I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr006679. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them. The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After 2 to 3 days the complaint was directed to concern team. The team took their own time to resolve the issue. Over all it was resolved with more turn around time. Thanks. | |

Fastag Application No. HFR 382764 and HFR 382641 applied on 15.11.2019 are still pending. hopefully might get by 25.11.2019

I have made the payment on 14th November and my application number is HFR372398.
Neither i receive the Fast Tag application PDF on my registered email id.
Nor any representative got in touch with me.
And till date i have not received the Fastag and it was committed to be delivered in 7 working days.
I bet if you can contact HDFC Fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy all the time or if luck that not being attended.

I have applied on 14th Nov 2019. HFR369955. There is no update on status. 7 days is over. Phones are not reachable. Tried[protected] which is continuously engaged. Tried [protected] G Nagaraj supposed to be POS of Bangalore Not lifting the phone.

Same here. I have applied for the fasttag 2 days back but no update on this. No email received for my application. Customer service no is always Busy and no reachable.

Rs 500 is also paid for the same but still no email is received. Tried multiple times to contact to customer service but unable to contact. Request you to look into it. From 1st dec FastTag is mandatory.

I have received mail about tag issue on 24th November 2019. I am yet to receive the tag. However, I consider the issue is closed.
The same problem even I am facing. Though I have applied today only, but I was expecting an email or SMS with the confirmation, as the closing page mentioned - "The Fastag Application PDF is sent to your registered email ID" & "Our representative will get in touch with you soon". However, nothing happened so far.

I am applied for hdfc fastag and I also have the same issue after I received application reference number ( HFR616815 ) there is no response.
Tried calling customer care number [protected] but no response, spoke to the Sales manager and public relation officer at the hdfc branch where I have my account but even they are helpless. (They are saying that they have received lakhs of applications and cannot help as they them self’s are not getting proper response from hdfc head office)
I hope my issue will be resolved asap, as I have Planned few tours a head in the month of December.

I am HDFC customer for the past 17 years and have applied on 20112019 for Fastag - Ref NO. HFR425716 .
I have paid required amount - Rs.500 - Fee - 100, Security Deposit -200 and Currency loaded is Rs.200.
But till today neither I have not received Fastag nor there is no information update about delivery status.
No idea whom to contact as I am unable to reachcall on given telehone no.[protected].
Not sure who can help.

Wow, i applied today and i am literally laughing as i thought i am the 1st one to have this issue. Looks like there a 1000000 members before me facing this issue, i guess i made a mistake of not buying it from ICICI which still gives in 7 days.
Does anyone know that HDFC is atleast trying to address this issue ??

My HDFC fastag reference number is HFR352802 and I applied on nov 10th and still awaiting to receive. I can Not even reach HDFC customer care to even know the status. I am more concern about how will they even support any queries after the issuance of fastag. Is there any cancellation policy and to proceed the cancellation. Please advice.
