filling the galla for money.. They promised i'll receive new product today am waiting for that... It not kindly cancel my hdb account... Let's see what best vasanth can do for a customer

Myself mr. Kaushal sharma want to inform you that i took a loan against property from hdb financal services pvt ltd company gandhi nagar east delhi branch on 30 sep 2016 of the amount of rs. 1, 00, 00, 000.00, therefore on the behalf of this loan i got the sanction letter were have been clearly mentioned that i cannot foreclose my loan from the company till 6 months after that 7 to 36 months i have to pay 4% of foreclosure charges.

Here after completion of 6 month i have been applied for foreclosure at same branch on 05 april 2017 they provided m the receipt and told by the branch manager that i will get the foreclosure letter after 2 days, then its been more than 4 days i called to the branch many times they did not answered firstly then said the seniors are on leave and finally they answered that they will not foreclose the loan till next month end but according to the company policy the customer can apply for foreclosure any time after 6 months.

Second property vacant for sale. But duo to no customer for property. Today one customer for my last property so i am go in your office and meet to wazid sir but no positive response. After tae statement of my account seen lot of charges debit in my account. So request you kindly waive all chaeges and penal interest from my account and settle my account

Dear Sir,

My wife had applied for a personal loan, which was been sanction by your Pune office. The reference loan no is 2231263. But before the disbursement of the loan cheque we gave a request to Mr Gaurav to cancel the loan, his contact details are [protected].

He responded that he will do so within 2 days of time but till date the loan is not been canceled. He also told us don't maintain any balance in your bank account and let the EMI bounce. Till date 2 emi are been bounce with bank charges of Rs 575/- each.

Mr Gaurav is not responding any of our phone calls nor he is giving any feedback please look into this matter & treat it as urgent before the next EMI hit the bank.

My agent name sandeep who is working in ph 10 mohali btanch.. he says me that my 1st emi starts from may but i received massage from your company " Dear TARANDEEP SINGH your EMI amt overdue of Rs 7793 is not paid for Loan no 2393706 please visit nearest branch & pay the emi, pls ignore SMS if paid." I was working on hdb financial services since August 2016 to november 3 2016 i was working as a senior sales executive in burrabazar branch. My interview was held on June 1st 2016 by Mr. Rohan Dewan he conducted the interview and i was selected fr the above job my name is Jayant Kr Jain hdbcode-57072 i was working under Surojit Dutta Sales Manager i worked there from august 2016 to september mid when i asked for my salary of August month as per Branch manager told that u will recd 2 month salary at a time so i thought no issue i will get it fr both month at a time... after meanwhile i was got fever and i have informed them about the fever and later on when i joined after puja vacation they agian said you will get your previous salary now but till now i havent recd and i left the job on november 8, 2016 afterward i approached to hr he also given the assurance that u will recd yur salary within march but still i havent recd my salary...
