[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — application reference number: hfr006679

i see lot of complaint after FASTag application thru HDFC. I also experienced the same. Is there any assistance anyone getting over those issues? How to get it solved?

My application reference number is HFR455565. Applied on 22 Nov 2019 and received the tag yet. Unable to contact the support team also.

Please resolve ASAP.

Same issue with me as well. HFDC toll free number is always busy and there is no way I can track my fastag. They do not even send a confirmation email. This is absolutely disgusting service. HFR846390

I had applied FASTTAG online and paid Rs.500 more than 10-days back. I got the Customer Id and Wallet Id from HDFC Bank. But yet to receive the TAG and the welcome kit . The helpline number is 24 hrs busy. How could i know and to whom should i contact. Pls help me as 15th December is approaching.

I recd a mail from hdfc saying my fastag cust id is[protected] and wallet no is [protected]. Subsesquently recd a sms saying the fast tag card is being despatched in 3 to 4 working days on 29.11.19. Even after 13 days there is no sign of the fastag card

Fastag not received. Ref no HFR834699.
Applied on Dec 1st. RFID & Wallet id message notification received on 6-Dec.

There is no option to check/track the status online.

Given phone number always busy.

Please help to know the status.

I applied for Fast Tag on 25 Oct 2019 but till date I havn't received my TAG. I am moving to Consumer court. All people should go to consumer court. Then the HDFC people might take care of their pathetic services.

I had booked one Fastag vide Application no. HFR829340 on 01st December, 2019, Customer Id[protected]and Wallet Id [protected], . But I am sorry to inform you that the Fastag has not been delivered to me as yet. I am also trying to know the status of the same thru your customer care no.[protected] since long but not getting thru.

Kindly look into this and make the necessary arrangements to dispatch the same immediately.

Application ref.no.HFR 621249 .Applied on 27.11.19. received SMS on 5.12.19 that Tag will be delivered in 4 days.But not delivered yet. i hope that it will be delivered before 15.12.19.

I applied the hdfc fastag, ref no HFR914822, still now I couldn't able to trace out the application status since the no provided in the web site is always busy and no-response.It is very bad experience with hdfc bank.Why there are giving announcement like to get fastag from hdfc bank, it is a foolish and waste of time and money.

Where is my fastag kit, 7 days already finished after fastag generation. You provided fake customer care number. Everyone can get fastag within 5 minitus at stall. Also HDFC login ID is not user friendly, its very difficult to remember . Other providers registerd with mobile number.. please return my 500 rs. I dont want HDFC lazzy service

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 INR (100 FastTag charge, 200 for security amount & 200 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR01163504. I have uploaded the RC copy and since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact HDFC fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

This is the worst moment with Bank. The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

I have been with hdfc for 5 years now ( Credit Card, loans, hdfc life insurance etc..) and this is the worst moment with them.
