    Applied for a credit card for the first time and thank you hdfc for making it the worst experience of my life. I have been an existing account holder with hdfc bank from the past two years.
    Recently i joined a new company and planned on getting a credit card for myself for the first time in my life. After continuous researches i liked the "regalia" card but due to my salary not being eligible for the card instead of rejecting my application they sent me a money back premium card.
    If my salary was not eligible for the "regalia" card they should have simply rejected my application instead i am now stuck with money back premium card which is of no use to me.
    If this is the service that hdfc bank provides or the hdfc credit cards division provides then i in my entire life will not suggest anyone to consume any services from hdfc bank as this is the very poor customer service.

      2. Your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 10000.00 in bangalore at google india pvt ltd on[protected]:10:15:40. This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12.

      3. Your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 2500.00 in bangalore at google india pvt ltd on[protected]:07:26:30. This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12.

      Sir i also complained to hdfc bank they blocked the credit card but still not resolved the problem.

        Sub: - need to wave off and close account

        Hope you are doing well.!
        I would like to inform you that it’s more than 4 months since i left allsec technologies pvt. Ltd. Company. I’m no longer associate with the company or your hdfc salary account. And i am not happy or satisfied in charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. Below are my account details.

        I am no longer using any of your hdfc services. I do not need this account due to personal inconvenience.
        It is showing negative balance (-2625.64 rs.) due to your non maintenance charges still deducting money from this account a/c on monthly basis.

        So i request you to kindly close my hdfc salary account a/cand do the wave off also because it’s no longer required since i left the company and i don’t want to continue with your services.
        I have moved to my hometown so it won’t be easy for me to contact home branch for future.

        sir, since from my complaint the only thing changed was my negative balance from -2600 to -7600 so person from hdfc called me regarding on my complaint . when I went to close my account to my nearest branch in Ambattur (Chennai ) they told me to pay the fine amount, so I left from there . so please Kindly update regarding my complaint

          Amount of rs15177 is deducted from my account but the payment is not done successfully. Kindly check and let me know in how many days my money will be refunded. This issue i have faced 4-5 times with the hdfc bank transactions. Request you to resolve on urgent basis so that i would not regret to be the part of your bank and services you people are providing us as i need to proceed my transaction as soon as possible.

            My name is sujitha. R. My debit card last four digit is 5534. I lost my debit card on feb6, 2018 unknown transaction of rs:4000 was withdrawn in hdfc atm. Then i blocked my card and i make police complaint, bank investigation is also in process. My complaint number is mump[protected]. Its been around 8 days from the date of complaint

            It was my previous complaint. now my debit card is lost..Atm withdrawl is also done.My debit card last four digit is 5534.                 Hi,

                On 23.12.2017, i made a transaction of rs. 10 using my debit card, as i got a call for the process fee from shinejobs.com. I entered only my debit card number and mobile numer to receive otp. The tranaction failed. I have not entered my
                Pin number /otp / amount. But receive a message automatically that, rs.20000 gets deducted along with otp. All this happens on saturday afternoon.
                Now the amount is deducted without atm pin or otp being used.
                On 24.12.2017 afternoon, my password and user id, has been reset, without my knowledge. And i see the unread messages sent by bank in the late evening, as i was travelling.
                On 26.12.2017 morning an rtgs for 2, 00, 000 has been.

                During all these activities i try to contact the bank through callcentre, as that is the only unique way one can contact the hdfc bank. I couldnt visit the bank due to govt. Holidays, the banks are closed and sunday all the ipin and password has been reset, without my knowledge.

                By the time i contact the bank on the next working day, the rtgs has been performed and i am not able access my account.

                After the complaint to the bank and police, the bank doesnt respond properly. I had to continously follow them with the personal banker with whom i only could talk, after making several calls.

                After which, i receive 2 mails and 2 calls for formality sake, for records..

                And final one to close the case after one month, stating that i have compromised my personal information by uploading my resume in shine jobs.com, due to this the fraudulant activity has happened. And i have shared the otp to complete this fraudulant transaction.

                Instead i claim that the bank has shared my details for fradulant activity, as they have my personal details too and they are ones' who generate teh otp and pin number. Due to security breach my account has been used for this fradulant transaction.

                Finally there is no reversal of money. And the response is very useless, and end the onversation saying that enquiry is going on.
                Request you to help receive my money from bank because, i entrusted my money with the bank, which they have failed to do.

                  I am using hdfc bank foodplus (Prepaid food card) [protected].
                  Off late i observe that the balance shown through sms is not correct.

                  Eg. I used the card yesterday night (19.02.18) and the balance was 2877.58. When i had my breakfast today (20.02.18)
                  I got the sms for balance in the card as 2273.58. Suddenly rs. 576/- disappeared.

                  Kindly address this issue and rectify the balance.

                    I have been misguided into hdfc ergo personal accidental policy by hdfc officials claiming to be my cards relationship manager.
                    It was earlier informed that the policy is free and the amount will be deducted from loyalty points.
                    Moreover despite complaints and mails the bank has not resolved my complaint yet. Inspite of resolving the complaint they again misled me towards cancelling my cancellation request by some call from the bank official.
                    Get my complaint resolved at the earliest or i will escalate the matter further.

                      I had applied for a regalia card and signed the documentation for the same. Instead today i get a diners club card instead. I have business travel coming up and cannot use it for any travel purchases. Cannot pay for uber, ola or make my tailor-made purchases as well. I need to make online web service purchase which is also not possible with this card.

                        This is to inform you that hdfc bank limited collection agencies are harrassing me and spoiling my image and reputation in the market. I am residing in nagpur city with my family from last 30 years i run a garment business in nagpur.

                        I have received one business credit card from one of your hdfc employe even after so many attempts of yoyr employee for taking the credit card though we were not interested in using any company credit card but still card has been issued to me.

                        My name is komal anthony aged 32 and my credit card limit was 1 lac. I have paid yhe initial payments which came after the use of my credit card but soon after that i had a very loss in my garment business i lost 7.5 lac in the market due to someone has done fraud in doing goods delivery with me, for which we have lodged the poluce complaint and 420 case against the culprits. The matter is in court now.

                        Because of major financial crises, i was not able to pay back the credit card dues on time, but i have informed the hdfc bamk people about the problem and told them to give me few months time tonpy you back by my othrr sources but hdfc bank kept sending a collection agency person name "khan" as he has mentioned in his visit, every day he is coming to my home and using slang language and abusive words and threatening me for my life that he will dp anything to get the money from me.

                        He has used bad words with my husband and my other family members and started doing fighting and threatening us for our life to kill us if we dont pay hdfc bank money.

                        We have decided to take this matter to crime branch, sp office, cp office and the collector office against hdfc bank collection manager, employees, collection agencie on a very higher level and we will share this with all media channels that how hdfc bank limited is sending their employee and agents to harrass people and how hdfc bank is threatening innocent people for money.

                        We have all bideo recordings of collection agency person name "khan" and his collegues who are regularly threatening us for money.

                        This is my humble request to you kindly please take this on a very serious note and settel things with mutual discussion or elae we have to take this on higher authority and with media to show the true color of hdfc bank limited.

                          I created an nri account and am not able to use the funds in it because any transfer of funds requires an otp. I am unable to register to the third party transfer since my phone is not receiving otp. I receive it on the email but not on the phone which is required to do any transaction.
                          I live in the usa and have ausa phone number registered with the account.
                          I have called the customer care several times and i was made to wait almost an hour but got response.
                          Please help solve this issue.

                          I was withdrawing 4000 at BOB ATM and got the receipt as transaction declined. but my money deducted. later on i got the msg from hdfc bank that the money reversed to account but no such thing happened, i didnt receive my money yet. what i should do as it was 4000 which is very big amount.
                          please help me.

                            I raised the complaint through phone banking 2 times and through escalation form 2 times,

                            Amount debited in[protected], still amount has not credited there is no proper response of amount credit.

                            When i login into net banking i see an extra amount charge. The same was repeated last time. Why do you charge extra amount without any intimation do let me know the reason for this
                            There are multiple unauthorised transactions happened in hdfc credit card without my knowledge or approval in the name Google *Octro inc. I had to block my card to stop further fraud.. Kindly invesrigate and take necessary action
                            I do not take any one assist HDFC card protection service which total amount charge Rs 1499 without my request this charge include my Bill.
                            Kindly reimburse this charge as soon as.

                                  I have Credit Card. Since July onwards bank has started charging me extra without any information. I called customer care for clarification of date and mode of communication but they have no record. I was chasing them regularly but no positive response. But every month bank was increasing my amount for payment. I have updated on tweeter also for the same and one team reverted me that they will update within 5-7 working days but they again cheated and increased more Rs. 5000 on my card.

                                  Their recovery team use to call from different mobile numbers and land line number they also use abusive language.

                                    I have took a hdfc life classic assure plan in the month of jan 2018.
                                    Insurance agent name prateek told me bout 03 benefits of that plane.
                                    However when i have tried to get one benefits (Credit card on behalf of policy) then policy agent says that your application has been rejected.

                                    Now i want my refund however as per policy it isn't possible.
